The hurricane did some damage to the flooring of my car - it was SOAKED and smelled utterly disgusting. I called a handful of places but everywhere was booked for quite some time. I called here and Al said to bring my car same day. Thankful I brought it in - Anyelo made my car look and smell immaculate. it looks better then when I originally bought the car. I had a car shipped up to me from Florida and I wanted to get cleaned up after siting for a couple months. I looked around for a detailer near me and Prestige had really good reviews, I gave them a call early in the morning and got Al, he was able to get me in the same day. I brought the car over, Al was really cool and very professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work from his customer service. He even drove me back home and brought my car to me when done. That kind of service is rarely seen anymore.The car came out great and the price was very fair. When I came to meet him, he had the hood up and walked me around the car for a full inspection.Service was amazing, quality was on point and the whole experience was better than I could have ever expected. I mean he drove me home and brought my car to me, who does that anymore.Thanks Al

On 11/1 I visited this car wash. One of the attendant scratched my brand new $6,000 forged wheels up by cleaning them with a Brillo pad. The owner, AL, arrived and admitted fault. I also have this admittance by text message. Initially he offered to refinish the wheels and I stated that the wheels were brand new and I will not trust the company he deals with due to horror stories about finishes flaking, peeling over time. He then tells me he’ll pay me for the wheels but he is entitled to them and that I need to help him recoup his costs if he’s going to take care of this. After a cordial verbal back and forth We agreed he will go through his insurance to have my damages covered and even sent me a text message agreeing to this. This entire week he has avoided providing an update and today sends me a text message stating that he attempted to resolve this but I can go through his lawyer and to have a nice day. I now will go my legal route to have this matter resolved and encourage everyone to avoid doing business with this location. Not only was the employee not trained which caused this issue to begin with, the owner argued with me for an 1.5 hours.. admits fault verbally and documented in text, states he’ll follow up with me and then today just thinks this will all go away and sends me a message stating I can deal with his lawyer. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP. The people working here are clearly not trained at all but are trusted to touch your vehicle. The true measure of a company is how they handle situations when they mess up and Al, the owner of prestige according to him, has shown that if things go he will not stand by his commitment or his word.

I reached out to prestige because I had a coffee spill in my car. It was all over the mat on the passengers seat and under the mat, very hard to take out on my own. I went to the site and explained that i needed the interior completely shampooed and cleaned and the outside as well. They were very polite and respectful, I needed a ride to go home rather than wait there for the detailing to finish and they gave me a ride with no problem at all, and picked me up again. Talk aboutAmazing customer service! Once the job was done I was Not disappointed at all, my car was so nice and clean inside the coffee stains are gone ! I will definitely be going to prestige again next time i need a cleaning for my vehicle. Please do get your services done at Prestige they will not disappoint and the prices are very very reasonable as well!

The staff at Prestige were AMAZING! I had this horrible clay paste on the driver side of my car from a leak at my apartment complexs garage. I called them up and they had me come in right away. PROFESSIONAL. They took it in and let me know they would get it off my car. They let me know everything they were doing and when they found what worked they let me know it would come out beautiful. I trusted them and they did NOT disappoint. My car looks brand new and all the paste is gone. He was upfront with the price and what they could do. HONESTY. When they were all done they brought me in to inspect the work and everyone was polite and letting me know there was other stains and they removed them all. Not only did they detail the outside of my car they even surprised me with an interior cleaning. First time service I was so HAPPY. This is defiantly a great, welcoming, on top of their game detail shop.Great price, great staff, great experience!!!

Prestiges detailing service was fantastic. My car seats were full of stains and they were able to remove all of it! Now my car looks and smells like brand new!!! rTheir pick up and drop off service was a plus.

I found this business via google maps as I was searching for a hand car wash/auto detailing facility.It was a random find and I decided to give this business a try after speaking with Chris about possibly having my QX80 washed and wax. Due to time constraints, I opted just to have my suv hand washed so I drove from NYC to Lodi, NJ.Chris was very welcoming and immediately brought my suv in to get it washed. When he pulled the truck out from the bay, I couldn’t believe how great it looked from just a hand wash and spray wax. I’ve been to other hand car wash locations and Prestige puts them to shame. Besides the paint itself, I haven’t seen my wheels look this clean in a long time. His guys did great work and will be bringing in my other suv (Armada) for a full detail and my QX to get prepped and wax before the winter. I now have a new, favorite go to auto detailing shop. If my QX80 looked this good from just a hand wash, I’m definitely lookin forward to a full detail.Thank you Chris and co.

Prestige owns up to it’s name. Customer service in this place goes beyond the call of duty. I was chauffeured to my home and back while my vehicle was worked on.The detail performed on my vehicle surpassed expectation. Every inch and corner of this vehicle is as close to clean as the first day of purchase. You want it done right the first time you see these guys.

I was quoted $200 for the detailing of my vehicle, the told me it would be done at 4pm the same day. They called me at 4pm saying it will not be done til 11am.. I called at 11am then it was not done yet. I ended up picking my car up the following day at 4pm. When my vehicle was finished they tried charging me $275 saying for the same job. There was swirl marks like crazy all over the vehicle. STAY AWAY.

Spoke to Al. Fathers birthday was coming up and wanted to get his work truck detailed, after years of abuse and dirt. Called Al the day after Thanksgiving on a Friday, and needed it done by that Saturday at 3pm. Al took the truck in 10am Saturday morning, was true to his word had it ready by 3pm and made my fathers birthday that much better. Truck came out beautifully. Told him to do interior exterior, minus the engine and agreed on price. Well he went ahead and did the engine anyway, staying true to the same price agreed on. Truck came out looking brand new, inside was done professionally outside as well, smelled great and the attention to detail was incredible. 5 out of 5. Use this place for you go to car detailing needs. Awesome experience.

Prestige Saved My Jeep!They did an outstanding detail to the interior and exterior of my Jeep Wrangler. It was in horrid conditions due to an offroad trip gone wrong. Imagine getting stuck in a MUD PIT (that smells like Newark) with NO DRAIN PLUGS!!! So when I say they saved my vehicle Im not exaggerating. I was very close to putting in an insurance claim. I shopped around and they were the only ones that built a trustworthy relationship with me. The service they offered was amazingly priced. Prestige was very welcoming and offered to take my seats out as well as my rugs to shampoo them. They went under the hood and by my brakes and shocks. When they were done with it, I almost cried! It went from a wet, muddy, oily, stinky mess to a Certified Pre-Owned Jeep! You cannot go wrong with these guys! Definitely recommend!

I own a new black Mustang convertible. Only hands are allowed to wash my car. The hands at Prestige are magical! My car ALWAYS sparkles inside and out. I cant say enough great things about the service and quality of their work.

They use brillo pads on cars and wheels, avoid at ALL COSTS! Staff does not have any proper training when handling high end / exotic cars, they destroyed custom rims by using brillo pads.

My work van was beyond cleanable inside and out. To make matters worse, the engine was drenched in oil from a hose that broke off thanks to my mechanic. In desperate need for a reliable car wash, I reached out to a friend, who recommended Prestige Car Wash & Auto Detail located in Lodi, NJ. The staff at Prestige were very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. Not only was my van ready on time, it was washed and detailed beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service backed up by great work, so I find it very difficult to believe, that the negative comment left by o3 Silver Terminater Fred is credible. Its obvious that the account is bogus. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back.

My friend and I drove from Florida and came across this carwash, as soon as we got there we were taken care of immediately, everyone was so nice and helpful, great customer service they were very detailed with everything and finished in a timely manner, will definitely be back!
