Jud was incredibly professional, friendly, informative, and helpful.We had to have a pretty substaintial part replaced in our HVAC and he made sure we understood why it needed replaced and even showed me the bubbles being made by the leak that was happening. He was very thorough and used a fine tooth comb to go over our unit to make sure everything else was in tip-top shape... Being home during a servie repair can justr feel odd but Jud was very respectful of our space and home while he was here.The office communicates so well. They not only give you a time frame of when your tech will arrive but you actually get a text when they are en-route. I honestly cant think of a bad thing to say. This week, they replaced a storm-blown cap that shut down the outside unit, and tweaked the inside unit for emergency heat. Other times, they have provided counseling (did you replace your air filter?) to get me going again.I like my air just right!

We called A/C Contractors after 5, Monday evening and told them hour A/C was making a loud noise. Not expecting them to come that day since it was late and we live 25 miles from Longview they asked if they could come between 8 - 10. We said that would be great. Shortly later they called and asked if they could come earlier. Joe arrived at 6:30. He checked everything out an said it was our compressor but it was just barely under warranty that was installed by another company. We could not locate our invoice so Joe contacted the manufacturer and saved us a lot of money by taking care of the warranty for us. Joe was very friendly and helpful to us. After he completed his installation he stayed and made sure everything was working properly. We liked Joe so much we signed up for their maintenance program and will use Joe for now on. A technician (Jud) was at my house 40 minutes after I called to report the issue. He took care of the issue and was extremely helpful in explaining everything he was doing. He also suggested items I could do myself to improve my AC performance. Super nice guy. Highly recommend calling them if you have an issue.

We have been a member of their club plan for several years. They stand behind this product. Our AC unit quit working in the middle of the night. I called at 8:00, they were there at 9:00 and they got it fixed. Technician Travis Moseley is a jewel. Courteous, friendly, and communicates well ! I just gave them a code to get in and came home to a cool house. He texted me when he was finished. You need to sign up !

I had the $19.95 diagnostic service special theyre running right now. My downstairs unit just wasnt cooling like it should & my electric bill was outrageous every month. I was scared I had a leak. I didnt, but my technician, Oscar found that I was low on freon. Very nice & informative every step of the way.

Andrew was terrific. He showed up on the same day we called and came at 9pm that night. He diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. Some of these guys will do a look - see, charge you a diagnostic fee upfront, but send someone else to actually fix the problem in a day or two. Let’s face it, Texas summers are hot and you can’t afford to be without ac. Andrew fixed the problem right away even though it was late. These guys are responsive, efficient, time conscious, and have fair pricing. We will use them again and request Andrew.

These guys are amazing. They came within a few hours of me calling, the tech was very friendly and professional and the bill was cheaper than the estimate I was given over the phone. These guys have definitely earned my business.

Judd arrived and was very professional and courteous. He got right on the issue and after about 30 minutes checking, diagnosed the problem as the Nest thermostat. Unfortunately, I called Nest support and spent 2 hours on the phone with them. Judd waited patiently for an hour and 40 minutes and we ran test after test and resets per Nest requests to no avail. I finally told Judd to go home. It was almost 7 pm. AC Contractors has always done us a good job and has good technicians. Judd exemplifies the quality of techs they have. PS: I finally got them to replace the Nest thermostat...I think.

He took the time to explain to me the importance of proper placement of our carbon monoxide detectors and answered all questions I had pertaining to our fireplace. In this day of high competition, false representation, get it done and get out, it is most refreshing to discover a company that delivers and delivers with a since of pride and completeness. Beginning with Daniel Shaw. He made two trips to my new construction site to assess and determine the proper air comfort system that would provide the service needed at a reasonable price. He did not simply measure the square footage and offer the predetermined units. He assessed the geography of the building and produced his best evaluation. Upon acceptance of his proposal he allowed me to continue with construction until I called for installation. Aaron, Jessie, and Shawn showed up on time. They were personable and patient. These young men were polite to me and my wife. My wife says to be sure and say that they used NO bad language, to-wit, perfect gentlemen. They pointed out several installation detail options from which to choose. Each one went to great effort to make the installation of two mini split units as clean and aesthetically acceptable as possible. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained the operation of the units, thanked us for the opportunity to do the job, and shook our hands before they left.Will I call on A/C contractors again? Yes.

Ac contractors sent their tech, Mike Rockets, to perform a check up service on a Nordyne unit in my home.Mike was very thorough in his evaluation of my system. He noted that some components were nearing the end of their life allowing for me to save for their replacements. Mike also took the time to recommend better care of my system with basic outdoor cleaning of my outdoor compressor/ condenser. He also made sure that the various missing screws on the unit were replaced eliminating various rattles, hums and helpinG keep dirt and debris out on the equipment.

Jud was my technician and hes very professional, very punctual, and responded to my needs very well. It remains to be seen how well the air conditioner and everything he did works. We just relocated to Longview and bought a house with two relatively old units. We weren’t exactly sure what condition they were in. Judd did a great job of tuning up our heat pump (which we weren’t familiar with) and explaining how it works and what to be on the lookout for. He spent plenty of time here to make sure we were up to speed on our climate control system. In short, he was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. If we need repair or replacement, I know where we’ll go!
