Horrible service, can’t get through to their customer service. They keep me on hold for 3 minutes every time and then hang up. How am I supposed to get in touch with them?

The worst airline experience I have ever had & I’m not picky! I don’t even mind flying with Spirit or Frontier.

Beyond terrible experience! Plane was delayed with caused me to miss my connection, had to wait 3 hours at customer service manned by one person, got rerouted a day later only to have them LOST my bags. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and do not fly Iberia. Extremely unreliable, bad food and unfriendly and useless staff.
