My car is so shiny. It gets dusty in my neighborhood so I have to wash my car 3x a week. And it always comes out sparkling clean!

Mister Car Wash has staff that are not as polite as the previous business Prime Shine which was bought out by this current business. At the kiosk, you select a wash and then right before you pay, the machine asks you for a tip when there are NO EMPLOYEES that offer to dry your vehicle when the wash is complete or to help you vacuum the interior. Sometimes there is an employee at the kiosk that inputs the was for you and they too ask if you would like to leave a tip. If you politely deny a tip, the employee seems to give you a cold should and awaits the next customer while you wait for the gate to open to let you drive in to get your vehicle washed. As for the carwash itself, it is nothing to boast about, it is just a regular carwash. I would recommend Kellys Carwash by Costco in Lodi before Mister Car Wash.

I recently purchased a new white car, and since I drive over 60 miles to work (one way), Ive found that my new baby gets super dirty quickly! So glad that I found Mister Car Wash! Ive purchased the monthly premium pass, so now I can keep her clean all of the time!The process for signing up was super easy, and the attendant who checked me in was very knowledgeable and super courteous. The wash experience was great as well. Powerful yet non-damaging. Im a very happy new customer!

The first time i went here they sold me the tire shine.....when i came out i saw no shine on my tires....i asked the attendant and he said....oh yeah its not working right now....lol...for the record i was reimbursed....i now have a monthly unlimited wash subscription....its only $20 a month....so despite the fact that it doesnt wash too great everytime....its still a good value because you can always just go back through as many times as you please.

This is a drive-thru car wash. I purchased the $18 car wash, and there were still a lot of stuck on bugs afterwards. The vacuums did not work well at all. I will continue going to Kellys drive-thru car wash. It works better, and their vacuums work much better. I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because the people that work here are very nice.

For the price its a bit expensive.The vacuums do not always work and you have to keep moving from stall to stall and the suction could be better. Great service! The only complaint I have is regarding the vacuum. They were all clogged, I did get there around 3 though.

I only come here for convenience. I use the unlimited car wash and my car doesn’t look 100% clean, but it’s ok. I don’t even bother using the vacuums they do not work..no suction. The best car wash I’ve used is the one in Galt at Twin Cities, but it’s totally out my way. I’d say if you can go somewhere else do so.

Love this place! I use the unlimited carwash deal and am able to go through a second time if all the dirt wasnt washed off the first time. Vacuums arent the best, BUT theyre free so no complaints here. Employees are always very nice and personable!

The car wash, if you can call it that is TERRIBLE !!! My car is never clean when I leave there!! The vacuums are always broken!!! I asked the girl that was working the today can you please give a little pre soak like they ALWAYS do, SHE SAID, WE ONLY GIVE THOSE WHEN YOU NEED IT!!!! I said I need it, she said it doesn’t look like u do!!!! That is so wrong, and I have been going there for a long time! When it changed owners, it has all gone down hill!!! I’m no longer a costumer of the place! All of my friends and relatives will also know of the experience I had!!!

Really not happy with this place. Prices are pretty hefty and then their free vacuums dont even work at all. Literally couldnt get any of them to pick up anything. Super disappointing because this place is so close to my house it wouldve been very convenient. Dont bother though - too expensive for bad service.

You know the guys that work there are absolutely amazing. I mean they are real professionals. I cant remember everybodys name but you have Nick whos in charge and you have Dean and some of the other guys I forget their names but they are the greatest group of guys Ive ever dealt with.

Be careful going here. The car wash ripped my side mirror off. Like not only ripped it, damaged it. My Tahoe is in great condition and Ive never had issues in any other car washes. Also, I went through twice and it still wasnt clean. Just not worth going to in my opinion when theres so many other good ones. I dont like to give bad reviews, so for me to do this says a lot.

Unfortunately since the buyout they have changed all the soap. I find a lot of water spots and in general Im not feeling like Im getting a premium wash. If I have to walk around and dry my vehicle so I dont end up having to wax to get water spots off; its not a good wash. I use the lodi car wash but im sure they all have this problem now. I never had this problem when it was prime shine. The people are kind and awesome. The tire shine is awesome as well the rest needs some work.

Extremely disappointing. I went to get my car washed and the machine hardly got off the water spots on my car and the dryers don’t do much of anything to dry your car, I had to get out and dry it once I got home. The customer service was AWFUL the girl said no more than like 2 words to me and walked away before I could even ask her a question. Not to mention they jacked up the prices to ridiculous amounts compared to the previous owners. The service/experience when it was Prime Shine was always great; nice attitude, complementary dash wipes, quality wash/dry machines. I will not be returning and my suggestion is to not waste your money. Serious downgrade.👎🏻👎🏻

Complaint to Mister Car wash LODI.Please note: This is a formal complaint about customer service and the staff member at the LODI Mister wash who attended my checking in. I have been washing my car at this location since it opened years ago, of whom also the owner of the Oil Stop is a friend.Today, Saturday June 6 at approximately 2:45 I pulled into the car wash that I have had a membership for more than a year. When the attendant went to scan the code on my windshield, he asked if he could replace it with the new stickers he said they were changing to. I said ok and he said he would have to place it much higher in the windshield. So I pointed to the placement where I would like to keep it to insure it was not obstructing the drivers view. The attendant, who looked and acted as though he might be a manager, simply said that if I didn’t want it where he said it needs to go, “We can cancel your membership then.”There was no opportunity to discuss, or place the scanning sticker in a place that worked, he simply and in a harsh and rude tone told me he would cancel my membership.So I said, “OK”. No arguing, no other conversation, simply, “ok”.He then stated, “you have until the 28th to wash your car”.No ‘sir’ or common courtesy to an older gentleman, just “if you don’t like it, we don’t need your business.”I said “ok” and rolled my window up and pulled through the wash.My complaint is fixed on the poor customer service that this young man presented of which I thought was unusually rude in the wake of so many of our businesses being closed for the last several months.I would like to suggest that there be better training and better follow up with staff members like this and suggesting that there should be at least a warning to this staff member for the record. I am sure with the information I’ve given, it should be easy to find who the employee is with with modern employee hours monitoring (I.e.: time clock scan).In one move, one abrupt rude response to a long time customer, this young man removed an annual user of which will be difficult to regain. I know that if I so spoke to my customers like this young man did, I would lose that customer for good.Sincerely,

This has been the fastest car wash I have been to.....I forgot to mention, they always say that if the car needs a second pass just circle back in, no fee.

Got oil change very efficient. I really dont care for all the upsale of products. Just doing their job I guess. Always offer some coffee or water and a treat for my dog.

Its fine... Car wash is average, the best thing is does it get your car wet. Its brushes miss a lot of the car (front, sides and back) and the blow dryer pushes you out well before the car is dry. The vacuums dont have a lot of suction, have bulky heads that dont fit in most place of the car. The vacuums also only reach one side of the car, so dont park in the end spots. If youve gone mudding or have a good layer of dust the lowest price might be a good idea but other than that.. its meh

Theres no one wiping down the csr like before but we are still paying the same price

Great car wash with the oil change right next door if needed. Best part is they have free vacuums for the cars. If I dont have time to wash my car at home, I usually come here.

This was my first visit to the place since it was sold the package prices changed equipment changed it did a good job will go again.

This used to be a good car wash. Since changing ownership, it seems the primary concern is cost cutting. No more complimentary dash wipes, the new top tier wash is five dollars more than it was before, and both the wash and the drying blowers are significantly weaker. I had to hand dry my car and reclean the windshield and several large spots on the body because of the poor job the new machine did. This carwash is an embarassing downgrade in every regard.

All went well - clean car & no damage - what more can you ask for.

We live 30 + miles away, up by Jackson, CA. We have 2 cars signed up w/your carwash company, formerly Prime Shine. The route we travel back and forth to Lodi, we get small bugs on windshield, hood, and grill. Prior to Mister Car Wash taking over Prime Shine, we never had problems with the wash and we go every week due to the bugs. Today, we went to the carwash and had to go through it twice to get it clean and the dryers werent working properly both times. We were told by your Manager that this was repaired earlier in the day as they had problems over the weekend and its still not working properly. We ran it through a 2nd time, as they dont use the chemical bug solution as it diluted your soap. Before going through it a 2nd time, they sprayed the bug solution and our car still didnt come out clean or thoroughly dried. The Manager came out after this 2nd time and helped dry our entire car. We will try it a couple more times, and if it doesnt get better, we will close our account.

My car came out with a dirty dusty film along the bottom of the car, all the way around. Didnt notice until I got home. Better off going somewhere that has people doing the job at the beginning and end of the wash. What a waste of money.

Last night on december 14, 2019, I got a flat tire outside of mister car wash, to be safe I pulled into the car wash area and parked. I was waiting for the tow truck to come, and when he finally came, my daughter and I were waiting for him to change our tire and the guys at the mister car wash saw what was going on and came over and was soo friendly and offered us coffee, hot chocolate, water. We just needed to use their bathroom. We were soo grateful for their generosity and kindness. Thank you soo much.

Unfortunately its not primeshine anymore its Mister. I only had a 100$ bill and I asked before hand if that was ok she said yes. Once up there something happened and she said she didnt have the change and her cpu froze and I could just go through for free .Then after a 5 minute wait with cars piling up behind while both girls were inside the building she then comes back out and proceeded to tell me that I cannot go through for free and that she needs that 100$ . I just chuckled. Once you inconvenience a customer along with all the other ones waiting, after telling them they could go through free of charge you should honor that statement. Period. Top it off the vacuum I used was broken. Ugh

I do love how fast and easy the car wash is. Every once in awhile I get through and still a little dirty on the back end but they are always happy to let me run through a second time.

Paid $10 to come out with my windshield still looking awful. The worker only sprayed half of my car and my car basically looks the same. Would’ve had better luck at a gas station car wash

Nice place but they only get four starts because they didnt cover my wiper in the back when I asked for it and it got all bent up.

Prime shine is a great company but this particular location is always over crowded. Way too busy all the time. I suggest going early in the morning or later in the evening. Love the free vacuums!

Its a great place for you and your car to get wash but only the problem is when you are done with the wash and get ready to use the vacuum station they are people who have no business there and they dont even pay for the wash and vacuum and they are using it for free and the customer who pays everything for each month we have to wait for them and the manager is not doing anything about it thats sucks for the customer who is paying every month and its every prime shine car wash same story people just use the free vacuum

Fast and good exterior wash. Tire dressing worth extra for me. Only 4 stars because the vacuum had very little suction.

A clean and fast drive thru car wash. Self service vacuum cleaners are available. Service is friendly and prices for the various washes are reasonable. However, it is often quite busy so if youre hoping to literally drive thru quickly, Id suggest going to Chevron on Ham and Kettleman

Paid for premium, first time through was only water, no soap at all, the dryers werent even on! Asked to be rewashed as per their posted policy, the employee rolled her eyes at me and sent me through again, still only water with no soap, at least the dryers worked the second time. I definitely will never be back.

Ridiculously long line on Sunday. Took 15 minutes to get into the car wash. This Prime Shine allows two separate entries which slows things down and isnt fair to those who wait in the one correct entrance

I guess I arrived too close to closing. They rushed me through without scanning my membership sticker and I received a base wash.

The car wash is good, however vacuumes are free to the public usually have to fight for one. It is easy to have an accident here.

The car wash is great but the oil change is expensive.Go to walmart or do it yourself.It cost me 135 dollar for my truck and that is without addons.They also try to sell you everything under the moon

The staff are always polite and professional. The carwash always does a good job washing my Nissan Altima but if your not happy with the wash you recieve you can go back through for free. Use of the vacuums are free which is nice but they seem a little weak. Great place to was your car.

Went in to get air for my tires. They dont have it. They did do a fantastic job of washing the outside of my vehicle, for a good price.
