Theyre not sending my full refund....only receive almost half of the amount....They were the one who canceled my flight lst March 21 due to the travel restrictions in the Philippines.Why are they not sending me my full refund?????????

The worst Airline that does not care about the crisis of convid 19. Still charging rebooking fee and fare difference after Duterte ordered all foreigners to leave with in 72 hrs. They were charging me and my wife $900.00 each. Will not fly Pal again and I will make to spread the word to all Filipinos to stop using Pal.

My flight was changed from 11am to 9pm with no warning. Arriving in LA instead of 10am it was changed to 730pm, again no warning. The service is bad, the airplane looks old. The only reason we use Philippine Airline is because this is the only airline that is direct.
