Drivers are courteous an do what they can to make you comfortable. The only reason a 5* was not given was because one time I did wait almost 2 hours for a return trip. I know they have a small fleet and sometimes they have to call out for help, but they are an awesome company and suggest anyone to give them a ring and use them for appointments. Especially appointments that you know your getting work done or be sore after.

I scheduled the ride days in advance. I remember scheduling for 2:45p.m. but after no show I called and dispatch said its at 3p.m. I waited and still no one showed. Called again around 3:08pm and dispatch said there is a 7-10 minute window. (Which is why I scheduled at 2:45 but again whatever). Anyways wait till 3:15 and still nothing, mind you my appointment is at 3:30. Come 3:20 I ended up driving myself and had to have someone take my car home since I couldnt drive home from the back procedure. They called at 3:28 to tell me they were outside. This is not acceptable at all and the fact that they seemed to care less makes it worse. Pictures for proof of calls, so no one can say I lied.

I think axle medical transportation provides top rate service !!! My fiance David and I have been with this company for over a year now. I couldnt be more pleased with the level of service. One driver that comes to mind in particular is Jim. We always look forward to the days that Jim comes to pick us up. His level of service and professionalism goes above and beyond top rate service. He always arrives early, Even on the worst winter morings when the driving conditions would be considered extreme. We feel very comfortable and safe when he drives us to our appointments. Jim is very easy going, consistent and professional. We enjoy him as a driver very much, and consider him a very dear friend. Thanks Jim !!! Keep up the good work

Unfortunately probably best medical transportation out here there not most reliable but after some mis happs finally showed up the third time I used services but the driver was good helping me with everything.

I was supposed to receive a colonoscopy on Saturday I scheduled my appointment Monday they called me on Wednesday to confirm the pick up time and on Saturday no one ever showed I’ve left messages and called over 40 times the day of my procedure and still haven’t been contacted back I would recommend there service to anyone

Kid who runs Axel Transportation could care less about his clients! At least I can see he is incapable of caring about me or whether I get to my doctors office on time or basically not showing up at all! Kid screwed up my appointment with Social Security Administration doctor and got me to appointment 45 minutes late almost costing me my social security benefits in the sum of $11,000 is what i almost lost because of Axel Transportation’s failure to pick me up on time. Second time I tried to use them Axel just did not show up ever at all! I thought I might try once more to get them to help me and this time they showed up was at wrong address making me miss vital doctors appointment. Kid Ammond who runs the show is rude flaky and unreliable to say the least! Never count on them for a ride or you will never get there!

I love this ride company. The drivers are courteous, professional, on time and keep the vehicles clean and well seriviced. One of the drivers named jim has been one of the people i see the most on my rides down, and he as well as the other drivers love to have a casual conversation, or just turn on the radio for ya and jam out to some tunes, whatever works to make the customer happy is what this team does. On the first day I rode with them, they were booked and the owner went as far as paying for an uber for me to get to my appointment on time. I would easily recommend this company to anyone.

Axle was the 1st transportation service ive ever used before and have never used another since then which was close to a year ago now. They have been nothing but professional and very good communication with myself. I also have to give a shout out to their driver Nick. Usually if im not behind the wheel driving then i will be in the back seat feeling anxiety worried about something happening and i have no control of it. Definitely some kinda anxiety issue but i can honestly say, when nick shows up i feel so relieved because hes the only person that i feel i can just close my eyes or watch a vid on my phone instead of eyes glued to the road sweating being scared. Not taking anything away from their other drivers...they are all great drivers with great ppl skills. This company is the first that I have personally used for medical transport but I feel like I would never look for another company because of how amazing every single driver has been. They were on time and they remain to be on time every day single day that I choose to use this company for transportation and whenever there has been confusion and a driver has not showed up, which has only been twice, they arranged for me to be picked up by a Lyft driver,which I didnt have to pay for so I really appreciated that and that they went out of their way to get me to my destination! I went on a few rides with them. One of the drivers asked me to go to a rave with him...then the secretary refused to look up the adress for my appointment and upon stating to him that their company has taken me to this particular appointment location and that they would have it in their records he still insisted i look it up. I wasnt able to at the time and i informed him of that and he still refused to look it up...NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL....MANAGMENT HAS NOT AND DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE...WILL GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

I highly recommend this service. Excellent, punctual service! Courteous and caring drivers. I have a rollator walker. They always fold and put in the trunk of the car or push in the accessible van. My 14 year-old loves riding with this service too.

Horrible communication and flaky. If you get an interview for possible employment, keep looking elsewhere. They cancelled the interview the day of, and never responded when I reached out to reschedule. I can take rejection or a “no”, but to just not respond, that’s rude and unacceptable. Very unprofessional, I’m sure their services are conducted in a similar manner.

Amazing service. My doctor recommended them to my husband and I because we dont have a car. They made it so easy to set up rides that I called several times just to triple check my rides were gonna come..seemed to good to be true but it infact was true!! If traffic is bad and they are running a little late they contact me way in advance. Drivers are always so friendly and make us feel very safe. Hi Everyone. I guess yoy just take it for granted everytime your car starts. You expect that. What I didnt expect was the wondering how I was gonna get to appointments the morning it did not start. I called a few ride services for a lift that exact morning. Each one told me You have to register first. Register? I need to be where I am going now! I called Axel transportation. I had a ride that morning, and the next few mornings. Axel transportation accomodated me without anything. Nick ( our driver) is such a pleasant guy, great driver, and pleasure to talk to. With the driver nick The man has saved our lives not once or two but 3 times . all on inerstate and if his reaction time was even a half second slower all in both cars would probably be dead

I had oral surgery with anesthetic sedation. I called with no ride from family or friends.... I called axel and they sent a lyft to me and dropped me off for appt. 20 minutes early. I did not realize with what they were performing i needed somebody there when sedated. So i called axel and asked if he can have a driver come and sit in the parking lot while i went under and there was no question he said yes right away and i had him come inside and say he was there for me. Axel is family they waited 45 mins while i was under then took me home. I love this company.
