All very good but they only pre-treated part of my car . I should have been clearer, I guess

Ollies in Walker has definitely become a big disappointment in the last few month !I have to wait to have a turn to vacuum.No half off Tuesday its not worth being a loyal customer anymore. Disappointment

Of course a mechanical car wash isn’t going to get every single little tiny spot of dirt or grime off your car, but I can tell anyone this, ollies car wash in denham is 100% better than Bennies. Not only is the car wash way better, Bc it cleans the car off a lot better than the bennies wash does, but also the vacuum stations have a air gun to use for your interior, which bennies does not have. Bennies Vacumms are terrible and the attachment on the hose constantly falls off. Got a membership at bennies and canceled the very same day. Will be getting a membership at Ollies. Great place to wash, clean and vacuum your vehicle.

I went to this car wash and they cracked my runs and don’t wanna take responsibility for it. The manger called me and lied about it saying it was broke before I got there but it wasn’t. Don’t go here at all. All around unprofessional

I have been to several car wash businesses and Ollies is my favorite so far. Never have issues with vacuums and there is air pressure hoses at every vacuum.

The over head roller brush did not move down and wash my hood or my windshield. Also, the vacuums were so weak they would not pick anything up.

Driveway attendent, came over to me, at vacumms, and said i had my music yoo loud, i own a chevy sonic, with a base radio, and i only had music turned up half way, while using vaccum. Really

Watched them actually broom sweep the bed of the truck in front of me. A seemingly small thing that really boosted my confidence about using the car wash.

Always friendly service. A great car wash. Well worth the monthly fee. I get my car washed at least once a week and get to use the vacuums to clean the whole thing out. Every time I drive up they take off the antenna, take down the back windshield wiper, and give the buggy areas on my car a scrub down before I even go into the car wash. Great service, great people, Great Wash, great value.

I LOVE Ollies. The employees are so friendly. My driver side door was open and I did not know it was open. One of the employees caught it and shut it for me as I was going in to get my car washed. Thank goodness! Lol. Love all the amenities they offer. Towelsxand glass cleaner. I love the air sprayer. You can get all of the crusting out of the crevices and get the dirt out of your floor mats. Im sold. I use to frequent Geaux Clean but Ollies is my new place to clean my car. Give them a try. They wont disappoint!💯💯💯💯💯

I went to the car wash today because my car was awful! I went through the wash and a gentleman was waiting on me when I got out. He asked me if I had to go back around and I said sure. I also asked if I needed to pay again and he said No maam, I got you. When I got back to the line, him and another young man scrubbed the front of my car. I am very grateful for that simple gesture! My car looks good!

I went through the car wash earlier today. When we got home we looked at our truck and there was a bunch of scratches all over the driver door that were not there before.

We have used this car wash since it opened. Have always been very satisfied with the service provided. Until last Friday March 7th. My wife and I went through the wash and one of the workers put tape on the back wiper of our Nissan Rogue. I understand it is applied to stop damage to the wiper. About an hour later my brother-in-law pulled the tape off {the tape was on the paint} and pulled a large chunk of paint off of my vehicle. I went back to them and filed a damage report. Mind you there was plenty of room under the wiper the tape could have been stuck to the glass. But it was on the paint nonetheless. I received a call on Saturday from an associate at Ollies saying they had a protocol to follow and he would contact me by Tuesday after reviewing the video and following said protocol. Here it is Thursday no call. So I called them and the receptionist informed me that the general manager would be calling me. Well.....he called and proceeded to tell me that “this has never happened before” not....I apologize for damaging your vehicle!! First of all the tape should have never been applied to the paint. My car has original paint and has never been repainted. I also work with the public and I use this tape on a daily basis. I know how well it sticks {which is why I use it}. The general manager told he felt that since this has never happened before it was his determination that they could do nothing about this issue. Naturally I informed him the tape should not have been stuck to my paint and I want them to fix this issue. He then said he would have to talk to the owner about what happened. I work on cars everyday of my life if I “make” a mistake and damage a vehicle it is my responsibility to fix it. Ollie’s should take that same responsibility and fix my car.

When I went to vaccum there was a lot of water on the car I had to blow off. There were dirty spots missed. All in all totally dissatisfied.

Nice car wash. Only thing I would request for is a air pump.

I did not get a car wash here, but one of the employees named Pickle helped me change my tire. He was so nice and did not hesitate in making sure my daughter and I made it home safely. Thank you Pickle! You are my hero!

I’d like to learn more about the manual wash because I’ve been there twice and neither time my vehicle gets clean. 😕 I have to do my own side mirrors and do a wipe down due to dirt left in front and back of my vehicle. No rating right now.

After bringing my truck to get it washed I noticed a dent and two scratches on my truck. After I talked to them and put in an incident report they told me that they would review it and look at the cameras. A month later after still not hearing anything about it i went to talk to them about it and they said there is no way that their car wash could have done that. All they did was deny it and kept saying that there is no possible way that it could happened.

I have the monthly fast pass. I have left three voicemails and have called at least 20 times and out of the 20 times I got an answer one time and she was suppose to call me back and never heard from her. I moved out of state and can not take my car anywhere with the fast pass here. I asked to get it canceled and I understand you have to be there to get it canceled but that’s not gonna happen. The phone service sucks there and the management does to since I have yet to get a call back after leaving voicemails

Horrible first impression. The kids at the entrance were awful. One was on his phone, giving hand signels that I could not understand.the second one yelled at me to put my car in neutral because I couldnt tell if he was talking to me or the other kid. Wont be back.

The automated machine at this car wash seems to work better than others I have used. It does a good job cleaning my Jeep, and I enjoy the vaccums and the clean facility.

So I pull up to the machine and Im selecting my wash. I notice this filthy car pull in front of me. Worrying about scratches I notified the attendant and asked if another car could go before me. I wish I knew this guys name because he stopped the whole line and sprayed the bushes down. Thats why I keep coming back to Ollies. Great customer service! Thank you

In the process of washing my new Toyota Tacoma truck the car wash tore rubber trim off of the truck. Owner was out of town and girl stated he would not be back in town for 2 weeks and that he was in process of catching up on alot of previous incidents happening at this car wash. She stated owner would call me to set up a time to talk to me about the incident. Now I get to ride around with blue tape holding my trim in place on my brand new truck I just bought. I do not recommend going to this place.

I wasnt really satisfied with the service or my carwash. I had to clean the outside of my after I got home. Maybe if I had paid the 20.00 wash it would have been better. I will just clean at home
