Always a huge fan of the Canandaigua Auto Wash; their staff go wayyyyyy above and beyond with their customer service as much as any other business I’ve ever interacted with. Normally I wouldn’t consider anyone, let alone myself to take the time to write a review for a car wash business, but give credit where credit is due! Love these guys and gals who always have a smile on their face and a hustle to their attention for their customers. Locally owned with local employees, that are a pleasure to give my business to.

This car wash is the best hands down! I’m not sure about 332, but at their other new location on 5&20 on east side of Canandaigua they have a drying wheel, made out of shammy cloth, that absolutely removes all water spots from your vehicle! Plus the guy who owns it calls Canandaigua home.

Canandaigua Auto Wash has been a great place to get our cars washed. They take their time when prepping the cars for the wash tunnel. They continue to update their equipment and services to make sure all users are getting value for their money. We really enjoy the Auto Wash Club plan, a tremendous value during the winter months.

I have been a customer for many years. I have had to put my account on hold a few different times and not once have I felt like they were bothered or mad at me. I recently came back to start my membership back up, Tyler did a great job renewing it, answering my questions, and making sure I was all set up. Thanks for having great employees!!!!!

It was so nice getting all the salt & mud off my car! I like this place they have big brushes & rollers, lots of suds! Theres always someone to guide you in, sprays your car before it starts.

This was my first time taking my car here and I drive a white vehicle so it gets extremely dirty very quickly, their manager Michael helped me and he, along with the entire staff, were super friendly and professional! My car came out looking amazing! What made the whole experience even better was that their vacuums were free to use so now my car looks brand new again! I definitely will be coming back to Auto Wash and love how good my car looks.

Wow! What a great experience! The self car wash was not accepting my credit card (which is valid) and before I could go to the office, Connor came to me offering assistance. I demonstrated the issue, Connor stated this must be on our end.He gave me a credit for a car wash AND washed my car for me! (I have Parkinsons and move more slowly) I drove to the Auto Wash in Canandaigua from Victor because I like them, surely never expected this service! Thank you so much. I highly recommend them!

Just went thru the Haunted car wash here. It was fun and the kids had a great time. The line moved fast and they even gave the kids little bags of candy. Awesome job guys!

They had a haunted carwash for Halloween and it was AWESOME. The employees really put 100% in and we had a blast! It was affordable too! They really earned my business! Took my mind off the craziness of 2020 and really felt like they brought the community together!!

Showed up after a day out on Canandaigua lake to wash my boat and an attendant rushed over to give me free time (16 minutes) that they give for all boats to help keep the lakes clean. This is an absolutely fantastic idea and a very generous gift. Thumbs up!!! 👍

I have been a club member for years and staff is always super friendly! Just recently, I had an employee notify me that I had a screw partially sticking out of my tire, they removed it upon my approval and then after the wash, carefully looked over my tire to make sure the screw had not punctured and released air. I’m sure if I had continued to drive with it in there, it would’ve continued to puncture deeper into the tire. The employee saved my tire and I’m extremely thankful for that!

I arrived back in Canandaigua after a 2400 mile trip to Minnesota. I think I killed every bug on I-90 so the front of my white SUV looked like a crime scene. I was positive Id need to go through the tunnel 2-3 time to get all the bug guts washed off....but it took just 1 time, and the work of the crew, to turn my car back to looking new. Thanks Auto Wash!

The team at auto wash always go above and beyond. I have had the unlimited membership for years and it’s a great value. I went today for a routine wash and one of the guys noticed a big scuff on my bumper and had me pull around and he cleaned the paint (from my garage door) right off! Highly recommend this locally owned business!

The best car wash I have ever been too. All of the employees treat you with respect and kindness. I had a mishap where I left a ratchet strap in the back of my truck and it cause minor damage to my truck. The manager Andy went above and beyond to help me with what happened and I can’t thank him enough for his amazing service. He did not have to do what he did but he truly cares about his costumers and wants them to have the best experience possible. Thank you Andy for everything! I will be recommending this wash to everyone I know. Every wash delivers and amazing shine and sparkle to your vehicle and a reasonable price.

As the owner of a black car, frequent washes are a fact of life for me. But boy oh boy, a clean and shiny black car looks good! This car wash (and its sister location in Geneva) are hands down the best in town: clean facilities, thorough (and entertaining!) wash, and excellent staff.I prefer the Canandaigua location because of the free vacuums, longer tunnel, and hand drying, but I do visit the Geneva location about once a week. I have the unlimited wash plan, which is affordable and makes it easy to keep my ride looking sharp. Ive never had any issues with dirty equipment leaving swirl marks but they also have touchless bays for the paranoid amongst us.Unlimited washes means I never have to worry about throwing money away if it unexpectedly rains the next day. And Id much rather let a professional, permitted facility reclaim dirty water than have it go down the storm drain from driveway washing.Bottom line: great value and quality service - do yourself a favor and consider the unlimited plans, especially if you have a black car.P.S. The photo is from right after I bought the car, but it always looks this good thanks to this place

The truth is Bobby, you took my credit card and my bank account and charged me twice every month for almost a year for one vehicle. I chose not to go to your business anymore because you scammed me and I caught you!!! The new place I go to doesn’t try to scam people! I know I can trust them... You need to be exposed for the scam artist you are and how unprofessional you really are! I never posted about you the entire time that situation was going on. But when someone else did you brought my name into it. So now I feel I need to let the public know the truth about how you truly conduct business. For someone who really knows next to nothing about cars or recalling washing them I started going there just for the drive in wash. However recently i used their other utilities and was pleasantly surprised the vacuum is free and the personal wash is varied with all of the features of the drive in. Overall its friendly to beginners and cheap to boot.

I love this car wash and Im excited about their new location opening! Having the ability to vacuum my car at no cost is a huge plus for me as my car is always dirty from my dog and kid so it takes forever to vacuum.

Free vacuums! And they even had good suction! The place is in good shape, have a pull through auto-wash with a human dryer at the end, as well as self service and even laser wash bays. Prices are on par with normal, but then add in free vacuums and the value is there! I went through the car wash in part because my car did need it, but I felt it was worth supporting the business after using the free vacuums. Did I mention there are free vacuums?!?!

This is a highly automated car wash that has no staff members to help patrons select which service theyd like. Once a person has waited in line to receive the service, it is impossible to tell if all of the services ordered were actually performed. While Im sure this approach makes a lot of sense for the owner, I dont think that it serves the public very well. I dont know if the underwash was performed to remove salt from my car. How can I tell?

With plenty of other washes is the area, it is a no brainer to choose any one of them over autowash. The owner is very unprofessional and constantly have trouble with machines entering the wash. The staff are of really no help. Best thing about the place is the free vacuums which many other washes provide now. Like what was said before, With two brand new car washes being built in the area( one directly across the street), and the fact that the customer service and overall performance of the wash itself being below poor, it is an easy decision to avoid Canandaigua autowash and bring your business elsewhere!

I am updating this review to recognize the Auto Wash for the attention to my concern.Bobby the owner took it seriously and we met today to discuss the situation.I had my car washed prior to our meeting to have a visual aid for our discussion.I am so please to say that the car came out perfectly and I learned that the new equipment Bobby installed was being tweaked to result in a better wash.They were very successful with the tweaks as the wash and dry really were excellent.That being said another rewarding experience was meeting Bobby and just seeing his dedication and personal attention to providing high standards in his business.So obviously the new competitor that is going to open across the street will grab a few of Bobby’s customers but I am confident it won’t be many and for sure I will remain loyal to Bobby’s operation because he cares so much and delivers on his promises.

The back of the vehicle does not get dried well. The automatic rotating cloths do not properly rotate all the way around the rear-end of the vehicle. Notified management and owner.

$15 for the top wash... waste of money. Didnt get hardly any of the bugs off the front of my car. That, when done I was able to wipe them off with my finger. I should have took a before picture, but I did take an after picture and Im not happy.

My wife and I both have The Works monthly memberships. I feel like Im ripping the place off because its so easy to jump in line, get the tag read and get a wash whenever, and as often as I want. Free vacuums too!I heard that I could use the touch free wash as a member too.Not to mention there are 5 locations to choose from. I justify the expense based on the salt used in the winter, keeping that off our vehicles is important.If we go through 2.5X weve more than paid for the month.My kids love going through too, especially in the car ;)

The WORST car wash I have ever been to! The damage done to my car is awful! Multiple scratches on the hood and trunk, in a swirl pattern, that are quite visible. Sickening! Dont waste your time and money here!

AWESOME service. I had gotten stuck to the frame of my truck in a field this morning and not two but three men power washed it before sending me through the bay, told me if after I wasn’t happy to come back through and they would get anything they missed. Above and beyond!! And the free vacuums helped make for interior clean up quicker too!

I go to the manual bays here all the time to wash my car, and they have been great! I do need to say that a couple times, I went and the speaker was broken I guess, so I had no warning of when I would run out of time. I was washing my car, and the hose stopped. I walked around my car to put another dollar in, but it took me back to the beginning. I luckily had some bills in my car, so I went to get two bills and put them in, but the machine started again, and registered it as two dollars, even though I put three dollars in! It first wouldnt let me add more time so I would have to buy another wash, then just plain ate my money! I couldnt refund the two I put in, so I was so upset.

What service! I used the “touchless” option when the “tube” was closed and was kind of disappointed when I’m so used to the tremendous way my white car comes out after going through the tube. In frustration I sent a message and the manager, Greg called me back so quickly! I explained what happened though my logical mind knew the touchless couldn’t clean as well. I was just looking for the gross bugs from the highway to be gone!🤮.Greg stood on his head to make it right 👍. He wanted photos to see if the equipment was malfunctioning. Then......he came to my house with a generous gift card to apologize! He’s a testament to A+ customer service and a top notch business in Canandaigua!

Truck was very dirty so ran through again. Was told by person that worked for wash company, that they dont have time to rewash vehicles. What is the point of belonging to wash club,it was still dirty?Manager called me wanted to make sure everything was taken care of, which means a lot to me, said he would talk to his emploees.

The staff was able to answer all of my questions and even showed me inside the wash to ensure the safety of my car. Would recommend this place to anyone!
