I wouldnt recommend anyone to depend on a company like Blueground. I made my travel plans based on the unit I booked from them and they cancelled on me suddenly and out of the blue. I had rented out an apartment for a few months starting September 5 supposedly, payed the reservation fee and still had two more days until my full payment was due. Then they suddenly emailed me that it is no longer available even though I reserved it because the current resident wanted to extend his stay. So, basically, I have to completely replan everything I have and keep staying at hotels because of their incompetence. This is a disgrace of a company.

Apartment was fine. Pleasant building. Good neighbors. Glassware and furnishings were of reasonable quality (and better than I expected) - no complaints there. Bed was horrible, but you get used to it.Maintenance issues and how they were resolved are the reasons for the low rating. Two examples:1) at check in (on a Sunday) I notified Blueground via the app that the bathroom sink (the only bathroom sink) was filled with debris and there appeared to be a clog causing a back-up. There was no action taken until late Wednesday when I was told a plumber had been summoned and would arrive between 7-10 pm that night. Not great - but I let that go.2) But, then, the heater didn’t work. Advised them of the issue on a Saturday with no substantive response until the following Wednesday when I was asked: a) whether I knew how to operate a thermostat, and b) could I please take a couple of photographs that would prove I knew how to operate a thermostat & after those were reviewed by the maintenance team they would get back to me. Luckily the cold snap had passed and it was not an issue anymore.Basically: they are great at collecting rent (digital interface was very easy to use), but past that you are on your own.

The service isnt worth the price... No clear instructions for checking in, real poor cleaning for a furnished apartment type, high deposit compared to the status of the appart, main door key stays stuck, carpet very very very dirty, mosquito net not well installed...marks in the walls... Etc

Every single step of this leasing and moving in process has been a complete nightmare. They had problems figuring out how to transfer money, they were late to move us in, they did not answer a single question properly and outsource each inquiry to a call center with no knowledge of the actual apartment. We have been in our apartment for a week and still do not have working keys. When we follow up, it starts a new inquiry and we can not get an answer or legitimate response.Strongly advise against Blueground.

This is a modern clean well-equipped apartment, extremely convenient for Cedars Sinai, but also close to restaurants and grocery stores. There is underground parking but I didn’t need it - I walked everywhere. The administration is very attentive and helpful, I can not recommend the experience more strongly.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company.Let me go in order:1. Wrong parking info.2. Trapped in garage with no code.3. Horrible smelling of apartment.4. Not clean5. MOLD all over the laundry will not fix.6. Broken shower7. Lost $1500 worth of packages.8. Never answers meI am so disturbed and frustrated.They promised to get me my packages and they have ghosted me and lied.I had to leave the apartment because of MOLD.One guy at the company is nice- that’s it. Even he is still ignoring me.I don’t know what I need to do, now I am out so much money.BEWARE

Dont even think of renting here. They said they would refund money I have not seen. I had no keys as promised to get in. When I got them, the fob did not work for the parking lot and I was also missing one key needed for the other parking gate. The investigations took me days and I have not received my parking refund.

The apartment is nice and I enjoy it for the most part.Ive had several issues while here though, deliveries almost always go to the wrong address or to a place where I cant retrieve them. Ive loss several items that had to be resent.Also i havent been given a code where I can buzz people who deliver in, and I have to go downstairs each time which is very inconvenient.The WiFi can be slow at times and I have not been able to get the speaker to work.Customer service is also hard to reach at times, so when I have an immediate issue it sometimes takes days to respond. They arent really responsive to messages in the app, which has been frustrating.The laundry room ate my money and I have yet to get a replacement or my money back. I hope they fix the issue with the machine before other guests come.Also the place wasnt as clean as I expected it to be. Their were hairs of others on the pillow cases and in the shower, I had to disinfect myself more than I expected to.Those are the reasons I cant give it a full 5 stars. Positives are that the apartment looks exactly as advertised. When I do catch a customer service rep they are really nice and try their best to accommodate me. Its really a lovely apartment and I love the view of the balcony.

We rented an apartment on Burton way, LA with Blueground for two months. The building was undergoing major renovation, so the constant noise and dust for the whole two months was quite an inconvenience. The check-in and check out time was uneventful. The unit itself and the amenities were OK but nothing to justify the price tag.Its almost two months after we have vacated the property and they are yet to return our down-payment. Numerous communications via email and phone to resolve this has been unsuccessful!Not sure why you need to go with Blueground when you can go to a hotel or Air bnb for the same price and one tenth of the hassle.

RENTED MY UNIT OUT FROM UNDER ME AFTER TELLING ME IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR 6 MONTHS. ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. WORST COMPANY EVER. OVERCHARGES, CEILING LEAKING URINE INTO MY BATHTUB FOR 2 MONTHS. #FIREJENNIFER
