For the price its great. My car was by no means show floor ready after the $35 inside/outside wash, but it was much better than it was before.The whole place looks and feels run down. Its exactly what you think its gonna be. A cheap car wash.If thats what youre looking for its perfect. But please dont expect anything more or else you will be disappointed

I’ve been a customer at LFCW for 10 years since I moved here to LA. The place is a bit tatty, but my car always leaves immaculately clean. 95% of my car washes get done here. Never had a problem. Never a long line. Most washes happen within 30-45 minutes. More elaborate detailing like window tinting, polishing, compounding, etc. require more time and an appointment. Over the years I’ve had a la carté services like hand washing (my preferred choice), waxing, engine and undercarriage cleaning, and carpet steam cleaning. They’ve even been able to remove minor scratches and scrapes off the paint of my cars. None of these services take long. At one time they also did windshield repair. Never had trouble, always friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

40 dollars on a Tuesday? For a regular wash, and vacuum. Now I admit, i havent paid for a full service car wash for a couple years we just go through the machines, but 40 dollars????They did an ok wash, and vacuum but they did not wipe anything inside. No dashboard wipe.I dont know for me, its a no.

Take your money somewhere else! Not satisfied at all. Paid a pretty penny for a carwash and the quality of the wash and the end result were not worth what I paid for. I asked the guys to touch up the parts that were left unclean and they said thats all they could do. My car is clean but with spots everywhere. I paid for 3 different waxes and I clearly saw them only apply a very light coat. Not cool. Wont be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Find another car wash, DO NOT GO HERE!.On Saturday morning I drove up from DTLA to get my carwash here because I have been happy with this place in the past. At roughly 9am it was not very busy and I pulled in to get a wash. I was quoted $40 for a basic interior and exterior wash for my SUV which seemed a bit excessive, but was ok to proceed since it is not too often I get my car washed. One of the managers walked up behind my car to give me the quote. No one was in back of me and it was very clear that I had a Thule T2 bike rack on the back. It did not seem to be an issue. I left my car and went in to pay excited to have a clear car for the weekend.As I approached my car when it was finished I noticed that my rack was out of sorts and noticed that is completely mangled. The metal was bent on both frame rails and one smashed up against the back of the car. I went in to speak with management. The woman behind the counter directed me to the owner. Before I could even finish explaining what happened the owner blamed me for having a rack that is hard to wash. Mind you that he was on the other side of the lot from my car and had not even seen my car or the rack. He directed all blame on me and said it must have been like that. ZERO accountability! The manger that checked me at least agreed to come look at. The rack was in complete disrepair and after review he said there is nothing they can do about. “It much have been like this” he said.I understand that things can happen and I am ok with this, but to blame me and try to tell me that my Thule rack was in ruin before I even came to the car wash is a slap in the face.To add insult to injury, my car was not even fully washed!! The rims had ton of brake dust still on them and serval large swatches of dirt that were completely missed. In the end I drove off the lot with $40 less in my wallet, $550 worth of damages and a DIRTY CAR!The world will be a better place when the LOS FELIZ CAR WASH is demolished for an apartment complex.

Just okay had to ask to do the stuff that should be included like vacuuming the trunk then I had to borrow one of there towels to finish cleaning up the inside employees need to be taught to clean the dash as well as the shield above the gauges and to clean over the center console

Heres a laugh for you. Wanted to get a carwash- just outside. Pulled into the carwash on los feliz. The guy gets in and drives my car to the front of the wash (note to self: remember to wipe down all surfaces neat the steering wheel before driving away!) The car comes out the other end of the carwash with four people pushing it. They throw a metal bar under the front tire to stop it. Then, some guy heads toward the car with a long metal bar. I approach and ask whats going on. Theyve locked my keys in the car!!! Have called AAA and theyll be a half hour. So, here I sit...waiting! Ha!! All you can do is laugh!!!

I really wanted to like this place since its close to home. I payed for a $40 hand wash. At first glance it looked like they had done a decent job, until I realized they didnt even lift up the mats to vacuum under them. Again, people were nice and I wanted to support them, but for the price they job is below average.

Why all of the bad reviews on this place? I took my dirty car here and it was returned to me as a clean car – both inside and out! The attendant was friendly, as was the cashier. The pricing was in line with most other car washes I have ever gone to, and that included my tip I gave to the guy who worked really hard scrubbing down my FILTHY rims. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you, this place is just fine!

I have mixed feelings. I paid $20.99 for a regular wash + interior windows/vacuum whereas I have paid a lot cheaper at other carwash places. However, Los Feliz did a great job to make sure the car is cleaned thoroughly!!

120 for a interior exterior clean. It used to be 80 bucks or so and that was expensive already but they raised their prices to a ridiculous amount I wont be coming back.

They broke off two pieces of the trim on my car. I didnt see the damage until I got home. The wiper would have easily seen this but never said anything. Prior to going there all the trim was fine and not loose. Besides the damage, they are also expensive for the service they provide. Next time Ill pay a little bit more someplace else for a hand wash.

My bf and I both have used Vlads service numerous times. Hes on time, polite, affordable, very detail oriented, and leaves your car shiny and spotless. So far weve had no problems at all and will continue to use his fantastic service. Highly recommended!

No paint job necessary...They removed a ton of scratches and microchips from rocks and maybe a little fast driving 🙂 They used 2 different detail heads plus a hand polish to boot...5*’s All around...!

Driving along Los Feliz Blvd yesterday and saw a huge sign advertising a Special price of $14.99 available Monday- Thursday so I decided to get my car washed. When I drove up I advised the attendant that I wanted the basic wash. He tried to upsell and told me that my back seats needed to be wiped and he could do the car wash plus clean the seats for $40.00. I asked him what the basic wash included and he said the carpets would be cleaned and just a regular car wash. I told him I would take that and was given a ticket. When I paid for the wash I was told it would be $17.00. The difference between $14 and $17 is no big deal (actually it kinda is now since I recently lost my job because of Covid-19) but I adked the cashier what happened to the advertised price on the sign outside. I was told that for $14.00 they would not clean the inside of the windows. That would be an additional $3.00.So basically what these people are doing is borderline false advertising

Beautiful, clean and delicious! Nice staff too! Was only there for about 20 minutes but I saw them cleaning when they werent working the register. Everything was well stocked and clean! Even the bathroom was spotless! Loved all the flavors and the variety of toppings. Would definitely go back when in the area. It was a nice place to sit and chat too!

They’ll tell you, your car needs to be hand washed. Then if you refuse they’ll still overcharge you. At one point there was a backup of cars in the actual wash. So much so the people drying even said they couldn’t finish drying everything off properly. Go somewhere else

Inexpensive because it requires you do the work. Soap, rinse, wax, then spot rinser. Save plenty of time (money) on the clock for rinse..turns to thin shower.. very slow. THIS is where you add another quarter..then another..still a good deal

Everything was fine until I saw the backseat of my car. I told them before hand I had pet hair in the back seat that needed vacuuming. They said they would take care of it- 45 bucks. I tipped 10 and then when I got home I noticed all the hair in the back had not been cleaned. Pretty bad job considering the price.

I do not like their service. Every time I’ve brought my car here, the people look mad that they have to work now. In the end, my car looks like it’s been through one of the automatic tunnels and nothing else - plenty of stains and spots left untouched, there’s always stuff on my roof, and they don’t even bother vacuuming my trunk.I’d never come here if it wasn’t the only car wash in the area.

First time there and not a good experience!The interior was not vacuumed well and the they didnt clean the seats either. I asked the cleaning guy to clean the interior better, so he got into the car and pretended that he cleans more. Finally, I left with the car not cleaned from inside. Not a good service overall and I call it Dishonesty!I wouldnt recommend this place and wont wash my car there again.

I basically have to come here because I live within walking distance. I never checked the reviews here until just now, but having done so I would like to address some of the complaints:1. Pricing: pricing here is very uneven. If you start pointing out what exactly you want done, expect the price come. On the other hand you can pay 20/25 and, I think, get basically the same thing. Thats just a hunch i had but having read the other reviews I would probably agree.2. Service: its surely not the best car wash one could imagine. Ive noticed all car wash places have different degrees of skill because every time a different person does the car.3. Attitude: Ive found them friendly. Once I lost my ticket and they were very cool about it and didnt complain or anything.The bottom line is that I wouldnt go out of my way to drive here and wait but it isnt as bad as some have said.

If you need a fast, affordable, quality carwash this is the place! I am a monthly subscriber, and it is an awesome value. I trust my car to this place, and havent had any problems whatsoever. I think the photo speaks for itself. If for any reason youre not satisfied with the wash, they will re-wash right away and make things right.

Worst car was ever. They don’t honor their online prices. Was charged $35 for deluxe wash and online shows $23. Went inside and told them of it and cashier tells me to go back outside so they can fix it but never did. Guy was rude and said I can’t because online wasn’t changed and I said it should be changed or honor it and just ignored me. And worst was couldn’t use a coupon they send online either. Never come here to wash your car.

I asked them to do a really thorough spotless interior cleaning and exterior. We negotiated for a second, which it seems like you really need to do, as he started with $100 and we then went down to $50. I came back after 30 ish minutes and was not very impressed with the cleaning, it was still dusty and hairy inside. So I told them, they cleaned it again. I came back 30 minutes later, same thing, wasnt happy, told them to clean it again and they did. They were really nice about it and wanted me to leave as a happy customer thats why Im leaving 4 stars. You do need to tell them exactly what you want though.

They did a great job shampooing my seats. My 2004 car looks like new! Reasonable prices too!

When I asked for the cheapest car wash, I was charged $14.99. I checked out their website while waiting for my car and they offer a $7.99 exterior only wash. Pretty sure I was charged for the $13.99 Gold Package, which is $14.99 for minivans/SUVs. I drive a fiat. Come informed and they do a good job.

Wish there was negative starsAfter getting a detailed engine clean, the battery on my car started to give out, after a few hours it completely gave out. Went to get a refund and was refused. Did not claim any responsibility for there mistake. No ethics in business at all.

My car was a mess I decided to take it there because i eork in the area. First of all for a regular car wash I pay $14 by my house and they do armor all, vacuum and wash. They do an amazing job. Here they charged me 20 and I got no armor all. Never, ever taking my car there again.

Their website says the Gold Package includes interior but when I got there the guy at the front was trying to sell me the $150 package and said the Gold Package doesnt include interior and then went to try to sell me some other interior service for $40 after that. Two stars because it was very fast but it doesnt look amazing (I tipped anyway bc its hot today), I could get this at the gas station for half. Didnt even offer to take off my old stickers.

I just had a lovely experience with this car wash shop where I didn’t get the service rendered. I paid 30$ (I paid 18$ three weeks ago for the same service but the manager said the market price increased) and the interiors were not even wiped or cleaned. The exterior was left with stains and not even wiped. When I politely showed the manager the bad cleaning he became defensive and angrily said “you already got the service you paid for and don’t do service with us.” When I complained about his attitude he literally yelled at me in front of other customers the following: “if you come here again, I will TEAR YOU DOWN.”Please BE CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THIS CAR WASH AS YOU’RE LITERALLY DEALING WITH A GANG!I will also report this shop and the manager for a threat to assault a customer.

Got to the register and it was marked more, when I asked the guy he said .. idk what the $15 as fought me about what is listed on the board outside. Wash was not good at all.Second time here:Writing this as I wait for my car. There are 3 other people and after 15 min of no cars going through the wash i asked for a refund. They hadnt touched my car yet.. why? When I asked for the refund the young guy at the register ran out side and started speaking to the guys vacuuming the other cars then started working on my car himself... Seriously WTF is going on at this wash. 25 mins later and one car of the 3 has gone through the auto wash!This is a sad excuse for a wash. The drive thru ones at a gas station for $6 are a better bet.

I went here for the first time last week and brought my SUV in for a wash. Great service! They were prompt, didnt charge me extra for an SUV (as some places do), and took good care of my vehicle.I also forgot some expensive eye glasses on one of their outdoor tables and was afraid it may have been lost or stolen by then. Then when I went in the next morning, the manager had kept them in a safe place and returned them to me. Very nice folks and definitely a place Ill return to in the future!

This place is awful. And it starts from the top. My VERY pregnant wife (8 mos.) came in for the car wash special in her car, and I came in for the same thing in mine right behind her. We both asked for the same special, but when I went to pay, I saw they had charged my wife almost twice as much. When I brought this up to the owner, he became aggressive and defensive and said that my wife was in the wrong and had asked for the more expensive wash... Not true, but fine. Maybe a misunderstanding. Will give them a second chance since they are my local spot.Cut to weeks later, I come back for the special. As you drive in, you see the price for the special on a tall sign near the sidewalk. I walk up to pay and they charge me 2 dollars more. I ask why it says otherwise on the sign that you see when you park. The owner gets very mad (again) and says that the sign doesnt actually say that, but instead that what I am seeing is actually the crusted dirt and grime left over/ surrounding the number from the old price being removed and never being replaced or upgraded. The owner gets very animated. I tell him I do not appreciate his attitude and that to the naked eye, it sure looks like a number on a sign. He starts screaming and runs to tell the employees to stop washing my car, he does not want my business. Finally something we can agree on!

They just want swindle your money instead of helping you!I try to clean the dog fur for a rental car, they said if I don’t clean it the rental company will charge me $300 so los feliz car wash will change me $200 to clean it for me, but when I said the rental company will just charge me 150, they said they can do 150 also!

Terrible, came here as a last resort on a Sunday for a last minute trip the next day, our regular spots were packed. This place was not, and did not think they could be as terrible as they turned out to be. Long story short, they charged $30 to leave large patches of dirt/dust on the outside, water stains on all the windows, smearing on the windshield, vacuumed absolutely nothing, and possibly scratched up the paint. An $8 automatic car wash at a gas station does a better job than this place. Next time we pull up to a car wash that is this empty on a sunny Sunday, well know itll be terrible and to leave immediately.

I wish I could give them a -5 star...First, BE AWARE!!!! whatever items you leave in the dashboard make sure you lock them! Yesterday I left my expensive Cologne in my dashboard and after a while I noticed that it was missing. I spoke with the manager the next day and he said theres nothing he can do because theres no electricity at their place.Second, I asked them to get me a VIP package which includes the tire dressing and coat protection but after waiting for almost 45 minutes I noticed they gave me a regular wash service to my car. I had to ask them if they did the tire service? He said yes but in reality he didnt. So I had to make him to do it. Then I asked him wheres my air freshener? He said he was going to do it later. I said if you do then why do you call me and hand me the keys when you havent finished it yet? Then I asked him what about the coat protection? He said he already did it with the soap bit I didnt see anything. So I had to make him do it. At the end he was pissed off but idc. If Im paying more to get the service for that package I expect to receive a service of the same package.Overall, that was my first and last time going to the same location and my experience with them has been horrible. If you want your stuffs to be stolen, or get ripped off then this is the perfect place for you. Otherwise go get a self wash yourself.

What they do not tell you is that they ONLY clean the exterior.This is not indicated in their sign that is available to the public. Came in didnt get greeted, it was my first time here, I saw the board with all the different washes.. picked one that was $25... worker tells me that my car cant go in the tunnel area and it has to be cleaned by hand and hands me a paper that says $45 i look at it and guess that must be the price for the handwash version of what i wanted since the worker didnt explain anything ..about 30 minutes pass my car is ready i tipped the worker and went to my car, i open the door first thing i see is pet hair EVERYWHERE all over my seats front, back, everywhere! the main reason why i came to the carwash in the first place ...and not just a little but ALOT... i mean they didnt even bother getting one seat 50% clean !.... i was about to leave but then i realized i paid too much for this horrible job that wasnt even worth $15..... so i went in told the man who looked like the owner/ manager what happened ...he came out with me without even looking at my car says well we cant get all of the pet hair out its normal i said im not expecting every single hair to be out i just dont want to be able to see it everywhere ...so he says ok and tells another worker to vacuum it again...another worker came and did it about 5 minutes later i told the second worker its enough and left.. it was still bad i just couldnt waste anymore time here._______________________BOTTOM LINE I WASTED $45 DOLLARS (+ extra waiting time) FOR A WASH THAT WASNT EVEN WORTH $15. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! ZERO (0)STARS

I took my car to get washed about 2 months ago. I told the manager or lead person that I wanted a basic wash. He told me it would be 140.00 and explained the benefits. When I told him that was too much he dropped the price to 120. He assured me it would be done in 45 minutes as I had somewhere to be. Come the 45 min, no car. About 10 min later the cleaner gave me my keys and muttered he didnt have enough time. later, when I got home, I inspected the car and there were scratches and wax paste all over the car. I will not go there again.

These guys have changed the price each of the 3 times I’ve been there. They ALWAYS try to sell you on an absurd price until you threaten to leave if you can can’t just get the basic wash. Today was the final straw, manager said he needed to charge $15 more because he had to turn up the water pressure.....Absolute crook, stay away.
