Supportive, knowledgeable, resourceful and connected! My experience with Ryan and Jennifer at US Vets was superb. I appreciated their follow though, which can be hard to find nowadays. They conducted college admission interviews with me that 100% helped me gain the confidence that I needed. I just received my acceptance letter for my masters program.- They also took the time to provide me with job employment opportunities, fairs, resume review, and college admission statement.- Would definitely recommend to other vets!!!

Supervisory case managers should be trained first especially in people skills. Many talk down to you instead of with you and are totally disrespectful to their clients and if brought to the attention of supervisors its ignored and continues to take place. This needs to be addressed at the highest level of US vets. US Vets, Long Beach, CA (perm. housing)

US Vets has help me in so many ways I can not list them all but here is a few: Resume Writing, Interview Training, Job Referrals Mock interviewing, Cheering me on, have me trained as a vet peer, the lists goes on. The team here can not be matched as they are a passionate team of caring people who are trying to better our community and help our veterans be the best versions of themselves. I salute them!!!!

Due to anxiety issue I thought once again I was going to be ignored but that wasnt the case. Thank you for following through. It is extremely hard for disabled veterans to get mental health support. Real help! When you have been harmed intentionally too many times it is hard to believe in positive outcome. But Im willing to try.

Mrs. Lynn was an extreme help in my job search after a year of being away, and then being challenged by the recent pandemic. Not only she is very resourceful and can tailor a job search to perfectly fit individual skill set and personal liking; in addition, she is able to edit and review résumés to ensure high probabilities of selection and going forward in the process. She is also very knowledgeable of benefits/opportunities that one may be eligible for and will help with the process.Overall a great individual to be helped by!

My experience with US VETS INC was great. Jennifer is amazing, she helped me build my resume, and also helped me develop interviewing strategies. Jennifer is a great mentor and is passionate about helping Veterans. Whenever I had given up on my job search, she did not quit on me. Jennifer went out of her way to help me obtain a job tailored to my professional/personal goals, and provided various resources to assist me in my job search. I definitely recommend US VETS INC, to Veterans and their spouses. If you know of any Veteran seeking employment and/or resources please refer them to US VETS INC.

I started working with US Vets earlier this year for assistance with my transition. I give kudos to Jennifer Lynn Delatte and Randall Longoria for helping me with my LinkedIn profile and my Federal resume. They also helped connect me with eBay for a Skillbridge fellowship interview. I feel like they really care about helping me have a successful transition from active duty to a civilian job.

Ryan and Jennifer helped me keep a positive attitude during my personal employment search. Back in January, I received my MBA and then, suddenly, everything just shut down. COVID-19 hit, everything stopped and I was devastated! But these two, Ryan and Jennifer, kept me in “check” and did not let me lose sight of my goal at hand. Amazing!!! As a transitioning Veteran, its good to know that there is an honest service out there not looking for another means of profiting off of the back of us Veterans.I accepted a position with the government and Ryan was the very first person I informed. YES, RYAN WAS THE VERY FIRST PERSON I CALLED!Thank you US VETS for hiring Ryan and Jennifer and for being there for me and for ALL of my other fellow Veterans.Let me know what I can do to “give back!”Very respectfully yours,Paul T. I am so empressed with the excelerated Rate of Excellence I have experienced with the U.S. VETS representatives, Rocio Palmero and Jennifer Lynn and their staff. Over the past few months coming out of 2020, they have been real attentive to veterans needs and request. I am a DVOP for the State of CA in Antelope Valley Region and have veterans with special needs. I recommend U.S.VETS as First Class showing exceptional attention to veterans needs, desires and future career endeavors. I am watching and always looking at community groups that help veterans. You do more than just help, you give the tools to enable the veteran to move ahead in their own strength. You are professionally there to guide and support with your experts and tools. Thanks for being there for me, a female Army Veteran and others. Keep giving us great leads and referrals to get better and better and better! I share all of the information you send to me with over 100 contacts. I look forward, to what your organization is going to do each and every day! Sharing and caring is the only way we will get stronger, more efficient and better equipped for the future. Thank you for being a positive role model and catalyst in my professional and personal life!

My experience with U.S. VETS has been nothing short of outstanding! Jennifer Lynn was my initial contact and provided me with excellent assistance in polishing my resume to reflect my military experience. Rocio Palmero provided me with great support by working tirelessly with her employer contacts until I was offered a position as Veterans Case Manager with the Salvation Army. Prior to this offer of employment, Rocio and Jennifer, along with Ryan Farrell diligently conducted several mock interviews, in order for me to develop successful interviewing skills. During the process, Ryan coached and emphasized the importance of the STAR method, which proved to be a significant factor in a successful interview. The combined efforts of Jennifer, Rocio and Ryan, ultimately led to an offer of full-time employment. I cannot thank the U.S.VETS team enough for their efforts that resulted in securing a full- time employment!

I have been working with the US VETS team—Jennifer, Ryan, Honey, and Nick—the past month or so, and they have been extremely helpful. The team has helped me build a strong resume, and LinkedIn profile—making me a more competitive candidate in the labor force. Through their efforts, I was able to connect with a wonderful company, and secured an interview. US VETS team not only has assisted me with employment training and opportunities, but also with educational counseling and overall support. I am very thankful with the team for helping me prepare for the CBEST—providing the necessary study materials—and for helping review my college application materials. If you are a veteran in the LA area, you should definitely contact US VETS. The team will tirelessly work to support you in any way they can.

Im extremely thankful and lucky to be working with Jennifer & Ryan at U.S. Vets as I was finishing up my graduate degree and slowly making a career pivot into a new industry. First and foremost, your personal advisors are advocates in helping you achieve whatever goal you want to achieve. As an example, some of the resources they have helped me with include: job postings, invitations to career fairs, Linkedin profile seminars, & introducing me to corporate recruiters that I didnt have access to prior. Best of all, these services are all free!I cant speak about the reviews of this organization in the past, but I do want to emphasize that this is truly a wonderful organization and each of their associates care deeply about the Veterans they support, because they are also Veterans themselves. Please know that my gratitude goes well beyond this simple note of thanks and that their kindness & hard work means more than any words I can ever express.

I was paired up with Ryan and Jennifer. They are a phenomenal team together. These people love their jobs and they worked hard to help me. I had to be diligent and ask questions. They were actively involved with me to the point even after I was given employment. These two will make you equipped to get an interview and nail the interview! I received:1. Thorough and up-to-date resume building2. Job leads on a daily basis3. Competitive strategies to stand out4. Steadfast encouragement5. And a critical mock interviewTwo weeks before the Covid-19 shutdown occurred, I enrolled with U.S.VETS. Many people as well as myself struggled for employment. Yet U.S.VETS remained operational over the phone and by email to provide the honest help that I needed during the crisis and I was given a job within two months!Thank you U.S.VETS for all your assistance. I recommend you to all Veterans. The LORD bless this organization and their clientele~
