Do not trust this company for your heating and cooling needs!1. I had my whole heat pump system replaced in 2019. They installed the wrong thermostat, so I couldn’t access my electrical heat in the event of freezing temperatures.2. The furnace was installed incorrectly. Tom Drexeler came out and found components not even installed.3. My AC was rattling badly - they came out TWICE AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.4. Just had someone come out and look at everything because my house is not cooling - again another failure of the installers. The PSI was set dangerously too high amongst other issues. Now I have to pay close to $1,000 to reverse all of their mistakes! Just unreal…

Highly recommend this business. Comes when you call, weekends, holidays. Quick response, understands your need for fast service. Straight forward, all inclusive “out-the-door” deal at a good price. Excellent after the installation service. Had hot house 4th of July weekend, came over and replaced central air/furnace, arrived 9:00AM and completed job by noon. Removed all old equipment and left clean job site. Friendly crew worked efficiently. 10 months later, Memorial Day holiday, thermostat malfunction caused hot house. I called early morning, owner arrived hour later to check equipment and analyze problem, no charges for coming, cold air when he left. Honest, dependable, strongly recommend. I would not recommend this company, just had unit installed two years ago it stopped working no cold air, tried calling and asking someone to come out and was talked to like I was a child, was also told that he refused to come out and fix it even doing warranty information. I have four kids and trusted these people who failed me and just don’t care it’s all about the money. Quality does not matter. They seem decent because of the reviews, please take my advice and go with someone else. Unprofessional.

I had A/C replaced by Larry Allen 1 1/2 years ago. System stopped working just a few weeks ago so i contacted them because of the warranty. He didnt show up on the agreed upon date to check the system. Rescheduled with them and they came out and put in leak detector. It stopped working again and they came out a second time. It was admitted by one of Larrys workers that the lines were installed too close together causing them to rub a hole in the line. He joked about it saying it must have been a Friday... They fixed the problem and all was well. A week later I get a bill for just under a thousand dollars for 7 hours of labor. They were at my house for a total of all visits of less than 2 hours!!!!! Not to mention the repair wouldnt have been needed if it werent for their negligent install. AND, not at one point was pricing or a quote discussed with me or my wife at any time. We thought they were warrantying the work! My wife contacted him and she was laughed at on the phone and said report me to the BBB, I dont care. Needless to say, I am not paying the bill and have contacted the BBB. I will also contact the Weatherization program that contracted him to install the A/C in the first place.WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! He may have a few happy customers but he is a scammer and will take advantage of you if he can!!!

Larry let me down seriously, after assuring me he would come out and look at my AC problem he failed to show up, I called him and he said he was along way away, when pressed he then said he would not come today but offers tomorrow. NOT ACCEPTABLE. He had my number and could have called me earlier in the day but chose not to. He has put me in serious jam by not adhering to our agreed upon contract. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Larry has been servicing our heating and air systems for over 10 years. He always shows up on time and is a pleasure to work with. We have lived in a couple different homes over the years and we always call Larry for hvac installation and service.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Do not use them.They installed a new AC unit for me and did a terrible job soldering the lines where the freon runs. Less then a year after the unit was installed the AC wasnt working, since labor had a one year warranty I called them and they came out to re-solder and add freon, and the tech actually admitted that they did not do it properly the first time. Well, less then a year after that, the AC wasnt working yet again, so this time I called a different company and it turns out that the freon leaked out, again, from the same spot that they soldered twice already.
