I came to Dr Detail - based upon reviews by other users & I will do the same for others who may want to use his service. I had 2008 Honda Odyssey which had taken a serious beating with kids/dog & as a backup truck and required plenty of TLC to bring it back to life. Alex and his team did a great job in detailing it and bringing it back to its beauty that it feels good to drive it around now. I detailed another car of mine once I had a good results on my first car. Highly recommend - nice guy, professional & good value.

I had a great experience with them, I dropped them off the car and got the car back in the same day. I had an old and very dirty car and they cleaned it so well that I didnt know it was possible to clean the car that well. Very happy with the experience definitely will come back here for any detailing needs!

I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. When I arrived, they started working on my car right away and was done in 1hr30min. My car was filthy and I had doubts as to how much cleaning they could do. I was pleasantly surprised. The stains are gone, and the exterior looks like it just received a new coat of paint. I truly was impressed by the entire experience. Their professionalism was admirable. Alex, the owner, was very pleasant. Definitely going back.

This is without question the best detail we have had done on any of our cars. Our black 2018 Ford Fusion did not look this good when we took delivery. Usually you see buffing wheel marks on a black car but somehow there were none, the paint looked like lacquer. The interior was sparkling clean and the carpets and cloth seats, which were heavily stained (this is our teenaged daughters car) cleaned up beautifully. Alex and his team were friendly and professional and I am a loyal new customer. Alexs prices are also the best in Northern Bergen County and there is no sacrifice on quality.

I should have taken before and after pictures, however, I didnt want to document the before picture, after all it is a family car and there were lots of crumbs and stuff on the floors, etc. LOL🤣Alex (the proprietor) is very professional, friendly and has a great team. Nelson detailed this car from top to bottom, and considering the outside temperature was in the 90s, it couldnt have been too much fun. Nelson did a fantastic job. This detailing was purchased through a Groupon. Groupon, or not, this car looks amazing, and the people could not have been nicer. The location is very convenient being right off Rt.46 in Lodi. I definitely recommend Dr. Detail to keep your cars looking beautiful.

Purchased a Groupon for detailing, set an appointment, but had an issue. I tried to talk to them to reschedule, but could never get an answer. Left messages but never got a call back. I had to get a refund from Groupon, which wasnt even the full paid price.Addition in reply to owner:I didnt have the chance to have service, since youre people wouldnt provide proper assistance. In addition, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude about my having a Groupon in the first place. I tried to give you an honest try, but you ignored my messages when I tried to get a new appointment.I gave a review on the service, or lack thereof, that I received. In this case, it is a review of your customer service, and how you treat prospective customers.PS, looking at the other poor reviews you have a history of yelling at people who do not follow your POV. I see my experience is not an isolated incident.

Took my STI after a friend recommended their services to me. Met the owner (who is very friendly) and felt comfortable dropping my car off with them. They called me back and the car looked brand new (inside and outside). Great service and will definitely come back to them.

Absolutely the worst experience you could ever have. The owner argued on the phone with me after I realized stuff was missing from my car. He said its there policy to throw everything out even the registration papers. Thats redicious. Dont go here they are very unprofessional.

He got me in and out, they did a great job of detail cleaning my engine. Highly recommend.

They took care of all paint issues from light scratches, salt stain, and swirls. Car looks, feels, and smell great. Crazy neighbor asked me if I bought a new car. Told her I had this car for 7 years, in which she replied I must have taken really good care of it. I didnt, but Dr Detail definitely made it look that way.

*disclaimer* *Oct 19th, 2018* I have not had my car washed by them. I made an appointment to receive the complete package but didnt find examples or information on google maps, no review that seemed legit and no pictures. Before anyone pays a large sum of money to a business they are not familiar with, they might want to get familiar with it. The day before my appointment, I passed by to take a look at the service I was going to receive, maybe grab a flier as well. When I arrived, the owner was outside and greeted me. I told him what I was there for, and he quickly changed his tone. He seemed offended that I would even go and look at the work they do, and when I told him I didnt see any pictures or reviews, he said I dont know what to tell you. Ive been in business for 20 years as if I asked for his credentials. Before you pay anyone for a service, I advise you to take a look at what you will receive. The owner spoke to me directly, so I gave him 2 stars for that, but I am not taking my car here because he could not tell me anything about what I was going to pay 150$ for. It was as simple as showing me a car or giving me a run down of what to expect before I pay. If you do go here, please post pictures so the next person knows what to expect, since the owner wont give you any info and wont show you any of the work.*update* response to owners comment. There were no results, you did not show me anything. Do you expect me to pay without knowing what youre going to do? This is a perfect example of what an owner should not do. Alex, I wish you the best with your business. Good luck getting new customers to spend money. You said you did not have a presence online, now you have one. A truthful one too, because everyone can see how you handle negative remarks.*update November 3rd* I took my car to a different location. They were friendly and did a great job, for less money.
