This is the best nail salon in vista ! i started getting acrylic nails because i love how they do them here and the nail techs do the nails exactly like how you want them. I get most of my inspiration from pinterest and i show them the picture, they always make them exactly the same and they’re very good at doing nail art ! i got a set done yesterday with little mushrooms on my index finger and ring finger and the mushrooms are perfect. My nails always last so long too i’m amazed they’ve lasted up to 3 months ! the prices are very affordable as well. My whole family goes there and we always come out very happy with how they turn out :)

The guy who did my nails mentioned a first responder discount so I asked for it at the check out when I had to pay for my nails and my husband. She stated there was no discount.. only for student. I showed her my student ID and she stated she needed prove of current students 😂 even though the ID stated 2021. Than requested is it easier to state my husband is in the militairy for miliraidy discount since she denied first responder discount. She stated no militaory discount. Confusing af and annoying to be stated student discount and seeing all the prove and still not applying the discount when it was all originally mentioned by the person doing my nails.

Terrible. They kept changing their prices and their discount were mentioned but ONLY student. They wanted prove of your school schedule. A ID wasnt enough. They dont do first respondee or military discount only students but wont even value it. Terrible service.

Worse pedicure ever! Never going back again! Messed up on the shaping and on top of that the girl cut my toe really bad! I’ve been going here for a few months and the same girl 2 weeks ago messed up on my last pedicure jade had to go back and fix her mistake. I gave her a second chance and she blew it Not to mention that my last 3 full sets have only lasted me about 2 weeks they were lifting really bad

Worst pedicure ever!!!$26.00 for pedicure, she said I had calluses and it was 5 dollars more. I agreed.She did nothing different. The back of my feet were the same.She said I had ingrown nails on my big toes.She took them out and made me bleed and was laughing with co-workers.She gave me infections on both toes. Ive never had infections on my toes.4 days later I went back because the infections were not going away.The owner said it wasnt an infection but there was blood and puss visible.I will never go back to this place again!!!Would not recommend it!

Absolutely loved this place. Its my first nail place here in California. They did an amazing job. Great customer service too. They gave me ideas and now love the nails I have. Will go there again for sure!

Ive been here before and the ladies here do a great job, but last time I went I felt like I was being rushed. If it helps make an appointment that way you have a say in how fast the process is going. If youre almost paying $50-60 then you definitely have a say.

In spite of covid, the staff was kind and happy. I consider this an essential service due to my 90-year-old father, who needs help with his feet and circulation in his legs. They are experts in foot and leg massage. Yes! Essential!

Waited almost 40 minutes after my appointment, lady rushed through the nail set, and then got upset when I asked her if she could straighten them out. It then became a situation where I apologized for the inconvenience of asking her if she could fix them. She then started to talk to the other nail technicians and pointing at my nails and raising her voice and having an attitude. I will never go back. I apologize to her and paid for the service plus tip and left. Please be aware of this before thinking about going to this place

I was a loyal costumer for Be Polished until today ! I’m astonished with how I was treated and spoken by two guys one named Kris and the other guy who didn’t want to introduce himself. I went in (06/26/2020) with my mom and co-worker, my mom and I got full sets and both gel pedicures to start off we had an appointment at 6 didn’t get seen till 7 and we left the salon sooo late we left at 9 due the major wait and putting us to the side. Anyways I paid for my mom and I the lady checking me out charged me out for 168$ I explained my total was actually 210$ when I asked to just pay the difference I was charged 168$ 4 more times great right ? Yea, no anyways I left my number and said okay call me tomorrow when you have things figured out when checking my bank statements as I got home out of the 4 payments 2 were canceled and 2 were accepted so I PAYED 168$ twice but when explaining this to Kris and the other supposedly owner “no name” they said I was confused and didn’t understand and that I would have to pay again. Which doesn’t make sense if 2 transactions were accepted ? I walked out of the place in tears and honesty I felt betrayed by the way I was spoken to by Mr. no name guy when he said if you knew you had no money you shouldn’t have came here like excuse me sir I’ve been coming here for 3 years and more you can gladly ask VEENA the owner herself . But after today I will be no longer going there any longer including my mom and my coworker. - GABBY B LOPEZ

I went to this place for the first time tha nail polish looks thin on some parts and looks good on other they dont have a fan or a spray to dry them quickly and hour after they were still wet and therefore i got lines and dents on them wont be coming back to this place

I drive 45 minutes each way to just have my nails done. I wont go anywhere else except Be Polished Nails.

Mary did a fantastic job on my nails. I asked for a black French and they were more than happy to accommodate. Mary did the gel polish nice and thin just how I like it so my real nails dont look fake and clunky. Will be back for sure

They were very nice and welcoming, they passed around cookies even. They were super nice to my niece that also got her nails done (shes 2) I just wasnt please with how my nails were painted, 27$ for gel manicure and they started chipping after 4 days.

The nail artists are very good at what they do. My nails dont chip, or crack between visits. Ive been to several artists and the work is consistently great.

Such a great experience Hanna really paid attention to detail ans what i was looking for, i had thick gel nails that i was really never happy with (got them somewhere else). She made them natural look again so in love with them now. Thank you Hanna for putting up with my request and fulfilling them, i will be back.

Highly recommend this nail salon! I went in to get my acrylic nails off and gel put on, as well as a pedicure. It was very affordable and great service!!I added the callus remover and it was the best callus remover Ive ever had. She took her time and really worked my feet, they are the softest theyve been in awhile. I did the basic pedicure and I still received a fantastic massage and sea salt scrub.The gel came out great, I had two ladies working on me and they both took their time and were very easy to talk to and explain what I wanted.The salon itself was huge and very nice. I will be going back for both my pedicures and manicures! Thanks Vina and Natalie!! :)

If you would like to try this place out, make an appointment. Otherwise they will tell you they have time and then have you cool your jets in a luke warm basin for an hour while they finish up other clients.

Came here 2x for gel acrylic full set.. they broke easily, the gel chipped. Although pedicure was good. Won’t return.

Gave me something different than what I wanted but my nails turned out fine. Only problem was that they charged me $27 for Only putting gel polish on my nails. Kind of disappointed because they kept blaming me for the confusion.

They dont pull out new sanitized tools! Look around and you dont see any cleaning stations or sanitizing bags like at other nail salons. Their deals are too good to be true for a reason!

Bad customer service. I did not like my acrylic nails that i got done there. The acrylics were beautiful but the lady insisted that I get the clear gel as well. The clear gel was not even clear it had bubbles and seemed old. The price was high and I did not even like the finished result. I did not get a discount either.

Took my girl here and she absolutely hated it. At 1st I was like ok you in here being a diva. I got out of the car to come keep her company and as soon as I walked in I felt the negative vibes of life long disappointment is the air. I sat and tried to keep her company. On top of the fact they were rude, and the place itself was busted. Fingers crossed the nails at least come out good...... Wow not even they are big and mishaped. And to make matters worse a nail literally fell off two days later . Never going back

I do NOT recommend coming here, go somewhere else! This was not worth my money at all. I went here to get my nails and toenails done. I choose to get french tip on both the nails and the toenails. I only liked how the toe nails came out. For the nails I choose acrylic french tip with gel. The products they use do not seem to be high quality at all! The lady used plastic french tips. They didnt match my nails perfectly but they were ok, she glued them on my nails, and then she proceeded to putting on the acrylic. After that, she put on the gel. The gel seemed old and crusty. It had bubbles, but I assumed they would disappear after curing under the UV light. I was wrong, she redid the gel on the nails and it still looked just as bad. I didnt like the finished result at all. The nails had visible clumps of bumbles, the gel top coat was not clear at all. She knew I was not pleased and I did not even receive a discount from the manager. I will never be coming here again!

This is one of the nicest nail salons I have been to in many years and they do excellent work too.

Staff is friendly and they help my mom with a mani/pedi and even though it was time for them to close they took their time and made my mom nails look wonderful.

Wait time was excessive and I wasnt even greeted when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. One customer told me it was already 30 minutes past her appointment time and she wasnt being helped yet. Very disappointing experience!

Really dissapointed they need to get it together. I called they said 5 min. I show up and my lady apparently has an appointment scheduled. They just lost my buisness.

I really love this place, normally it takes between 2 -3 weeks or maybe more for my acrylic nails to need a fill and in other places in the first week my nails start to get weird and in this place like that it is impossible for you to leave satisfied and It has the most innovative and current styles, all the employees always receive you with kindness and cordiality. I recommend it, you will not regret it !! 😁
