I love planet fitness, great place to work out and the price is unbeatable for what they offer. However I am giving this specific one(Casper Wyoming) 1 star because of a certain employee. While washing my hands I couldnt help but notice he used the urinal to use the restroom and then just left. No washing hands or anything. He is on the heavier side and curly hair. Im not even a germaphobe yet this was still gross. Ill give this place 5 stars once it gets fixed. He immediately went to the front counter and touching it.

Was going to enroll for a membership, but found out it is $17 to sign plus a $39 annual fee. You dont even see anything about the annual fee until you get to the last page to confirm the payment. What is the point of the fee? They dont even explain the fee. Is it even an $11 monthly membership or is there other hidden fees going on? Ill definitely wont be going back as that is just straight dishonesty there.

Friendly and laid back workout place. Me and my 3 co-workers had a good time and learned a few things. I already have a membership and I urge anybody and everybody who wants to workout without pressure should come here. Its definitely worth the monthly payment of $10

Mold in the mens room in most wet areas. Rest of the gym was in great shape.

This gym is superb, it has everything for cardio, free weights, and machine weights. Its cheap and affordable too. Love it!

EDIT: I emailed the address but they never replied!Good value for the price and the front desk people are so nice and friendly. However, a toilet in the women’s room has been broken for five (5!!!) months and the lights in the parking lot don’t work when I go (5-6am). It’s so dark in the winter that I can’t read someone’s license plate. I’ve complained and they say the owner or the city of Casper is doing nothing about it. How can that be safe for the night shift workers let alone patrons? It’s a 24 hr business.

Only reason to go here is the price. They lack basic equipment such as free weights outside of dumbbells. The staff is friendly enough but the other members can be rude and feel very judgy.

Great gym for cardio and stationary machines. Friendly staff. Great pricing and they dont charge all patrons for the add-ons like tanning beds and massage machines but they are available to those who use for an extra charge. Clean areas and patrons seamed very good about cleaning machine when done using.

Cant beat the value of Planet Fitness. Im had the basic membership in 3 different states. Equipment at this location always clean and in good working order. Open 24 hours a day Monday to Thursday which is nice for some late night workouts.My one complaint with this location compared to others is their TV selection is extremely limited especially when it comes to sports. No ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS, ESPN, TNT so if you want to watch a game while doing cardio, chances are you cant.

The gym itself is fine but the employees are lazy. I generally get a mumbled hello and goodbye. Today was no different but I walked in and both employees are sitting behind the desk, neither one gets up and offers to scan my card. There was an empty mop bucket in the middle of the doorway to the womens locker room and I had to go let the employees know that about half their trash cans had no paper towels on them so Im sure there were plenty of machines that didnt get wiped down this morning. There were enough people in the gym that they should have been attentive but they definitely werent overwhelmed given that they had plenty of time to sit behind the desk and chat.

I have been a member at the Casper location since this gym opened and it is the best deal. I thought I was moving but that was postponed and I needed a place that is temporary, month to month. Very clean and has almost any piece of equipment you need for basic training. They do not have squat racks or free weight bench press and their cable system is separate rather than one unit but they do not cater to body building. This facility is for basic fitness not bulk power lifters, as advertised. You definitely get your $$$ worth and you can cancel the basic membership at any time. The staff is young but active and they do not ignore you. Nothing but great people. This is worth your money and time if youre looking for basic fitness with no strings attached. Im not a black card member so I have no information on that. 5 stars.

I give this gym a 2 star rating only because it clean and the equipment works. As for some of the Employees that seem to be more into there phone the helping a customer out. I was in there today and waited at the counter to be helped. The girl let me sit there until she was done on here phone. If you are going to hire people who dont like to address your customers then maybe you should just put the scanner on top of the counter so we can check our self in and not Interrupt the employees time with there phones.

There is plenty of workout machinery. Comfortable environment. The employees are wonderful! The facility is clean and well taken care of. Good place to get a good workout.

Really like the new crew! The older staff that were there last year were okay. A couple of them were just not interested. But I cannot believe how attentive, nice, and considerate this younger crew is! Young people usually get a bad rap for being bad workers, but the people Ive been dealing with from 3 pm to 5 pm have been just great. I cannot ask for better customer service. They have all been nice, smiling, accommodating, and its just so much better going to the gym! Thank you all! I need to get all of your names.

Closed to me on the weekends as I work 7 to 7 exactly. Gym has what I need as I know what Im doing, but I am nervous for those new to the game as the trainers look like theyve never used a gym in their lives. Exactly what you pay for.Also, you guys need to change your hours online. Apparently 24 hours doesnt mean 24 hours on Monday, because I just woke up early to go before work and you werent open at 5:40.

Not a bad place to workout. Only would like to see a squat rack thats not supported by a smith machine and to actually be a permanent 24/7 facility.

I LOVE PLANET FITNESS CASPER!!!! The staff treat you like family, know you by name and TRULY care about you. The facility is SO CLEAN and their trainers are beyond helpful. Luc listens to our needs and does all he can to meet those needs. Best. Gym. EVER.

I love going here! The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful! I have a personal trainer and hes been wonderful! He makes sure I dont do anything I shouldnt be considering I have many health issues. He tailored a routine that is based around my health issues. I love the Black Card extras! Getting the hydromassage after a workout is amazing!

The best thing is the NO judgement zone. I can go and use the equipment when ever I want to go. It is NOT too crowded. It has plenty of apparatus so there is no waiting. The workers are very friendly, and helpful. The locker room shower areas are clean and well laid out. They have both massage chairs and hydro massage beds. They have tanning booths for those folks who want to tan. This facility has everything a novice or an advanced workout enthusiast could ask for. As well they sell sports drinks etc

Ive always loved planet fitness and i have the black card membership, but tonight i wasnt able to use my black card at all because there was not ONE employee in sight, let alone in the building. Stood at the front desk for 15 minutes to see a note that says be right back?how... accommodating for 24/7. More like, whenever we feel like it. Amazing place to come for a friendly environment, but no service at night what so ever, just a fair warning.

Clean and friendly staff

The facility is in good shape. Unfortunately, only one of the staff members was semi helpful. The other four seemed too busy amongst themselves, (as there were no customers at the desk,) to really concern themselves with customer satisfaction. I felt as though I was more of a hindrance to their day than anything else. That being said, I have received better customer service at a convenience store. That was the determining factor in me finding a different gym.

I am not impressed with management at all on all levels. They are setting up the employees for failure before they even start by not having an adequate training program or structure in general. The turn over rate is insane. Always a new face and almost 10 different managers in less then 7 months. Supplies are not kept in stock so the other employees can do their jobs correctly and then they are the ones getting yelled out by customers because they cant tan. Where is management? Thats right, nowhere to be found. There are suppose to be 1 employee behind the counter, however when I go in, there are 3-4 and they are all on their phones. MANAGMENT BEING THE BIGGEST OFFENDERS when they are there. Still fighting to get my childs W-2. They are withholding it. Your business is only as good as your leadership. I will say the main area is clean as whistle for sure.

Great gym for people who just want to workout

I love working out here. The equipment is always clean and the assistant manager is fabulous. However, the blonde girl at the front needs a serious attitude check. I’ve never had a welcoming greeting or experience from her. Other than that, I love it here!

Week plus to try and change my membership. FINALLY, I was help by an employee with experience and it only took about 15 min (Thank you)... Place was very clean, equipment was well maintained and it is never really in the afternoon when I go.

I am incredibly against businesses like this. They are here for 1 thing and 1 thing only and thats to lock you into a membership. I am only in town for a week and called to see if they had a week pass and was informed that ITS 20 DOLLARS A DAY ! These people obviously dont care about peoples health peoples health but in locking them into a membership over offering access to health equipment to people who need it.

Very basic with economical gym equipment. Did not enjoy working out here, but might fit others’ needs.

Got a membership so I could train for a half-marathon—and it’s been perfect. There’s always somethif to run on, and there’s enough equipment to do basic strength training as well. The staff are phenomenal and make this gym worth well more than you’ll ever pay 😁🤘

I just became a member with black card spa benefits at the Casper location. First I want to say the facility and equipment is excellent and everything is clean and modern. Its open 24/7 and I feel that the price Ive paid to be a part of this is more than fair. My only complaint has more to do with first impressions and being in the right place at the wrong time. My first day was unfortunately not what I expected. I came in early in the morning and encountered a brand new employee with very little training and no one there to help. I felt sorry for the employee as she did the best she could for me, but was frustrated at the fact that a new client was here asking all these questions and wondering what to do. I also happened to arrive after the center lost all their trainers which was something I really was looking forward to and now I am having to figure a lot of things out on my own. I did go back and talk to someone more seasoned about the equipment so I wasnt so lost when I come in, but I am looking forward to when they hire a new trainer. Lastly there are several black card benefits that have an asterisk next to them indicating that only participating facilities offer the benefit such as the free T-shirt, free haircuts, spray tanning, Unlimited total body enhancement, Free Wifi, and unlimited use of hydromassage. I havent tried all these things, but it is important to know that you wont get a free t-shirt, and I didnt see a place to get a free-haircut although I havent asked. Great price for a gym but you need to know what the location offers so that you arent disappointed.

I joined Planet Fitness 3 weeks ago, I go 4 times a week and I love this place. The staff are friendly and make u feel welcome. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to start out at exercises and working out.

It only received one star because I had to give it that. The facility is beginner which is fine. However, the so called judgement free zone judges those who do keep in shape and work out hard. The manager Whitney makes up policies as she likes to harass whomever on a particular day. If you really want a lifestyle change and dont want extra BS, this is not the gym!

Very easy to go work out. Staff nice. They need an arm cardio machine so people with leg problems can get cardio and need a couple rowing machines. The elliptical machines are awesome sauce. The downside is that they make you sign up online and cannot use just credit card but have to give them checking account and routing number. You want more members planet fitness then make it easier to pay and get going. But you are truly awesome.

This gym center is affordable and amazing. I get a workout in at almost any time of the day and love the staff!!

My husband and I recently downgraded our membership to the no commitment $10 a month plan from the black card when they were running their $1 down special due to constant broken equipment and not getting to reap the benefits of the black card membership as well as searching for a new gym. We were assured by the manager it would only be the $1 to downgrade and we would not be charged another annual fee for downgrading. I checked my account Monday and noticed they had withdrawn $39.99 under my husbands account for the annual fee. I called and spoke with Whitney the manager who also handled our account the day we downgraded. She informed me that it was a mistake made when changing the account on their end and stated she could freeze the account for 4 months. I let her know I just wanted my $39.99 put back into my account she then said she would have to talk to a regional manager and get back to me. 24 hours passes and no word, I call again and speak with an employee who was going to leave a note that I called. Another 2 days pass so I call again (today) and am given to Whitney whom I spoke with Monday and she rudely informs me that my only options are to 1. freeze the account for 4 months 2. bring in bank statements to fight the charges. Not wanting to give them any additional bank information of mine to them, I go to my bank and file a disputed for the charges. I’ve been a member for 8+ months and have never had a billing issue until now. This issue however resulted in 2 cancelled memberships, a call to corporate, a bad review on their Facebook page, google and every other source I can leave one on. The fact that they can take money out of an account but can’t refund an error on their end and give no reason why is astounding to me. I have also on several occasions had to walk up and address the filth of the place. They don’t wipe anything down assuming their members will and around the equipment and up against the walls is dirt and dust bunnies galore.

I love this place!! Would it be possible to please make it so that the shower curtains close all the way? Also, if you could please put the local Casper news channel back on the TVs instead of so many political channels?

This store in Casper is new. Membership is extremely affordable and is not focused on bodybuilder patrons and is a judgement free zone. This means average people who come here just looking to do their exercise and lose weight, stay fit, tan or massage. No pressure from jocks or jerks or ***holes. Personal trainers are available also. Get your workout and shower and get a move on.My only compliant is I was promised at membership signature a free t shirt and Im still waiting. Also, it is ALWAYS too chilly in there!

To all my wonderful members,I was terminated from this company for wanting my paycheck a week after payday. I asked the labor board for help in resolving this issue after spending that week trying to resolve it peacefully between HR and myself, and got nowhere, fast. Due to my request to be paid the wages I was owed, I was terminated from the company by the owner, who clearly doesn’t care about anybody but himself. Subsequently, they are making attempts to terminate all the remaining employees due to the hatred and bitterness in Dave Leon’s soul for me, for wanting my paycheck.My advice to any potential member, find a different gym. The staff, including onsite management, is incredibly underpaid and abused verbally by the corporate staff. They do not understand the concept that people need to make a livable wage, especially considering how much work they are expected to do. While the gym is clean, it comes at the price of people’s sanity, which largely contributes to the disgustingly high turnover rate.Never will I ever consider stepping foot on another Planet Fitness property again. I’m insanely disgusted in the way I was treated by this franchisee, and will not patronize a company that prides itself on its “judgement free zone” while people at the top walk all over the employees that make their clubs great.

What. A. Joke... I went in to ask questions, wanting to know about Planet Fitness, how everything works. The guy at the front desk told me the only way he could talk to me was if I was a member and if I wanted to sign up he could talk to me and tell me about the machines and such, he proceeded to walk away from me to speak to two other ladies standing at the counter. It was very rude and a complete waste of my time to walk in. I will go find somewhere else that actually wants me as a customer.I would like to add an amendment to this post: My complaint was remedied. Thank you for making the wrong I felt right Planet Fitness Team! It is very much appreciated!

Normally I rave over Planet Fitness, but right now Im pretty mad. Its February 11th, Sunday morning, 7:52 am and the gym is locked tight. Supposed to be open at 7am. I pay good money to use the gym and Im not happy that whomever is supposed to be here is MIA. Not a good way to keep customers!

They have a lot of nice equipment. But the staff does not clean regularly. Theres constantly dirt on the one small stretching matt. They never clean the machines, instead hoping that everyone using them will. They werent cleaning tanning beds at all untill I complained about it (dirty tanning beds contributes to staph infection!) And they keep it SO COLD in the gym that it seriously feels like Im catching a cold while I work out. Will likely not finish my yearly contract and go find a cleaner space.

Great placr for a workout, cheap nice staff

They hook you with the $1.00 start up and then charge you a $10 late fee because their website is messed up and they cant bill you. When you attempt to go to the actual gym to get something done about it the manager thinks she can be smug and tell you that you did something wrong and wont reverse the fee. Im calling their corporate tomorrow. Worst place ever! SCAM!!!!
