The worst car wash experience ever. Never had to stand by a washer and explain to him all the spots that were missed. And yet missed a million more. Drops the cloth on the sidewalk picks it up and without dusting start using it on the car. All the dirt from the sidewalk stuck to the cloth and made small scratches. Never going back again. I’ve spent a lot less in LA for a decent service.

I had a client right around the corner. I needed to get my daughters car washed. They did such a good job. And they where so super fast. I would so go back

I will never ever come here again. I do a better job myself. The tires look nice but the windows and sides of car have water spots and streaks. I paid for the executive car wash and honestly dont know what the difference is from the basic. I understand its end of day Friday but come on; there has to be a standard of service.

Its a decent car wash. I got the executive wash which took about 20 minutes.I took a star off because they unbuckled my daughters car seat and didnt put it back.

Ive never felt so discriminated against as and African American; at a car wash of all places. I was there waiting to receive my ticket to get my car washed as soon as a white man pulled up they left me and went to service him. I went to the manager and was told he had head of the line privileges. Too much, out of my element I guess. How do people like that stay in business I wonder? Please find another car wash.

Friendly staff outside and inside. i came in as a walk-in and I was serviced right away without a problem. I brought my car for a complete detail- I received my car impeccable. Make sure you have a few hours available because this will take time. Highly recommend!

Consistently fast car wash with no issues for years of taking my cars there.

I thought they did an amazing job, mainly taking their time to wipe the car down as well. They may have spent 5 mins on it after the wash. Id recommend.

I went to get a car wash today and they did a rushed job. I asked for them to do a quick vacuum in the trunk but they totally forgot. They left water on the windows, doors, and the back of the car! I payed 25 dollars for this awful car wash. One of the worst car washes I ever had. Don’t come here!

Bad service for no reason. I used to wash my car here weekly and never had a problem. Today my car was so dirty as you can imagine and I decided to come in for a wash. I bought an upgraded package and waited for my car to be done. Well, they are really busy today and it is sunny out so my car literally waited in the sun to be dried. By the time they got around to it, it was dried. I asked the manager if they could just run it through again so they can clean it well and he started screaming at me. They eventually did run it through again because I think he realized it was totally dry. There was no reason to scream at me. I was there at your business during Covid and had a nice tip for the person to dry it. Was it to much to ask that they actually clean my car $50 later?

The gas is great and the washes do the job, just wish when they did the interior they got a little more thorough, I usually am finding crumbs and particles everywhere in my center console in particular

Its great except the cleaning crew bosses, they have an attitude and that I do not care. The Rest of the guys are very nice, . The shop should have more things it was very empty.

The workers did fantastic job. They did so well that I went home and got my other vehicle and had them clean it.

Don’t go here if you value your car. Took them a slightly dusty but otherwise brand new Range Rover since it’d sat in garage for a few weeks. Inside came out more dirty than before with random hairs and things that must have come from their wipes. Didn’t do the screens or cup holders at all.Outside the paintwork has light scratches and a couple hard weird scrapes into the paint on the back as shown in the picture. They didn’t even actually clean parts of it at all.Absolute scam, will dispute with my card.

Best gas prices in town and most competent car washers as compared to blue wave and the other car wash on Venice and Sepulveda. Prices are reasonable. Clean work overall. I have been many times.

This is the second time I got a smog test here and it is perfect in every way. Great, friendly, professional employee assistance while checking in your car. Quick 20 minutes (or so) wait time. Used $10 coupon so cost was $50. I will only go to this location for my smog tests. Wish they still included the free car wash, but thats no longer included.

A pretty average car wash for the money. Personally, I would go elsewhere in the future. I’ve been here twice and both times lots of little things were overlooked. Most recently, there were streaks on all the windows and lots of water spots on the exterior of the car were not dried. This is purely a volume operation, so expect that will be reflected in the quality of the car wash you receive.

I just go for their shop. Super cool books believe it or not!!!! Super cool gifts. Really high end stuff. Who knew?! The shop is really big. You would never know from the outside. Youll get 5 stars when you put in an ice machine and some sandwiches

I’ve been coming here for the last 10 years now. At first I was a member at the sports club LA which outsourced business to this wonderful establishment. Now I’m an unlimited member and feel confident in taking my SUV here. This place defines the full service car wash experience with friendly, hardworking staff and a clean shiny vehicle to boot.

It s great car wash if you get the monthly and become a regular. Same staff over the last 10 years, including the cashiers and managers. My daily drive is a unique (1 of 100) car and I trust these guys with washing it 3 times a week through the automated wash. I sometimes take my 3-yr old in the car through the wash and he loves it. If you have specific are to clean let them know. They are happy to use special cleaning chems to quickly take care of it at no extra charge - so long it s quick one don’t expect a full wax job for free!!!

My Jeep was very happy to be washed at Sepulveda West Car Wash!! It was the first time I used their service... The guy who welcomed me, offered a discount (via an online coupon). They did a great job cleaning the car spotless, inside and out, including fragrance and beautiful shiny tires!! They even held on to my licenses plate that fell off during wash (my fault - as its not installed into the bumper). Im definitely going back and already referred some friends.

I have frequented many car wash places over 30 years living in West L.A. Sepulveda Car Wash in my opinion is the best. They are attentive to detail, try hard to keep the traffic moving, and have a staff of workers who really work hard. I really feel they do the best job out of all car washes from Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, and West L.A. They treat every car the same, whether its a compact import with 100,000 miles on it, or a brand new German sports car, they do the same great job. Thanks Sepulveda Car Wash!

Ugh! Should have washed my own car like I usually do. It was a waste of my $25.00. I had to ask for a rag to wipe and clean the car myself. They so not care about your car here. Next time ill do it myself and save the money

This is not the place you want to go if you want your car to be clean after the car wash.I purchased the executive car wash with interior disinfection, and the results look like someone spent 30 seconds with a dirty rag on the inside.The outside wasn’t any better; there is still tons of dirt on the rims and water spots on the hood.

They were very fast and super nice. My car was really gross when we brought it in and I didnt have time to empty everything out of my car, but they did a good job of vacuuming it out even with all my stuff in the back seat.

Awesome new car wash location! First of all, very clean and staff members are very welcoming. However, one add on I wish was added onto the monthly plan is vacuum. Other than that, definitely worth a shot if you are looking for a quick and clean wash!

Service here is great. management isnt the best. Some rude customer service you can get. I havent been around Latin culture in awhile since my stay in the Philippines but some of the foul languages while on work and clock.

Tried this location for the first time. Check your car before driving off. There were crumbs in the seat but the supervisor was nice and did a redo. There were also streaks on the windows and yellow spots from a tree that came off instantly with a towel.

This place is awesome! It just opened earlier this year, prices are great, service is fast, super strong vacuums, and they do a fantastic job. What impressed me the most was how shiny and sparkly my tire rims turned out. Will definitely be a repeat customer here!

$35 for hand wash and wax, and the owner even gave me $5 off discount with shampoo the front floor mats! They also promised me to have my car ready in a hour, which they did. The car turned out looking great, and I felt $10 tips for them is well deserved!! Great service with reasonable price. Highly recommended, and I will return for sure!

Best car wash around clean vehicles real good inside and out

First time here, and I will not be going back. I purchased the executive wash. Exterior looks fine, minus some gunk left on my windshield. Interior looks as though it wasn’t even cleaned. ”Air freshener of your choice” actually means having their cleaning supply sprayed excessively onto your interior carpets. Drove all the way home with my windows rolled down just to bear the smell.

Sepulveda West Car Wash is one of the better car washes in the area. Its not perfect, but it beats a lot of the smaller ones nearby. Everyone there is friendly, and they do a good job cleaning. Also, the waiting area is clean and air conditioned (great for those hot days), and theres complimentary coffee. They also offer a free wash with a smog check!

Car wash is just an over priced drive thru wash with people at the end to lazily dry off the car. The wash is poor. You’re better off washing it yourself.

This place is amazing. Not sure about the other review below, but my experience is great and enjoy the service. I have the executive monthly was wash and have used it 3 times now; very worth my money and have no problems thus far. Thr cleaning guys are very good hard working people.

These people care nothing for their customers or customer good will. They accepted $55. but said they would not do the work because they discovered a radiator leak. Due to having to wait for a specialty radiator and repair I was one 1 day over the 30 days they allowed for return. . These people would not make any allowances and would not refund my money. They took $55. for doing absolutely nothing, I would be required to pay the entire amount of $60. again! Needless to say I did not agree. I told him I would not be back after which he told me he didnt care. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. These people are thieves!

Great place to go for a smog test! The gentleman was very kind, and did it in a timely manner. I also got a free car wash out of it, which was a pleasant surprise!

No effort put into this wash, only slightly better then a drive through wash and 3x the price. I was one of the first cars of the day so they don’t even have an excuse for doing such a terrible job. Never coming back to this place.

WARNING! BE AWARE.The guys cleaning your car are thieves. Dont come here unless you want something missing from your car. On top of leaving a tip once my car was washed, someone from there took a hand full of change and some candy I had left in the car. How petty is that? Is this place a car wash or a mall!? Best gift shop I’ve seen at any car wash or anywhere for that matter. Lol ....Amazing candles and books etc. Not important but I’m into candles and smell goods so I was impressed. Anyway a lil pricier than my regular car wash and I only ended up here because I was the designated lunch runner and I had a cup holder with multiple fruit filled lemonades that crashed onto my carpet when slamming on my breaks in l.a traffic “what a mess” It was the closest car wash and the prices make sense for the area (West L.A.) I suppose and I needed it cleaned ASAP. Staff was quick which was great since I had to get back to work and they did a great job. No sticky residue or chopped up fruit anywhere so I was happy.

Want to get your windows cleaned with a fresh cloth, not the one they cleaned the car with. Then this is the wash for you. Best in LA

This is a good car-wash. We always take our cars there because of their convenient location and quick service. It, however, is not the best wash in town. It is a machine wash, finished by hand, and it is not perfect. Even when you purchase the executive wash there are often times spots or dried-bugs left over on the exterior, and only spots left on the interior. For a small tip or prodding the guys are happy to clean it up a little bit if you catch it before you pull out. Given the price, however, this is generally easy to overlook. If you like a clean car and you take it there at least once a week the carwash club is 50$ a month and allows unlimited washes (24$ each).

Good carwash they care a lot for your car, I have mothly plan with them & totally happy with their service but there is one important thing made me give them 1 star & that is the owner behavior, she should know the customer is her boss & should not argue with her boss, Im spending more than $1500.00 per month with them to fill gas & carwash & if this bad behavior will happen again I will go somewhere else

This is a good car wash that my mechanic uses and it seems to do a land Office business. Sometimes the way can be more than you would like, but its a pleasant atmosphere and there are other distractions in their little gift shop and snack bar area that can keep you occupied until your car is done

First time here today; very pleasantly surprised. I just had the exterior hand wash done for my car, and they did a great job. In and out, probably 25 mins total. I was more surprised at the very nice waiting area (free Wi-Fi) complete with a small play area for kids. Just did a walk through and they definitely did a good job. Perhaps slightly pricey given this was just an exterior hand wash, but Ill always shell out a few extra bucks for the total package. Will be back.
