Came here for a bridal party for pedicures and acrylics! Hanna did beautifully on my full set, perfect design and so nice. The pedicure was exactly what I needed too! Thank you!!

I love this nail salon! I used to get my nails done more frequently here when I worked in Issaquah but their prices are worth the drive! And their service is always 100%. They are really nice and friendly and offer complimentary water and wine for those who are 21+. They also give a cash discount.

They are probably the worst acrylics I have ever gotten. If you are getting regular nail polish they are fine but for acrylics they do not know what they are doing. One of my nails goes upward. The shape I asked for is not what I got. :(

The lady doing my nails I’m sure was the owner because she would not stop answering the phone while working on my nails. She was rude and did not want to give me the design I asked for. There was people waiting and it was obvious she was rushing me out. She cut my nails on three separate places after I told her to stop going so short. I will not be returning because of this unprofessional and rude customer service.

Overall experience disappointing. I was not welcomed nor did I feel the staff or owner cared. The woman WAS interested in trying to get me to add-on a manicure, or paraffin wax but she would not add one little flower on my large right toenail (without extra charge) despite not spending a second on my left large toenail because Id recently lost it from an accident. Painted 9 toenails but charged me extra for one little flower. Horrible customer service~Noone seemed happy. Spa experience should be a pampered experience...not simply flicking at each foot when you want me to place it back in the soaking tub or only engaging in conversation with a smile when theres an opportunity to charge more for services.

Pedicure was not well done. [ went there to relax and she talked and was more interested in socializing with her co workers than doing a good job! BTW the employees dont chatter when Wynn is there.

Extremely rude employees and couldn’t do the design I wanted. Although when I have gotten the design I wanted in the past, they did an amazing job!

Ive been going here for probably about a year now and Im never going anywhere else. They take so much time on your nails to make them perfect. They have so many fun colors all the time. They are nice and welcoming. Always willing to fit you in. Absolutely reccomend

Very disappointed! I tried this salon for the first time. Great environment, clean. Called ahead of time for pricing. Was quoted something different at the time of paying. Woman proceeded to argue with me that the person who quoted me doesnt do nails so therefore didnt know what the costs were. She also told me that to change the shape of the nail costs extra. When I opened my wallet to pay, she noticed I had cash in my wallet. She then asked me to pay my tip in cash. I always pay for my gas in cash because its less, but it was none of her business to ask me for a cash tip because she was looking at my wallet as I opened it. Ive been getting my nails done for about 15 years. Never have I had an experience like this. These acrylic nails lasted one week. As other women around me were offered drinks, I wasnt. I will definitely tell all of my friends to avoid this salon and go elsewhere.

Went with three people. Setting up the appointment same day was a breeze, the women who took care of us were amazing and nice. The owner is a delightful man too. The work on our pedicures was beautiful. They went above and beyond for just a pedicure and we loved it.

I paid for a pedicure, but got the most expensive polish change ever. A girl named Theresa gave me little to no foot care...No cuticle care, no nail smoothing (even after I mentioned that they needed it) minimal skin buffing. Stone massage was, literally--not exaggerating, up and down the lower leg twice...30 seconds. I was in and out in 30 minutes including paying and nail drying. Ive been here before and had much better experiences, but the man behind the counter and the women working on either side of her had to see this happening. Other patrons were clearly getting proper pedicures. I would say only go here if you know who to have as your pedicurist.

I am an athlete and look after the tools of my trade. My feet. I go here regularly for a pedicure and have always spoken highly of the experience. Yesterday was different. Now all the ladies I have seen here do a wonderful job. Yesterday Tracy was amazing. Nail cut, bed trim and color were all great as usual. The foot and leg massage was out of this world. I have been going for pedicures for 15 years and have never had such an outstanding experience. I have no idea who taught her, but they were professionals and she listened and has certainly crafted her art. The salon is great as it is, but this lady made sure I will always ask for her first. Highest recommendation for Tracy at Wynn Nails in Issaquah.

My first time at this salon and I left very disappointed. I rarely tell my nail artist when I would like something changed with my acrylics (if I want them shorter, better shape, etc.), but when she made my nail look like a triangle, I kindly asked her to reshape it and make it longer. She looked at me, said she wouldn’t make it longer, and proceeded to finish the rest of my nails. She also tried to charge me an extra $10 for getting a different color on each nail and had the nerve to say “Are you tipping with cash or card?”. Even after a brief argument, I ended up paying $50 for my nails and am sadly very unhappy with them. My friend also got her nails done and had a great experience with her nail artist, so I really think that management just needs to make their staff more consistent with their training.

Amazing experience! We came in with my 1 yr old son and 4 yr old niece, they took amazing care of my sis (who is at the end of her third trimester) and myself and made sure to make my nieces experience extra special. My son started to get restless and the ladies had zero issue keeping him entertained whole I got to relax for a bit. After a long work week and our husbands being out of town, it was exactly what we needed!

First time @WynnNailSpa. Simple, clean & elegant inside, not overdone or gaudy. I made a same-day appointment at 4 pm & business was steady. Having just broken a nail, I was in need & Teresa was there to save the day. She listened kindly as I expressed my previous salon horror story & concerns to her. Reassuring me every step of the way, she was nice, calm, collected & professional. My nails look great! Like real nails again. I will be back & am glad to have found her.

I hate, and rarely do bad reviews, but I felt I had to. I understand if your busy but then tell people you are busy and a different time would be better. Instead they take me, rush me to pick my color. I sit down and the woman talked, looked around the entire time doing my pedicure. Hardly scrubbed my feet. Then when I asked for a manicure, she rolled her eyes and said you want a manicure?! I said mind. I will go somewhere else for that.By far the worst pedicure I have ever had! The gentleman next to me had 3 people working on him. Massaging his back, legs, arms, the list goes on.I would NEVER come here again. It’s a good thing I’m from out of state.This however is the first time getting a manicure where they didn’t try to up sell anything; yet it was the only time I actually wanted all the service. Worst service ever! And they speak their language the entire time you are there. So rude.

The highly skilled and talented staff here never fails to satisfy their clients by doing amazing work with the nails. They always manage to provide some high quality services at very reasonable price. They are very knowledgeable and know how to do nails with perfection.

They do a great job on both mani’s and pedi’s. I love their work and go there for big events because I can trust that they do a great job. They did my prom nails! They have lots of colors and can do many designs on your nails. I would recommend making an appointment so that you do not have to sot and wait.

Got charged $10 for an extra massage I was unaware I accepted. Thought I was being asked if I enjoyed the pedicure so I smiled and said yes. Wish they were more clear when asking if you want extra services.

I used to love this place,but not anymore. Last 2 visits I had same lady who was not nice and second time asked me for more tip after i gave her 5 dollars for pedicure and nail trimming without nail color. Also noticed by my family only certain people are treated good and asked free wine.I my opinion everyone should be treated equally and with respect when you are paying same amount for the service.We had about 10 people from my family who used to go to this place but not any more.

I love this salon. Great service and they are all so good! Comfortable massage chairs and a glass of vino make this a nice little escape for some pampering.

PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS BEFORE GOING in because its exactly what I experienced. The min I walked in it was disastrous. From lying about the price, charging extra for things I didnt agree to, putting on the wrong color (then huffing and clearly being angry she had to redo the polish) and the most awful, AGGRESSIVE attitude I have ever experienced at an establishment. All because I asked politely what shape and color I was looking for. The behavior was the last straw for me and I finally told them its not ok to act the way they did when Im paying over $80 for a service. She ended up slamming the nail polish and arguing about how she didnt do anything wrong. The only person who was professional was the Male manager, who unfortunately, couldnt control the behavior of his employees. I was so happy to be out of there.

Just got charged $5 to take my shellac off. Because I did not get another shellac manicure they charged me to have it taken off. I got a regular manicure instead and didnt even have my nails painted. It would make sense if I didnt have another service done but I did. I am also a frequent customer or should I say was a frequent customer to this spa.

I really wanted to like this place but just can’t. My manicures have been hit or miss, and when I’m went in today to was rushed to the drying station when there were half the chairs open, and no help with my purse keys and coat so it’s no wonder my three of my nails were wrecked.

The people here are cold as ice! Not friendly at all. No smiles no nothing. Then they just left my credit card laying around. I am only giving two stars because at least the owner is nice, but the workers are horrible! Find another place to go... :(

Oh my gosh, this place is beyond 5 stars. I got my nails done somewhere else and it was a horrible experience. On Monday My sister told me about this place and I decided to try it out. When I got there the place was very nicely organized and very clean. The lady that took me, her name was Amy, was very kind and talked to me. I also had another lady, her name was Ennie(not sure on the spelling), she was very nice as well. It was the best service I have ever received! I definitely found my new nail salon and I will not go anywhere else!! Thank you Wynn Nail salon!!

Kathy is an amazing person, not only did she do a traffic job, but she makes you feel welcome, makes you laugh, and best of all she enjoys your company. The atmosphere is nice and friendly and clean. Moved to Issaquah and Im definitely keeping her for future appointments.

I have been going to this salon regularly for years and everything has always been great. I stopped in tonight and did a walk-in pedi. The gals were very nice as always but at the end of my service I went to get up and upon a closer look my toes were pretty bad. Filed very uneven and paint all around the skin on some of my toes. The person who did my service had already moved on and I didnt want to make a big deal of it so I decided, note to self, make an appointment next time. I went to pay cash and counted out an extra $5 (which for the service is over 20% tip) AND THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER SAID I DIDNT LEAVE ENOUGH AND GESTURED HIS HAND THAT I LEAVE A BIGGER TIP. I was shocked and honestly will never go back now.

I had a gift certificate so I thought I would try Wynn! I had heard good reviews. The person that was providing my pedicure was finished in less than 20 minutes and that included at least five minutes looking around and getting up and down to walking around! To make it worse she asked me to pay before she was done to see how much I would tip! Worst pedicure and service ever! Won’t be back!

I hate to leave negative feedbacks, but both mani and pedi were rushed probably cuz theyre busy enough they dont care.In addition, my cuticle still has lots of dead skin, and my nail colors are chipping already ( I just got it done today). I suppose for $35, this is the type of service Id get. The only good thing about this place is clean.

I was so excited when Wynn Nails opened but they have gone down hill. The last few times Ive made appts. theyre not ready to help me. Also they have become inconsistent on if you get a hot stone massage or not. Today was the most frustrating visit. They advertise for a relaxing atmosphere and it was chaos. They were fighting over the schedule book. When I complained that it was loud the employee wasnt happy with me at all. I wouldnt reccommend this place.

Pretty hit or miss. Feel they take too many clients now and are rushed. I felt very rushed at my shellac mani, and pedi appt. They werent nice. The lady put my sandals on for me and messed up 2 nails Said she would fix them and just painted over it. I didnt notice how bad it was as I was rushed to get the shellac done that is very thick. I said it felt like my nails were glued to my fingers but she didnt even look at them. Went to lunch after with a friend and realized the top coat of my shellac was over hanging a LOT Didnt want it to pop the whole thing off .Then I looked at my toes and saw the huge indents where she just painted one coat over the top I had to go all the way back to get it fixed though I was right next to where I needed another appt. They told me to go sit at a dirty chair. The owner was nice enough but for $65 and all the time and head ache I will paint my own nails. I do a much better job and it only costs a couple dollars. Thank you Wynne nails for adding extra stress to this pregnant ladies day when I was hoping for a relaxing experience. Never again

I was very dissapointed with my service here. I came in to get a set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The nail technician did my acrylics first and I told her Id like my nails to not be super long and to be almond shaped with soft point. Immediatlely she says that my nails need to be long to get that shape but I told her I need them to be shorter because of my job and Ive gotten this shape and length in the past. Once she glued the tips on, she clips the nails into a claw shape, I told her I didnt want them to be too pointy and she responded with Ill shape them. So she puts the acrylic on and piles it on, making my nail soooo thick and unnatural looking. Then she starts filling them. I am not picky at all but she filed the sides of the nails so far, my natural nail was starting to show. I kept telling her that she filed them way too far and she said shed fix it. It got to a point where I couldnt see how she could possibly fix them and apologized to her and that I wanted them soaked off. She then shows her manager my nails and asked ask for a photo of what I was wanting. When I show the photo the manager says oh you wanted almond. One word can change everything (she was referring to me saying a soft point.) I told her I asked for almond all along but of course I was in fault in this situation for misdirection, which is not how you should treat customers. They then insisted on trying to fix them and to not soak them off, even though I asked to get them soaked off twice. The nail technician gave me my pedicure then I was going to get my nails fixed after. I kid you not, I looked down at my phone then next thing I know the pedicure is over. Pretty sure she did only one coat of polish on my toes. So I go to get my nails fixed and I showed the nail technician a photo of exactly what I wanted. She then would file my nails, making them super round and Id say no thats not the same shape as the photo. We played this game over and over until I gave up and said fine. After my nails were fixed, yes they looked much better but still not what I wanted. Then the manager asked me what happened which I appreciate, and said to show this same exact photo when I got a fill. Which is funny because apparently a photo doesnt do any good since the nail technician couldnt copy the photo at all. Ugh. As Im sitting letting me nails dry, other nail technicians would say oh almond shape. And I kept answering with thats what I asked for. Clearly unsatisfied and ready to leave, they gave me $5 off my acrylics and full price for the pedicure. I was hoping at least $10 off my acrylics. Im tired of getting my nails done with people who dont listen and dont care. Yes I realize I should have shown a photo in the first place, lesson learned, but I hope the people working there realize they need to listen and be understanding rather than act like I was wrong and still half listen to what I wanted.

Cold people, I got there 3 minutes early and they didnt have their door locked and she said I had to wait for 3 minutes for them to start doing my nails. They also didnt do a good job on my nails and didnt look good. They charged me twice and I called them and they said they would give my money back and will call me when it is done but they never did so basically I paid $140 for one pedi and mani shellac.

Went in to get a full set and the lady who did my nails seemed to be in a hurry. after only 5 days 3 of my acrylics fell off went back to get it fixed they didnt charge and the lady who did them did apologize. After 7 days the 4 other nails came off. I will never go here again. Im very dissapointed.

Lady was rushed, only filed nails, but nails are still jagged. She didn’t do anything to my cuticles and the massage was bad. The manicure has bubbles and is uneven. They also don’t have many color options, unless you get shellac.

Horrible customer service! I was told there would be “a little wait” for a pedicure, so my 5 year old and I waited for 30 minutes (which is not easy) then we were asked if we “could just come back later” because they were booked. No thank you. I will take my business elsewhere.
