Nice and cool place.

5015 Clinton Apartments has been a wonderful community for me and I would gladly recommend them to friends. The apartments are spacious and include well maintained, modern renovations. The amenities are awesome for a place this size and include pool, gym, yoga/dance studio, and secure package locker system. The neighborhood is up and coming with quick access to the 101.

Why are the apartment numbers soooo confusing ?

I have bee to a lot of apartments building but this one has made the top choice in Los Angeles, CA. The building is very clean both inside and outside and you dont really see that anymore from building owners but this place really takes the time out and makes it look very nice.The onsite manager she is super nice and very kind, I am so glad to meet someone like her. She takes her time out and explains to the tenants regarding issues and how the system works there. I bet anyone who lives here will be just fine.Harry Irvine

I call it the Guggenheim apartments. The exterior is gorgeous and the building and ground are maintained well. I’ve been here for six months and it’s been great. The management is responsive and very helpful and friendly.The apartment itself is what sold me. It’s spacious and gets tons of natural light. Washer dryer is a bonus and so is the pool. The interior is modern and has some nice style elements like a working fireplace and hardwood floors in the main living areas.The location overall works for me and my partner. Close to two train stations but if you’re like me and uber everywhere then you’ll be ok.

Very poor and irrisponsible Management Service. Have been living here for almost a year and i am not happy at ALL!!! Always utility issues, apartments are old and it is overcharged !!!!!Not worth it.
