Never have any problems with this car wash. They do an exceptional job

Ive been going to this car wash for about 7 years and at first the owners were rude but now days they are more pleasant to me and the workers are very hard workers and always nice to me and does a very good job on my car everytime I go there.

The workers are professional and hard working but the owners have no customer service skills at all. They do not know what order the cars are coming in and when you let them know they get mad. I calmly told the owner to be more professional but all he did was got mad said well gove you your money back just go. I dont understand why Older Asians that were not bron in this country are so rude and get mad at you when they know there wrong and your right. Do not recommend this place at all.

Its fine. The do hand was the car in a conveyor belt type set up but dont expect them to do extra work. The truck looked good after the wash but I found some spots that were not totally clean. Decent job. It was ok.

Figueroa Car Wash did a great job specially on the exterior. He is very detailed and really knows what he is doing. They showed up earlier than expected and he is a nice person. He even gave us a discount on the services and works fast. Only downside is that was not expecting it to be expensive( It was our dirst time to have detailed service) but good thing Paul throw in some free service besides the one we agreed. Overall i would recommend Paul for detailing services. Thank you Paul!

First time I went to get my moms car washed, someone stole things out her car. Went back 1 year later and they didnt do a good job cleaning the inside of her car, but I tip the person anyway. I wont be returning.

I went to figuero car Wash to have my car interior shampooed and detailed, I paid them $180 and my car was still dirty inside they were still dirt in the ceiling of the car they were still food on the floor nothing was detailed like it should have been I complained to the owner he then told me that the car was too dirty. a detail there is only $130 I paid an extra $50 because I had just purchased the car and it was dirty so what was the extra $50 for if the car was not even cleaned like it should have been for $130. Do not take your car here to be detailed its not worth your money and the owners are very rude.

The front desk Asian lady is very rude and doesn’t want to speak to you or acknowledge you. That alone is enough to take my business elsewhere. The hard labor men outdoors cleaning, are more welcoming. Unfortunately I won’t ever return here for service.

Dont bring your car here they advertise theyre 100% Hand Wash, thats a 100% huge lie. Theyre cleaning your precious vehicles with a big dirty brush creating all kind of swirls and paint damage especially if you have a dark colored car. Lets not mention them drying your cars down with some dirty microfibers. Dont pay these guys to ruin your car look for a professional local auto detailer.

Thought it would be bad, but they were reasonably priced and professional. The quality of their work was also great. Will go again.

Purchased a Groupon for Figueroa Car Wash. They did an absolute AMAZING job!! They took out every single tree sap spot throughout my whole car, and let me just say, there were quite a bit of spots ALL over my car! I definitely recommend taking your vehicles here. Just plan on leaving it for the whole day. But its worth it!!

I came to this car wash before, this time bad experience my car was wash after 2 other cars that came after me. I sat for over 1hour and 20mins. The two cars after me came and left. Then the person dry my car waiting on a tip. Then ask me for receipt once he realize he is not getting a tip. Then slam my freaking car door. Im never ever going here again!

Poor customer service from the woman inside the office. Worse is the 3 hour $150 detail job that lacked attention to detail. I had to walk around the car and point out all the missed detail, such as water spots, dry leaves left under the windshield wipers and obvious dirt around the lights and dashboard, and back window half cleaned, just to name a few.Highly recommend shopping around the area before deciding to patronize this business.

They scratched my paint by using a dirty towel and didn’t do half the advertised services such as clay bar and sealant. I will never come here again. 0/5 stars if I could. Don’t make my mistake!

It was my first time at this car wash. Everytime I go by there they are always so busy which is a good sign. I went on Friday and it wasnt crowded. I paid $15.98 for a regular wash (standard). When my car was finished it was still very dirty! The rims everything! And when I asked questions they tried ignoring me. I wont be giving them my business anymore!

In the past I gotten the least expensive car wash, and thought that maybe thats why work done on my car was not very good. Now moving forward to present time I decided to splurge and got the full detail which cost me over $100. Though to myself, now will see how they do? Answer not ______ good. Wash left lots of dirty areas, waxed left over very visible all over and miss spots, vacuum poorly done.

Went to this place to have my brand new car, washed there today (fisrt time washing it after the dealer). Well to make it short I am very disappointed at the fact that when I got back home I noticed very noticeable scratches by the door handles and by the hood. My advice is to take your car somewhere else where they will actually care for your car as if it were their own. Not to mention that it still had bird poop stains by the windows (the main reason I took it to get washed). I will definitely not go back ever again.

Worst customer service! From the Hispanic man that writes what service you need and the Asian owner that charges you! I have a small cube and the owner charged me as if it was an SUV! When I told and showed her the car she said SUV. So ended up paying 21 DLLs all because they already had it inside washing. After that I told them to put some armorall on my cars back bumper and said I had to pay extra! Like what exactly did my 21 dlls pay for?!!! Last time I go there! No wonder one of the guys that work there said thats why they had no more customers cause of the high prices and bad customer service!!

Charged $$$$ lots of money to detail a small SUV left the car spotty. Wouldnt come back.It seems like the owners were getting the person detailing the car cleaning other vehicles in between and as the due time to deliver neared he did a half pass job. Very disappointed. Dont get me wrong the car was very filthy coming in, but I did expect for the amount of money that it was going to come out somehow better, it did, but I would have done it better myself and way cheaper.Said that they were going to clean the engine, nothing, not even a spit. Im still cleaning the car every day until I get the details done...

I usually don’t come to this car wash but since I like to keep my car clean I had no choice but tocome here because the car wash I go to in Korea town which is nothing and I mean nothing compare. Anyways I went to that car wash and I literally saw the gentlemen passing the vacuum without taking the carpet off and just vacuum on top of carpet wow really. So I ask the dude hey who’s that guy that pass the vacuum on my car he said “ the owner”. So I ask the owner hey u didn’t clean my carpet he went offf me and didn’t want to give me service. Never coming back here again.

Its been more than once where the trunck of my scion doesnt get vacuum. Not sure why. Even if i pay for deep cleaning.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I went to get my car washed yesterday. I had 8 bucks in my glove compartment (which I checked before I left my house to make sure I had money to tip them with). I get my car back and reached in to get money for the tip and nothing. I said something to the guy who last had my car and he tells me maybe I was mistaking and said it was okay but kept asking for the receipt to show I paid for the carwash. I went to the manager (whom I must say is a C you next tuesday) and I told him that I someone took my money out of my car. He shrugged his shoulders and I told him he needs to talk to the 1st guy that had my car. Of course he comes back to me and says he didnt see anything. Then he points me in the direction of a sign they have saying they are not responsible for missing items, so Im assuming this happens quite often. The funny part is I was gonna tip so there was no need to steal, guess people are just greedy. smh.

Terrible service and owner is unaccountable. They scratched my brand new rims when putting the car on the tracks. The owner refused to give me his information to make the situation right. I had to file a police report over the issue. I would NEVER Recommend a low level car wash like this.

I got my car washed at their shop on February 14th and I think that they are way too over priced for the car wash services that they provide and you can easily find another good car wash place for half the price that they charge to do their car wash services.

Awesome place to pamper my car, fast, cheap, and secure. If u need a place that will do a good job for cheap this is the place.

This place is horrible from start to end. The Asian lady, which Im assuming is the owner gave me terrible service. I was surprised how far she went to make the experience unpleasant. I highly recommend you dont come here. The line was extremely long. I told them not to use armor all inside the car and even made sure to tell the spailnish speaking workers not too (in there native language) yet they still did... I will never come back here ever again. If you want your carwash go else where. Any where else they will do a better carwash. Save your money and time.

Over all the car wash is okay I go there when I’m lazy to drive to the place I always. I went today because I didn’t have cash I didn’t want to go to the bank. This place has a ATM inside. So I got 20 dollars to pay my 13 dollars car wash I take the money out and straight to pay and the lady that is always there just saw the color of the bill and told me it was FAKE !!!!!!!!! When it wasn’t ! It was an older bill !!!!! She insistent it was FAKE and she wasn’t taking it ! Two of the people who saw me take the money out told her I took it out from there and check it and it’s was REAL !!!! I was a cashier I know my bills !! First of all this lady isn’t taking any bills if they are not the new bills !!!!!!!!!! Please don’t waste your time here ! Why do they take cash when they can’t tell from real and fake ! LAST TIME I COME HERE !!!!!!!!!

Car washers gossip and make-fun of customers

Ive been to this one numerous times. A few weeks ago I brought my car in and noticed alot of new employees on the car wash operation part. While the work done was decent it wasnt nearly as good as before. The guys that focused on my car were not nearly as complete in finishing the work as the previous employees I dealt with..I did have the new guys redo a few spots they missed or did a subpar job on..so in the end the car looked good..I just felt like the new employees didnt really want to go the extra mile even for a good tip I do plan to bring it back this week and will do a further possible upgrade if I feel there is anything to add

This car wash is a thief, they only give the cars a hose of water and voila, no shampoo no javon ... only soaked water and they say they have washed it ... they steal what you pay for and they dont do their job ... and when you claim they dont care, be very careful ... dont let them steal your money for nothing ...
