I’ve never have had DHE as a carrier to do anything, but they really need to do real training for their drivers. Because one of their drivers was speeding 50 on a 30mph road, driving on two lanes for half a mile, merging in an intersection while next to me, and almost hit my vehicle in the process. I had to swerve out of the way to not get hit by this huge truck and trailer. The driver also honked at me and flipped me off, because I was in their way? Entrance looks hidden as you must go through employee parking. Off Olympic and Rio vista. Guard didn’t ask for identification. Was told to check in by door 21. Had no problem backing up as it was empty that day due to slow season. But I can imagine how difficult it would be with trucks parked next to you. Reception staff was young and not smiling. Could be because they are working around puddles in and outside the building. OSHA no where to . Was empty within 1 hour. Look at google maps for the specifics so you don’t get lost and call them to give you directions just in case. Have a good day

All the 1 star reviews echo the same things, and its true. The customer service isnt helpful even the slightest bit. They are super vague and sound like they make unnecessary excuses for no reason, causing delays for no reason. They dont care about their jobs, and it shows. Avoid at all costs if possible.

Fast unload.

DLS provided the worst shipping quotation services we could ever imagine. The rate makes no sense and they charge you extra shipping fee without any good reasons. We will never use them again!!! We hope we could choose 0 star to rate them.

Had Delivery Scheduled for 8 am - 12 Pm No one called had to reach out to only be told another 2 hours. No So dependable if you ask me. Specially when no notification and you have to keep calling to get updates. Last time using this company for out Freight services.

This company is a joke! They take an extremely long time to deliver, we were quoted next day delivery on 4 separate orders and 3 of them were delivered in about 2 weeks. They act as you are just another problem for them and they do not want to be bothered. We called numerous times and just got the runaround. We have talked to a few people and they were all careless with the exception of Coral Diaz who went over and beyond with great customer service.

Trucks need serious WORK! The working hours are sick over here, these guys act like you dont have family or a home to go home to.. Stop and get some RedBull, cause they work you till you drop

I have no choice since my shippers use only this company but if you have any selection for trucking company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They just do delivery cancellation without any notice even though tracking still shows its on the way. They very often do not show up and go back without any notice and say driver is on the truck without liftgate even though the we requested liftgate service at point of pick up. And tracking still shows its on the way. One day I was waiting for my shipment expecting I can receive my stuffs, it was scheduled to be delivered in the morning, of course they didnt show up so I call the customer service, she said it was gonna be second round and it will be here afternoon, I called them again about 4:00 pm, she said its on site but I didnt see any truck so I asked her to make driver call me. of course I got no phone call from the driver. I called them again and she said driver already left the area because its raining. So sick and tired of their lying.

First of all I will say I will neverrrrrr use this company again. They were supposed to pick up the day after I called for service, never showed up or called to tell us they are not coming. The next day I had to call and ask why didnt they show up, she said there was no space on the truck for my order. Then they finally showed up later that day. I order a lift gate and jack pallet at pick up and drop off. They showed up with no lift gate or jack pallet. Had to call again to this company myself and ask why she said she had no answer for me. I dont know how they are still in business. The drive is rude.

I wish they had an option for zero stars because this company is the worst on the planet. They also discriminate against Hispanics and treat their Hispanic employees like dirt. They have Hispanic supervisors treat their employees like slaves, talk down to them and threaten them with sending them home as a form of discipline and retaliation. Unfortunately the Hispanic workers are too scared to assert their civil rights and work in fear and no dignity. We need to get a union in there.

Consistent missed pick ups. Ive been on hold with them twice today for 20 minutes, which actually seems to be on the shorter end.

They never notice you about pick up delayed. It happens four times in one week...And its really hard to reach the customer service. Always holding longer than half hour. I just wondering is that because everybody calls them to complain? Thank you. Now more business with you guys.

The customer service is horrible along with their disrespectful employees. They are unable to fulfill with the customers needs such as basic transfer calls. I do not know how can they run a company that lacks customer service.

I schedule DHE to pickup and deliver displays between San Diego Ca and Danville CA. Two day delivery time. DHE lost the shipment. This is the second time they lost a shipment of mine! It took them fives days to deliver between the two locations. When i tried to locate my shipment so i could take it myself they told me to use some tracking system that apparently they use. It could not tell me where it was, other than enroute!

They dont pick up the phone and after 25 min of holding phone disconnects.

Probably the worst trucking company. Greedy, rude, under pay the drivers. Most of the drivers are leaving.

Unloading process here is horrible. To unload 1 pallet takes them about 1 hour.

You arrive on Sunday night they start around midnight to 01:00am, to unload you and it takes them all night to unload you, not to mention the yard spotter keeps Waking you up
