Drew did a fantastic job detailing my SUV. I have not had it professionally detailed in several years and it was a mess. I had let my two children eat frequently in the car which I have of course learned is a mistake. Drew met me at work and detailed my car better than I thought was possible! He erased those years of crumbs, make up accidents and dust to make the car look as good as new! I’m very impressed and I will continue to use him in the future!

Honestly, you can not be in better hands than Drew’s when it comes to auto detailing. the minute i booked him, i received a confirmation and reminder from him. he called to see if i had any questions. that attention to detail is something you don’t see much these days. and when he showed up, he taught me so much about how to keep my vehicle in tip top shape and gave me tips for the future.. he really explained to me the process my truck was going to go under to the smallest detail. it really seems like the man has a burning passion for what he does. i wish i could give him more than 5 stars

Drew worked miracles on my car. The interior was full of stains, pet hair and NC red clay from my nieces and nephews little feet . Drew got it out. My car looks brand new again. I will recommend him to others.

Onyx Detailing in Winston-Salem cleans all of my families vehicles. My 2002 Dodge Pick-up, my wife’s 2014 Ford Fusion, my son’s truck and his Harley. My old truck after the first wash looked almost brand new again inside and out! We get him clean my wife’s car once a month sometimes more and it still looks as good today as the day we bought it. I’ve been nothing but pleased with Drew’s service. I live on a horse farm with a long gravel driveway, and my vehicles are used a lot. I have a truck, sedan, and transit van, and Drew has done an excellent job with each one. I hired him once to try to get a few layers of filth off each vehicle, and I was so impressed, I now have him come out monthly. I am tough on my vehicles and each time Drew is finished, they look brand new. He has even done wonders on my 1994 farm truck; literally removing decades of dirt.I appreciate that Drew cleans until the job is done - no matter how long it takes him. He doesn’t rush through to move on to the next job, and he wants it done right, even though I don’t have “fancy” vehicles. He genuinely takes pride in the work he does.

I usually dont write reviews for most companies I do business with, but when I spend $250 dollars for the so called Premium Detail I expect it to look brand new and nothing missed. Im not trying to bash or defame this company this is just my experience.Yes Drew is very professional, arrives on time, however I was told on the phone I blow dry the car dry and was told I use the best wax on the market I put two coats of wax on the car The wax part may be true or not I really dont know, but what I do know is that the sealant I buy from walmart repels water and makes it bead a whole lot better than whatever he is using. Also when it was time for me to look at the results he had the doors open cleaning the windows finishing up. Remember the statement where I blow dry the whole car part well on the door sill there was water puddled and also in behind the mirrors. So if you blow dry the car dont you think those wouldnt be missed? Then about the the two coats of wax if you go beyond and above other detailers work why would I still have to buff out wax residue you missed. Then the windows and the rear view mirror were my biggest grind with this job. It was smeared and looked like it was wiped with oil.I learned my lesson this time Ill detail my car next time, because I pay attention to detail especially door sills and making sure the windows are super clear along with making sure all the wax residue is gone. The other thing I didnt appreciate was the way he talked about my car as if it wasnt worthy of his so called high end detailing. I have a 2016 Ford Focus hatchback of course its not a $100K car but you dont have to insult it by saying its just a car to get you from point A to B and I have detailed 1000s of them. Like my car didnt matter and when I brought somethings to his attention he said O you are very particular about your car I said yes because I actually care about my cars and this is my first one I have purchased on my own. Thank you for the work you did to my car, but I feel swindled and duped. I know what quality work looks like and this was not. Will not be using Onyx detailing again. Wouldnt have wrote a review however I feel like I got a 50 dollar detail for 250 dollars. If you like his work that is great, but next time Ill do it myself. Hope this helps anyone wondering about this detailer.
