Best nail experience ever. My mom has been coming here for years, but today was my first time here and all I can say is that I love my nails. Even the women who were getting their nails done complimented my nails. One of the women who I spoke to while waiting she told me she has been coming here for years. She loves coming here and she recommend me to Tommy. Tommy did my nails 💅🏼 I love them and I would recommend this place to everyone. I finally found me a nail salon 🙏🏼❤️

👎🏼👎🏼Horrible place my first experience and I didnt like it at all the lady doing my pedicure was rushing on what color I wanted and didnt even want to show me the colors how am I suppose to know at the top of my head what shade of pink I want its ridicules. Then I showed her the color I wanted from the book and gave me a totally different color. I told her it was not that color and she kept painting them that color it wasnt till they saw me very upset when she brought a different color then she painted them with that color in top of the other color she had done. Then the guy doing my nails I needed a fill and he was just filing and filing my nails and I still had chunks of acrylic he was ready to paint my nails like that I had to tell him to file it still look the same the whole time was just a bad experience even the gel nails he did looks super ugly If i could rate this 0 stars I would I dont recommend it I recommend the one across the street the lady from the pedicure didnt even give me a fan to dry my nails 😡

Its under new management! KAY and her husband is no longer the owners and a few of the employees stayed on which was TOMMY! with the new owner. I was so happy to see him after a long stay away from getting my nails done by him. Tommy has been doing my nails for years! Matter of fact hes the only one who can grow my nails.

This was my first time ever coming here and I loved the service you receive. I came with my family and we all went to amazing people (Rose, Kathy & Tommy). The prices were very fair. I LOVE IT HERE. I will be coming back again.

Ive been going to this shop since the late 80s. The customer service has went from great to terrible. Sometimes you go in there and they treat you like you are bothering them. I wont be going there if I can help it.

Never been here before but I came with my sister and first impression was good. Nice and clean. But once I was ready and mind you I only wanted a polish I have a regular nail shop I go to but anyways the lady made me rushed when asking what color I wanted. Mind I did have my 1yr old with me and have any kid in public is a hand full but they are kids now she one didnt listen when I said I have to get my nails and toes done separately because I had the baby and then once I messed a nail up she didnt want to fix it and I still paid was rude about my child sooooooo hell no I will never go back there!

When youre still in the nail shop and leave a one star review. For a manicure, they didnt even do my cuticles. They put lotion on my hands and said she did them already and she argued with me about what she did. Another man came and used one of her tools and washed it with WATER and put it back in her kit. She pulled it back out to use on my hands and I told her to get one in the sanitizing solution because he didnt clean it at all. DO NOT COME HERE. They are not expensive than my regular ship in Torrance with SUBPAR work. If you want a design that not a normal lines everywhere in many colors, skip them as well.

The New owner made the place 10x better she uses better products and polish last longer since its better quality I love Rose....her new workers are also better than the original workers good quality work for a reasonable price

Highly upset! I tried to give them another chance, I was massively overcharged for medium length nails and plain red polish, which should have been no more than $20. I was charged$28!!! I then was told so nicely that everyone charge the same,WOOOWWW THESE PPL! I went across the street to be told $20, exactly what I told them. So I was overcharged for me and my 13 yr.old daughter in medium length nails with no design. Total to be $54. Oh, she tried to give me a design after I told her how upset I was. I politely said no. Karma ppl.. Happy New Year all anyhow!

Horrible customer service (If I could give it no stars I would! ) One lady, perhaps the owner, raised her voice at me telling me it is state law that I can not sit near my mother if I am not also getting a pedicure. I then decided to get one and they were still rude! To add insult to injury they didnt even have enough colors or a good selection of nail polishes. Dont expect any OPI here or even Klean Colors...smh most of the nail polishes looked as though they bought them from the dollar store and had them for several years ( old and crusty). This place is out dated and looked disgusting on the inside. Did I mention how rude they were? I will never go here again nor recommend that someone go!
