Amazing Customer Service...Great Nail Tech

•ACRYLIC GEL NAILS : they started falling off less than a week after application; the inner bottom of nail had uneven polish line; coffin shape is not actually coffin; removed by wedging with other fake nail and pulling them off (painful) (guy)• MANICURE: didnt paint to the end of the nail border; polish layers were uneven; nail file shape not uniform (guy)• PEDICURE: nicely even polished coats on all toes (lady)• professionalism: overcharged for a basic color scheme; insisted that gel polish was necessary for french tips; tried to charge me for the removal of the acrylics that were cheaply applied in the first place a week earlier (guy)

Wendy was really sweet to me and did a lovely job with my nails. The prices are really good as well! I’ll be back for sure.

Although I was a little turned around when arriving this place it great. I was looking for a place nearby my area - unplanned and it was just right. Ask for the staff, they are amazing! Chill location, quick and skilled. I will definitely be going back.

I love this place! The staff always gives me exactly what I want and need. They have a variety of options to choose from from nail colors to services to the complimentary drinks. The only downfall is the wait, but pampering yourself is a process. Invest the time in yourself at this business! You wont regret it.

Wish I could give a half star. Aggressively rude staff, terrible communication. Called in advance to make sure they could accommodate 3 pedicures at once, which they said they could (they couldn’t). We waited for 25 minutes and only after reminding them did they seat one of us. No one was seated next to each other, and the women left to me left with bleeding cuticles. Yikes!

I just walked in for a $10 eyebrow waxing special, and Im really happy with my eyebrows! My waxer is named Thai, and shes really nice. The place isnt really the most sterile or posh environment, but it was so cheap and fast. 5 stars:)

Service was ok. Wish salon wouldve been cleaner, that their polish wasnt so old and dried out, and that their towels werent cut up pieces of larger thin towels that look like old old rags. They use what appears to be toilet paper in between your toes and have no drying stations. Employees were really nice and did their best given what they were working with. Pedicure was only $17.

I gave one star because the service was so bad the lady scrapped my gel off my nail then cut my nails after I told her not to . The painting was not any better . Then they charged me for paying with card even though before I did my services I asked if card is fine . That’s not even the bad part 2 days later one of my nails gel chipped !! After paying all that money gel is supposed to last longer than 2 days.

Great place to get your nails done... they do a superb job, everyone is very nice and really has great customer service.

I am visiting the area from out of town.. Stopped in for a set of nails and Brandi did amazing! She really took her time and made sure they were perfect!

Lady who did my pedicure was super nice and sweet she took her time to do my nail care and it didnt hurt (like Ive experienced in other locations)its a nice place

Depending on who does your nails, they may or may not talk to you. ive gone in a couple of time and the first time, she did an amazing job. The second however, she rushed the process and didnt apply the full three coats and was yelling out towards others through the whole process. At the end, she kind of scolded me for not giving her enough of a tip.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop. Got overcharged for an extremely poor job, only payed because I felt bad. The nails are lumpy and uneven. I asked for a design to which he agreed he could do and then did a terrible job to the point that I had to fix it myself. The work was also done extremely fast. Never coming here again.

I would not recommend going here ever, I was very disappointed in the work that they did on me very poor quality. The acrylic nail they glued on me was lifted from my nail, and only 4 days after getting them done one of my nails completely lifted off. When I can usually last up to a month with my acrylics, and they are expensive for their poor quality work.Update: I went to get my nails re-done at my usual place & when the lady went to remove the nails they cane off as if they were glue on nails that you can do at home. Never in 15 years of getting acrylics done have I had anything like this happen.

The nails I got were uneven and the gel was somewhat lumpy, in my opinion. I was upset when the guy who did my nails refused to let me use my debit card, and would only accept cash, which is super sketch if you ask me. I had to ask my friend to pay with cash for me because he refused any card payment. To make it worse, he had originally said one price, but then he charged me a much higher price. On top of that, the ladies there are excessively and embarrassingly rude to customers who try to pay with card (this happened to another girl who was there at the same time as me) too, and will force you to give them a tip for their lumpy nails and poor communication/ customer service/overcharging. If you do not tip them how much they like, they practically scream at you. These people need to do their job better, or shut down, seriously.

Best Nail salon in Los Angeles

They are good at doing nails but when getting a pedicure they didnt put hot water it the tub which was ice cold and were really bad at trying to communicate with me. The lady who was doing my toes was saying thank you over and over again and then she just ripped the towel from under me which was very rude like im sorry tha you wernt being specific. And they usually just mumble to try and get ur attention so that was very annoying and a little embarrassing to be honest

People dont understand English, refuse to provide suggestions. only wanted the nails to be done for money

Told me a price and ended up charging me a whole different and higher price. Aside from that I still gave her a tip and she got mad and said Thats it! And start saying things in her language. Unsatisfied.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any business. No need to say more.
