I was informed by my investigator that they had limited resources so therefore I cannot seek a remedy for damages I incurred. Phone conversation witnessed by another person with me..

The EEOC investigator Mark Brennan who represented my conference settlement was biased and impartial and acted like he represented the Respondent’s Lawyer due to his fraternizing with the Lawyer he disclosed to the Lawyer that I didn’t want to pursue the case in court during the conference call over the phone before I interrupted the conversation a investigator is supposed to be unbiased and neutral but Mark Brennan also refused to notify or investigate a witness and co-worker who I listed with name and contact information and who would collaborate my complaint of harassment and discrimination the investigator Mark Brennan deliberately undermined my claim and settlement and prior to this investigator I was assigned another investigator who refused to contact the witness listed on my complaint this office investigators do not have your best interest at hand.

They have no accountability to the people who come to them for assistance. They hold your case until their investigation timelimit expires, then send you a letter saying they cant find any violations. They give you a right-to-sue letter, but give you only 90-days to find an attorney. Wow!People should be outraged and protest because OUR TAX DOLLARS are paying these state agencies to help us, but instead they sip coffee, put you on hold for an hour, and have potlucks. Amazing!
