So amazing. We had a unique gift we needed to have engraved - it was an awkward size and of course our timing was tight. Chicago Award Source took really good care of us and went the extra mile when we needed unexpected changes made AND to have it messengered quickly across town. The staff was welcoming and so friendly but most of all made me feel comfortable with this crazy request. Because of the strange shape, they had to do the spacing by hand and warned me that it might not be straight. Because of their professionalism and expertise, the pitchfork looked perfect! I recently came here to engrave a Yeti tumbler as a thank you gift for a friend. I needed the engraving done within one day. Their service and turn around time exceeded my expectations, as the tumbler was ready for pickup within the day. They sent me a picture of the end product and even offered to ship the gift to my friend. Overall a great experience with Chicago Award Source (CAS). Very timely, excellent product, and good customer service.I called to have a farewell gift made for two friends who are leaving Chicago. I originally hit up a different shop but they were unresponsive to email inquiries and very slow in communicating with me, so I tried Chicago Award Source instead.After speaking with Firoz on the phone, I sent an email with notes about our conversation and corresponding photos for a frame job. The product was ready within a couple of days, but when I went to pickup we found out there was a small miscommunication - I had thought I had requested two identical frames with different engravings, but CAS understood the request to be for only one frame with the two engravings inside the same product. Despite this, Chicago Award Source was very accommodating and worked with me to have modifications made. After discussing sizing adjustments and alternative options, within a few days I received two excellent frames with the specifications I wanted and at the same price point that I was originally quoted. I was very thankful that despite the initial miscommunication, CAS was very professional in their customer service, and made sure that I was able to get the items I needed in a timely manner.Would recommend to friends in the future.

I had some tie clips engraved very last minute and Chicago Award Source did an outstanding job. Not only did they squeeze me in despite needing the engraving done in 48 hours, they went above and beyond to make sure I had them in time. One of the tie clips broke while taking it out of the box, and they actually went and purchased a new tie clip for me so that the project could still be finished on time. I never would have expected such amazing customer service and it meant so much that they went above and beyond.
