They discriminate their customers. I came with my mother and asked for mani pedis. After they has already started my service they took the person doing my nails to assist other clients which they stated were “appointments” however why have a person start my service all for them to leave 10 minutes into it.They then continued to make my mother and myself wait all while accepting walk ins. They didn’t start her pedicure until they were nearly done with mine. Extremely unsatisfied and unhappy. No one likes to feel discriminated.

We tried Cosmo nails and spa in wylie today. It was clean & service was good. I got a really good salt scrub on my arms with my manicure and my husband had someone remove his callouses like crazy (thank goodness!). Decent selection of nail colors. Chairs were a little less comfortable to me than some. Prices were standard for a little nicer salon. I will definitely be back!

Was there recently booked a pedi.main gel with French tip and art nail for 3:30. wasnt seen until 4:10pm I understand that they are busy sometimes. My pedi was rushed and not finished properly. Didnt get a good scrub, massage, hot towel. Didnt get massage on my hands nor lotion. My previous experience with Allen was great but not this one, the front lady rushed him over to another client without finishing my pedi. Anna did a great job with my nails and design but she ended up finishing my pedi but it was not great. Checking out the front lady was Tip, tip tip. and Yes I always give tip to Allen and to whoever does my gel manicure but there is no need to repeat tip like 7xs. I was very disappointed with this weeks visit for $90.00 it was not great.

Wish they would change out drill bits between each clients it’s really gross that they don’t . (You can tell if they’ve been used before you because they have white dust on them) & pretty sure i got nail fungus from a pedi i received here :(

I wanted to try a new place and decided to go with a co-worker, the guy who did my nails was horrible. I literally had to stop him and tell him to cut them off. I have never in my life done that. But everything from the shape to the length to the uneven acrylic was horribly wrong. I definitely will not be back.

I used to totally rave about this nail salon. Always was a hard language barrier but I personally never was too bothered. Tonight my boyfriend and I scheduled an appointment for him a manicure and Nexgen for me at 6:30. We were there on time and by the time the woman was nearly finished on my boyfriend another worker came and worked on my nails. When I showed her what I wanted wich was a very simple design (a plain smiley face) she continued to say that I should get Halloween stickers I was disappointed but was fine with it. I was finally helped at around 7:00 the nails are totally uneven and wonky. And the price was way higher then when I got painted designs!!! The owner proceeded to talk poorly or was complaining about me and my boyfriend who was there after close (because they started way late) very unprofessional. Will no longer put my money into this business

This place is good for a pedicure, but manicure you will have to go somewhere else. My thumb nail is COMPLETELY UNEVEN as its turned a weird way, my dip powder chipped 6 days after i got them, it was marble so i went to get 8t fixed and got a lady who didnt know how to do marble and now it looks like someone just drew weird lines on it. Im not on day 14 and 2 of my nails have just popped off. Ive never had my nails last 2 weeks, normally 3 weeks and not because they pop off but because they are over grown. At this place i spent the most money Ive ever spent on my nails and it was poor quality and a waste of money.

Cosmo Nails mess up my nails multiple times. It’s about 3 people total that speaks for English. There is always a communication barrier, because the ladies don’t understand what you’re saying. The receptionist is only concerned about the money and managing the workers, SHE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. I told her I wanted a fill, she told her employee that I wanted the acrylic off. I had to stay longer and they literally had a fuss in front of me which was unprofessional. The 2nd time we had a communication barrier, I literally show them a picture of what I wanted... simple French tips with a round shape. My nails where horrible and it looked nothing like the picture.. the 3rd attempt... I just wanted the dip... they wouldn’t give me what I wanted... I was told my nails where too short and I need a tip... they where only trying to up charge the customers. They do great gel and dips on natural nails, but try to stay away from this place if you need something other than dip and gel.. ask for Wong.... she understands and speaks perfectly good English.

Love getting my nexgen nails done here by Trang. She really takes her time and does everything with perfection.I had come once when she was not available and a gentleman did it but I hated it. It was such a half done job and I didn’t want to bother complaining since I was already in a bad mood.

I LOVE this place! Me and my daughter go in every chance we get and it’s always a top of the line experience for us both. My daughter gets to sit in a Disney princess chair or a hello kitty chair while I sit in a massage chair to get our nails done. Best place to spend one on one time with your child while also getting pampered!

This is my favorite nail salon in Wylie. Its conveniently located close to home. Its reasonably priced. Its always clean. They get you in quick and do good work.

Very clean, new, comfortable Salon! The ladies are very sweet! I only gave them a 4 because the first tech doing my nails could not get the shape correct so Linh had to take over and she did a fantastic job! I got the next gen nails and a pedicure. Price is a bit higher than some other surrounding spas but it was nice that it wasnt overly crowded and fast service!

We made an appointment for 330 and told the lady we had a 2 yr old and we were getting hers done. We got there at 315 they did the 2 yr old within 10 minutes and we where still waiting and where told 10 minutes. Have you ever tried to get toes done with a 2 yr old? No way and make us make the appointment and then get the 2 yr old done and the paying grown ups not even ready to do them. Bad Bad business and really bad 1st impresion. WILL NEVER GO BY AND WOULD CAUTION ANYONE THAT DOES!! NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH ANYMORE!! I GUESSING THEY DO NOT LIKE BUSY.

I have been here 3 times (had a different technician every time) and always had a great experience. I get the Next Gen manicure and a regular pedicure. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because their prices are a little high, but the service was great and the salon is extremely clean.

I have been getting a mani/pedi here since they opened. I’m in like clock work, every two weeks for my nexgen manicure with the same lady, and a deluxe pedicure. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and they do a great job. However, they don’t replace their nail polishes, they just keep adding acetone to thin them out which sucks because the polish doesn’t dry shiny, and it chips off my toes within days. So I refuse to get me pedicures done there anymore. Sure, I could buy my own and bring it in, but I spend $108 on the two services and for that money, I expect to be able to choose my polish from a wall of colors.

My husband just went to Cosmo Nails to get a first ever pedicure!! They stuck him in a chair with no water to soak for 25 minutes while they waited on every customer who came in after him!! When he got up to walk out, it was obvious they didn’t want to work on him! I’ll not ever be back there - totally rude!!

I had Nexgen done at another Salon but stopped here to get them redone. My nails came out so much better here. Other places that did my Nexgen made it thick. Here they buffed and filed it so that it looks more like a real nail. Super nice, very little wait.

The first time I went they were friendly and did a nice job, the second time it seemed their customer service was non-existent since they were all busy. The wait was super long, so we left. Id give them another try based only on my first visit! The lady who waxed my eyebrows did an awesome job.

The nail tech who did my French nails did a great job...very natural looking, good shape, and she took her time to make sure the gel set.The pedicure tech is a different story. She was much more interested in telling jokes and laughing it up with the other techs. She wasnt paying attention to what she was doing to my feet. Being overly aggressive on cuticles isnt a good thing, and I wound up with an infected pinkie toe that hurts like heck...swollen, red and oozing. On top of that, she practically ignored calluses on my heels.There doesnt seem to be any standard here...Ive had really good results in the past, but each tech creates a different experience. I probably wont go back.

The nail artist did my nails terribly and all it was was pink nail polish and there was hair in it and it wasnt evenly coated and the color wasnt mixed up so it was dark dark pink then light pink on the same nail I could go on but I wont it made me very mad

I went in and had my nails done with the dip powder polish. Normally when I do this, it lasts 3+ weeks and I only have to get it redone because of the re-growth. While at the appointment, the gal doing my nails didn’t understand much English.. I wanted a polish that was white and ended up with more of a clear sparkly polish. She kept saying it would be white when it was finished. Some nails ended up being dipped more than others, so now that they’re done, they’re uneven in color. She also cut one of my cuticles and burned the tip of another finger while buffing them.I had my nails done on Monday, and one had already chipped on Wednesday. I went in and they fixed that one, but wouldn’t fix the few that were a lighter shade. Another two days later, i have one more chipped and two more that are cracked and will be chipped soon. I will not be going back.

I recommend this nail spa to everyone. They will always make you happy and get the requested service done correctly. I love the workers here. They are nice and knowledgale. Also, I take my little cousins here as well and they love it. They enjoy the kid chairs and yummy slushes! I come out satisfied every time.

I have been coming here for almost a year. I have been trusting them with the things they tell me about my nails, but now I feel like they are complete taking advantage of me because I continue to come back. They have officially lost my business.I have been having issues with the nails just popping off. I don’t have to be doing anything. They just come off. I’m new to getting dipped, so I assumed this was the norm. When I said something to Tiffany, she did my dip thicker than normal. That helped, but I can’t always get Tiffany when I come in. I brought in two friends that have also become regular customers.I got a dip set on the day before New Year’s Eve. Six days later, three nails had just popped off. I went back in. The manager is the one that did my nails. She also didn’t put the base dip on my nails, so they were translucent. When I went back to complain, I was with someone else and we also wanted pedicures. I witnessed four people come in and services stated on them before my sister and I even had water put in the foot tub. So I asked why, and that’s when they ran water in mine...not my sister’s. So they start on my pedi. Two more people come in and they still haven’t started on my sister. I say something about that. My sister was only getting a pedi. She’s 16 and has autism, so because I also had to get my nails done, I wanted to know why no one had started on my nails. I was told they were wishing on the manger who had done the nails so she could do them “better” for me. I accepted that until I realized she had a customer she wasn’t half way through with. I expressed that I didn’t want to wait for her and have my sister just sitting there waiting. They were still making me wait, and two more pekoe came in and someone started on them. I’m getting pretty upset. So I said I didn’t want to wait and I need someone to get started on my nails. They brought someone from the back that I’ve never seen. As we talked about my nails, she told me with dip they can only do two-three dips. I know that’s not true now. Not even for this establishment. So I leave once again work thin nails.Here we are two weeks later, and my nails are just popping off. I literally just woke up out of my sleep and one was just lying on my pillow. One of my friends that has become a regular saw yesterday that I had nails missing. She showed me her nails, and go figure, they are thick and she doesn’t have any issues with them just popping off.I come to them because they are close to my house. Now I have to find a new salon because I should have to get dipped every other week just to have nice nails. I have pictures. I just have to figure out how to add them.

Iv been seeing Michelle for over a year now she does nexgen on my nails. Ive never been cut by her! She takes her time. They keep the place clean and always offers me a drink! Sometimes I get my feet done and I have sensitive feet but Sophia is amazing at doing my toe and is not rough on my feet! I always feel so pretty when I leave here and Ill never go anywhere else because my nail last so much longer when Michelle does them! Also I drive 45 mins just to see them because they are so good!

Love my nail lady did an amazing job but when I did a pedicure the lady left bruises on my legs by beating on my bones with her knuckles and the hot stones. Left with 4 bruises on me. Not to happy.😞

Worst pedicure experience Ive ever had. The prices are a lot higher than the service warrants. The water in the basins was so hot that we had to ask for them to add cold water three times. It was still so hot that my grandaughters feet and ankles were bright red. When I expressed concern I was told that that was okay and her feet were fine. I picked the same glitter polish that I use at another salon and was told it was a top coat and had to have a base color under it instead of just doing two or three coats of glitter. The girl who cut my toenails cut three of them so far back theyre becoming ingrown. She did my left toes then traded places with a guy who wiped off the base coat shed put on my right toes before he started polishing. When he finished, he put my flip flops back on and messed up my big toe. Instead of removing the polish and redoing it, he put another coat of polish then another coat of glitter on top of the four coats that were already there. Ibe been in a lot of salons and spas and Ive never had an experience as awful as this. I wouldnt go back in there if everything was free and they were handing out cash.

I had an awful experience here. The woman doing my manicure filed into all of my fingers and left cuts under the nails because she was not paying attention. Then, another woman doing my pedicure caused my big toe to get infected somehow.

Some of the techs are rough and they rather file nexgen as much as possible instead of soaking nails off the right way. Ive had to pull my hand away from 2 techs because their metal file touches my real nail and it burns! I also think its stupid how they charge an extra $5 to put tips on! Regardless of whether its 2 or 10. Average salon I guess.
