Does anyone answer the phone? I’ve been trying to make an appointment for two days now. The option to book on the Mind Body app which is suggested on their website doesn’t work. If you’re running a business, why don’t you pick up the phone?

Expensive for gel nails that may chip within a few days. One of mine broke off entirely. Over the phone, I asked to get mine fixed within the 10 day policy and the manager refused, saying that it was a me problem, not their problem and that I should not wait until day 8 to come in. Luckily, after I went in person, the entire staff treated me exceptionally kindly. I was very impressed with the service.

I got a gel manicure and one nail chipped within a day. I went back in to get it repolished. After that visit, within a week all the other nails chipped too, except the one that was corrected. It’s a lot of money for a one week (if that) gel manicure.

This place is amazing, friendly professional staff, amazing work! Wish I lived in this state
