Hello Guys,I really need your help.Could you please tell me how I can get my money back? Aeroflot doesnt want to refund my money. I tried al possible options and turned to everywhere but everything is useless. Does anyone know what needs to be done in this situation?Thank you for any recommendation.
Stay away from these scams. They canceled my flight and do not want a refund my money. I complained to an international travel agency and canceled the transaction at my bank. Dont be afraid to call your bank and make a cancellation. Explain to them your situation with these scammers and your bank will be refund to your money.STAY AWAY!!!
Its very bad company I hit the aeroflot
I had an issue with my fright and called customer service. Nelli assisted me and the issue was resolved. She was very polite and did everything to help me. Thank you very much, Nelli!
Excellent airline, has really shown improvement over the years. Very attentive helpful personnel and clean planes. Traveling with an infant was a pleasure with the extra attention and accommodations from the staff. Thank you very much Aeroflot!

This office moved in 2016 to:6033 W. Century Blvd., Suite 760Los Angeles CA 90045- just down the street from LAX. We have tried multiple times to get the address updated on Google Maps; until it does get updated, please dont go to the Beverly Hills office - nobody will be there!
I’m trying to add my infant to the ticket and calling in LA and NY offices in working time and nobody answering just put me on hold, spent few hours on the line.... nothing, poor service
Theres no online check in facility in 2018! Its advertised but its not functioning.
