Traci did my mini/pedicure & she is AwesomeWhen she finish w/my feet I felt like I was walking on clouds! Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 they have closed! :( I wish I could find where Traci went I would pay her to come to my home & do my pedicure! I wish them all at PATSYS the BEST! They were a very clean well-run, excellent nail shop!

Vicky and her assistant are amazing! Ive had my nails done for years and been searching for a specialist and Vicky is more than that! She is an artist who listens to her clients and she does such a quality work I have never seen before! I feel like I have a new piece of jewelry on every time she does my nails! Not to mention her salon is the most relaxing spot Ive ever been too!

Staff did it again! She made me feel special and did an excellent job on my pedicure and gel manicure. She knows her stuff and gets the job done quickly but professionally. Thank you Pasty Nail Spa!!

Such great customer service. Ive been here twice. A friend brought me here and i loved my manicure and the second time i went i brought a friend and she loved her pedicure. Its clean quiet and they really do a great job. My fav part of the spa is the hot towels and massage you get. Great job guys!!

Came in for the first time on sunday around 12:45 before work at 3pm. Walked in, greeted right away, the wait was about 10 minutes. the gentleman working offered everyone inside a water bottle that was nice 😊. Then Joyce Si came up to me and greeted me and started working on me. Shouldve asked the spelling of her name but it sounds like joyce si she did a wonderful job with me, it was my first time getting gel and been a long time since Ive been in the nail shop but she definitely made me feel comfortable. She was gentle and she has and eye for detail ! I noticed ! Love that. The hot towel massage was so great and relaxing. I will request her my next visit, but if shes busy I have a feeling all of there employees are great. Well see. the vibe was nice the music was jamming with old school rnb. Love that also. Ill be returning.

I called to see when they closed and a guy answered with an attitude sucking his teeth. I dont know about all that. But they do good nails.

Terrible service since Patsy is no longer the owner. EXTREMELY long wait times ( I mean 45 minutes for eyebrows) unheard of. Recently experienced the nail technician telling me she cannot do callious remover on my feet (because I was getting a regular pedicure and not a spa and there wasnt enough water in the tub) unheard of.

Asked for prices nail tech barely spoke English so a customer had to tell me they had customers waiting for over an hour they where very slow half way through getting a full set she informed me of a price increase when I protested she said in broken English you can afford it !!!i was blown way
