Our AC failed on one of the hottest days of the year and Bakers was able to send someone out the next day. Robby was an excellent tech and kept me informed the whole time while also throwing out helpful tips for how to maintain the system so this didnt happen again. The problem (failed circuit board) couldnt be fixed that day but he found a way to wire it up to so we would have AC for the next few days, and then he came back and finished the work. He was friendly, professional and saved us a few days of extreme heat. Thank you!

I gave them 1 star because they scheduled service on the day I called. The repairman didnt even want to try and fix the problem. Instead just to told my wife that the compressor was shot. Made no attempt to open the unit and verify that the contacts were working properly. Waste of time and money. Stay away at all costs.

It took them a week and a half to call me to tell me they cant show up wanted to reschedule Bryant heat and air was there the very next morning 10 min fixed and paid for house is cool as it should be will never call or recommend bakers

They did a fantastic job. I feel like they are a honest family owned company and give great service.

My go to place for my HVAC needs

I got an estimate from Bryant heating and air, Prudential heating and air and bakers. Bakers beat the other two hands down. In pricing a humidifier, Bakers price could not be beat. The service manager came by after installation to check and make sure I was happy and that the unit was working properly. I will call Bakers first from now on.
