I contracted Glanz Buffat to install a complete HVAC system for me including a York 2 stage variable speed furnace and an York Affinity 2 stage A/C condenser along with a new line set from the furnace A coil to the condenser. Im pretty particular when it comes to workmanship and I cant say how pleased I am with the skill level and quality that Bobby and his crew did on the job. They also completed the job in just one day. I am also very happy with the performance of the new York system. I can feel air movement through the house that I have never felt before and the temperature is more consistent throughout. I had several estimates and Glanz Buffat was the lowest but knowing what I know now I would select them even if they werent because of the quality job they did. Jason, the owner who did the estimates, worked with me for several days answering questions and helping me decide on which system I really wanted. All in all a great experience. In the fall of 2019 I had a new heating/air system put in. I was very impressed by their workers. They were professional and were here on time! About a month ago my hot water heater broke. I called 3 companies and decided to go with these guys again basically because they had been so professional before. Wow what a amazing job they did! It was a Friday and they rushed to my home to get it done so I wouldnt have to go a weekend with no hot water. The job was done and no mess was left. The following Thursday I realized the hot water heater was leaking. I called immediately and with-in a hour they were here. Richard looked the situation over and told me I had nothing to worry about the problem was totally their fault and I would have no additional expense. They would take care of everything and they did! The drywall was removed and replaced and painted! The flooring was also taken care of! I have been through nightmares with another companies that I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix things that were their fault. I am beyond pleased with this company and highly recommend them. Jon is who oversaw all the work and he is one heck of a nice guy.

What a great company. Jon came and found the sewer problem with his camera,sent me a detailed estimate and we agreed to the job. Jerry and Marty came and did the job,which was major in 2 and a half days and saved me money by a little extra work. All 3 were great guys,very honest and trustworthy. Came when they said and really took care with the mess. Ill never use anyone else. A side note: Im a member of the American Legion and we share the parking lot with Glanz. It’s really simple-if you have a huge project to get done(we did), these are your guys! Jon was lead manager, very informative on regulations and what needed to be done! If you have a small job-they are still the ones to call!! But Jerry and Kelly were the guys in our house for the duration! They became family! We had other renovations to do, b/c why not. When you have to do the job that they needed to do, might as well do it all at once. Jerry and Kelly were so great! They would always clean up each day, knowing they were coming back the next! You can comfortably leave them in the house while you work! We did and had zero problem doing so. We started out as Buffat Plumbing customers a number of years ago. They did prompt and excellent work for us, so we have remained customers. I still remember when a Buffat service tech came the evening before Thanksgiving to fix our broken garbage disposal, without which our Thanksgiving dinner would have been drastically limited. In our current house, Glanz-Buffat installed a zoning system for our heat, which keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature which we control in each of three zones. Most recently, our hot water heater broke unexpectedly. They had someone out to our house immediately. Richard, the tech, clearly explained both what had happened and our alternatives for fixing the problem. We decided to put in a tankless water heater, the newest technology, which will save significantly on our gas bill. Richard returned and was joined by two other Glanz-Buffat techs, and together the three of them installed the new heater within a matter of hours. We are extremely satisfied by the responsiveness, expertise and motivation of Glanz-Buffat to provide the best and fastest service in town. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

After many years of using a cistern for our water source, we called Glanz Plumbing to hook us up to city water. They were excellent from the start! We were contacted right away and after looking at our situation, they came up with a plan that saved us a lot of money and time. We are on a hill with clay soil and a lot of bedrock. They worked tirelessly even with the extreme heat weve been having. They also left the yard in excellent shape afterwords. We could not be more pleased and will highly recommend their services!

Great service. I had called 4 other places, 1 said hed come and then didnt, 2 never returned my calls, the 4th said they couldnt come for at least a week. Glanz Buffat answered my call with a real person instead of voice mail, scheduled a visit for the next morning, showed up on time, found the problem, fixed it and didnt try to up-sell me stuff I didnt need. Great work by the technician, but the scheduling was a huge problem; my window for service was 100pm—400pm, but my technician did not arrive until 520pm; he apologized and said he would make sure that doesn’t happen again, and that the customer would be informed if the technician was running extremely lateNevertheless, they addressed their scheduling procedures a sign of a great company
