Its a bit expensive but Ashley did a perfect job on my nails. Perfection. The only thing is that they do not have dividers set up on the stations.But the work done was great.

$ 40 for a simple set and you can see the horrible job done. See the file lines, bumps and none of the nails have the same shape. Had to leave did not have time to fix it.. Its the only service you offer. Well at least try to do it well!

Not the best. Booked an appt for my bf & I to get pedicures ($30 for bfs pedi). And I got a full set. Spent $130.. their work isnt the best. The woman doing my gel pedi kept on layering on coats without letting it fully dry.. so I ended up with ripple effect on my big toe. And my bf & I still had calluses on our feet when we left. With that said, I dont mind spending extra, as long as its quality work.

They do a lovely job. Everyone is very kind and professional. They work in a timely manner while also doing a nice job. The price for the work is really good, as well.

Bad customer service, is that how you treat customers that want to come to your business???I called this morning to book an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure at 2:00pm. I arrived to the salon 10 minutes earlier and Im waiting at the door, the lady tells me to wait outside until the time of my appointment. 2:10, nothing happens, 2:15 still waiting then a lady come and just looked at me, non even a word or a sorry for the delay. I left at 2:30 and called them to give my feedback and they say they come outside to look for me and I wasnt there. Come on! I was 5 of 6 feet apart from the door. I waisted one hour from work for this BS. Never again!If you want to get pedi or mani try Neihule, is a Lill more pricy, but service is way better.Thats the reason why I try to avoid to help local business, to avoid this kind of disrespectful behaviors towards the customers.

I had a 5:30 appointment, arrived at 5:32 p.m, they called me right at 5:30. They had me wait outside from 5:32-5:46. I came back in to see where they were at and one of the ladies tried to send me away stating that she “called me twice”. I was 2 minutes late, they still got me in. However she needs better manners/customer service.

I found this place by accident, I was looking for a full set to be done in about an hour on a Monday when most shops are closed. I called and they were able to get me done on time. Their services are pricier than what I am accustomed to, but I found out you get what you pay for! This is the best set of nails Ive ever had! They are perfection! Not one flaw! Ashley did a great job!

I went to get manicure 💅 but I should have left it the way it was. It was a guy who did it for me and it is horrible! He didn’t even polish it good one side is longer than the other he did them super fast so fast!Why? Because I am not get the gel or not doing fake nails! Can a person go to the nail salon and get a regular manicure and leave happy? I could have done a much better job if I do them at home, but I wanted to treat myself and he ruined it for me.Never going back to this place again!

Oh My God I love this place. I live around the corner and used to go to a different spot over by Alvarado and i love this place so much more because of the service and atmosphere is so relaxing. They can do better with the appointments i will admit.

I started coming here about 6 months ago, I used to go to all the high-end places on sunset but then found this place by accident and never looked back. I have been serviced by every technician there and all though they are all very well trained and know what they are doing, I have to say Jade is the most profesional and informed. She gives the best acrylic gel manis, pays attention to every detail on every nail! ITS CASH ONLY BTW! Make an appointment at least a day in advance because they are always packed. And most importantly, they are super super super nice and sweet. There is also a great energy between the employees, they are always laughing with the customers and just generally lovely women. Thank you, see you on Saturday for my fill :)

I have been coming here for a bit more than half a year. I have had no issue or bad service! My technician Amy is amazing I love her. Everyone there is great. But havent had the chance to get them all. But yes they are all amazing. And I live in the valley so everytime I travel about 30 min to an hour to get my nails done. So if that doesnt tell you how much I love this place I dont know what else would.

I went to Shine My Nails for a mani/ pedi today. Since the customer service and work from some of the technitions were deteriorating, I hadnt been in several months. Hoping that things had improved, I decided to give them another chance. The manager and I have a great relationship, so her staffs behavior, in her absence, does not reflect her abilities as management. On the contrary, she has always been very sweet and accommodating. To make a long story short, My pedicure was poorly done. After expressing my concerns, the tech stopped working and suggested, I wait for the manager, (who obviously wasnt there) to finish my mani /pedi.I am well aware of this particular techs work. She was the only one still working there from few years back, when I would come in on a regular basis, so it was hard not to take this personally. I ended up asking her how much I owed,mind you she was just about to polish my toes. She said, dont worry about it. I use to considered this Nail Salon a great find. Hopefully something can be done to get the techs back on track. Not interested in findinging out, if does or not, wont be going back.

GEL ON MY NAILS LASTED 1 DAY!!!!!! Bottom of my nails look like its been a week or two. I went several times there were always different girls who did gel on my nails and the quality is always bad. I kept giving them a chance to do it nice. Im very disappointed. I cant do my nails everyday, its not good

I believe Nancy did my nails. First timer here for a pedi & I was un satisfied, Ive been to better. Seemed like she was in a rush, didnt even soak my feet in the water and didnt even take my nail polish off my nails completely when she was already applying the other color ontop. I didnt feel like she cleaned my nails thoroughly too. Definently did not tip! It took her less then 30 mins to do my pedi while a lady next to me was still working on a pedi even before I got there & we were both regular pedis!

While I dont like to throw around the word racist I cant help but find another way to describe their service as such. My friend (who is white) and I (black) made an appointment for 12pm and arrived on time. When we arrived the shop was full. After waiting a short while another 3 (white) women show up, all of whom had made appointments for 12pm, one of which had just called at 11 and was told itd be fine ( they told her to come back later, but also whats the point of making an appointment if you show up and wait but whatever) 3 chairs open up and my friend and I sit down as well as the woman who arrived after us. They fill up all 3 of our pedicure bowls and start my friends pedicure as well as the woman who arrived after us. I wait. Another chair opens up and they start the 2nd woman who arrived after us. I wait. The pedicurist who starts on woman #2s feet makes eye contact with me as she lowers down onto her stool to start on this woman who arrived at least 30 mins after us as well as the 1st woman who arrived after us. Shes been watching me in this shop for almost an hour and makes it a point to stare me down as she starts on yet another person. They set up woman #2 with a manicurist as well as a pedicurist working at the same time. I wait. The water in my bowl is now cold. My friends toes are done and they start on her manicure. I wait. 2 more women arrive who just want manicures and so they set them up at a table and begin on them. I wait. Finally someone comes over and starts my manicure as my feet continue to soak in cold water. Both women with mani/pedis who came in after us are done. The 2 manicures at the table are done. My friend is finishing up her manicure and the woman on my manicure is wrapping up as well. My manicurist has to scream in the back to someone whos been hanging out after their client left to tell them to start my pedicure because its been too long. My friend as well as the now 4 women who came after us are done by the time my pedicure starts. I have never in my life had my feet sitting in a pool of cold water while staff ignores me and moves on to other patrons. I was the only black girl in that shop and was openly ignored at every opportunity. I would not recommend any establishment with this type of service. Zero stars

I came in to get my pedicure done and I had to repeat my self like 5 times to the lady that was attending me. I had asked her to remove a nail of mine and replace it but the lady ignored me and I kept on asking her and at the end she got mad and just didn’t wana do it anymore . Iwas Willing to pay extra and she still didn’t want to. Never coming again

Really horrible experience. In summary:1. my mom arrived at 10:30 when the salon first opened for mani/pedi appointment. When we walked in, one of the staff was cutting her cuticles (which is fine). After she was done, however, she put the cuticle cutter back and ended up using it on me for the pedicure without disinfecting it. GROSS!2. my moms pedi technician was RUDE. First, she had a horrible attitude. She clearly wanted to be with her daughter rather than at work (which is fine, but please dont act like youre doing the customer a favor by coming into work). It was unpleasant to be serviced by her throughout our stay there.3. there was no water in the basin when my moms pedi started and she never actually filled it up. When the gel for the spa pedi ran out, she never got a new bottle and ended up just skipping the heel altogether.4. my mom wanted her nail to be trimmed by a machine, and the technician just made a huge deal out of it - took a tiny bit of length at a time and each time, my mom had to ask her to take more and more. Now granted, she was worried about catching skin however, instead of communicating this with professionalism, she seemed absolutely annoyed and irritated. It was clear that this technician was just super pissed that she was even being asked to do this.5. my mom walked away with several cuts on her toes and hands. Im including a picture of one of them (you can see puss coming in from the injury). THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.6. the only time the technicians spoke to us was to ask where we were from. Before we even had a chance to say, they guessed Russian and then proceeded to speak about us in a different language. Of course, I cannot PROVE that they talked about us, but Im not stupid and it was really darn obvious both by their eye contact, body language, and intonation.The sad part is, Ive been to this place twice before and had the owner and two other nice technicians do my nails and it was fine. After this experience, however, Im never going back. I would not recommend this salon unless the owner of the shop is there to supervise the technicians.

The guy who is taking appts. is clearly not doing his job right. I called to make an appt he told me after 2pm and what time would i like to come. I told him 2:30pm. we said ok. I get there at 2:30 and he proceeds to tell me that i am late and he told me 2pm and i was wrong so i need to come back. He said he wrote down the time time right and I was late so he skipped me. usually he confirms but he didnt confirm with me nor call me. Truly bad customer service. I will never return here. I dont suggest this place at all. He wouldnt even admit his wrong doings, i even have a witness to prove he lied smh. just horrible.
