Horrible service. What they provided vs what we expected was completely different. When I went to get a change of color the lady refused. DO NOT COME HERE

3 cones of thread were dry rotted and broken before even opening the seal.Other threads cones are sticky and unusable going through the machine or cause a disgusting sticky residue on the machine.Resistant to returning and exchanging.DO NOT BUY THREAD FROM THEM! The quality is terrible.

They are awesome! A place you can go and get what you want/need fast and cheap. No offense/disrespect to the other reviewer. They do have some budget/economy/low quality items but they have good stuff, too. You have to know what youre looking for and whether its right for that particular application. Sometimes people dis a product or company and it was really just not a good fit for the job.

Ordered first time and received filthy woolly nylon textured cones that had some kind of dirt and black specks on the thread itself in the middle of the cone (maybe they have some kind of bug problem).Also bought plush foldover elastic but I would not use that either.I put everything in zip lock bags until I will maybe hear back from them.Contacted them by phone and email and they do not want to talk to me.If no response from them,I will dispute the charges with my bank.I paid almost $18 for shipping 2 large spools of thread,one small and 50 yards of fold over elastic but it wasnt so heavy.

I like going there bc they have an excellent eye for color and I dont usually have to wait long.

The thread I purchased doesnt even deserve a one star rating. I bought this thread for my embroidery machine a couple years ago and had problems from the start. It doesnt feed properly through the tension disks, so that the bobbin thread is pulled up to the top of the design. I called customer service and told them this and that it didnt matter if I loosened the tension. She told me to put a line of machine oil on the cone of thread from the top to the bottom. I dont think I should have to do this in order for the thread to work! Well, I tried it once and the thread is still very tight. I do not have this problem with any other brand of thread. So, I am stuck with a FULL set of embroidery thread that I paid good money for and cannot use it. It has been sitting in a box and I decided to try it again today, same exact problem. I wouldnt buy from this thread company again because they dont stand behind their product.

I ordered garment bags from this company and they ARE DEFECTIVE !!!They arrived with a deep puncture hole. The company does not stand behind its product. Avoid them like the plague unless you like throwing your money away.

I went to place to pick up the thread yesterday from las vegas n talk to 2 ladys who was helping me.They were not friendly at all but, it wasnt the problem.At first they said $2 each . Then asked me how many rolls each color. I Said mostly need 1each n about 100 different colors. Lady said if I dont buy 5 rolls each color it will be $2.40 I said ok. Because,, sounds kind fair. Then while I was writing down the thread color number lady said oh,, it will be $ 3. I was kind feel bad because, price got changed $ 1 more each rolls in 30 mins. But, i had no choice n take that price because,, most place close 4:30 pm. N Time was 4 pm already.They packed my order in the box n i got back to Vegas.Now,,,I just opened all the plastic n set it on the working station n I was shocked.OMG~~~ about 30 rolls are all same color n other than that they just put any color instead what I order. This is insane. I m very disappoint n upset way they cheat on me. But,, I live in Vegas. I dont want to spend any extra money to get back to California thread to exchange all the colors.I just want all the consumers to know how dishonest this company is.
