WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ITS WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. They are tricky won’t tell you before starting the job whts included & wht not. & will try to sell u extra stuff for no reason. They charge u extra if u don’t wanna get ur trailer washed by them, while getting only the tractor washed. Employees & the manager is rude. They broke the windshield wiper too as u can see in pictures. Tomato peels are literally still stuck at same spot after the wash too. DEFINITELY GOING TO TRUCK TUB THE BEST IN 209 area

Excellent truck wash. Wait isn’t too long and they are very contentious. Open all hours too! They shine the tires until 8 pm. Usually 3 people washing per bay and there are three wash bays. Enjoy a clean rig. They even wash ski/bike racks and equipment too. Flying J Truck Stop is right next door.

Easily the worst truck wash iv ever had however, 3 managers from the blue beacon were walking around the parking lot of the Flying J checking the trucks that they had washed. I showed them what my truck looked like and they offered to wash it again. I had to leave so I couldnt, but said he will make it right next time im in town. I will be back because I think they are trying hard to improve. 👍

It just seems that all they want to do is take your money and rush you out. Every time lately has been a quick rinse and tell me Im good and you can see the streaks from the dirt still on the truck that comes off with your bare hand. I remember that place use to take pride in their work and made sure the job that was done was good. Now only because I have no other place to go or else I wouldnt even show up and let them take my money for a mediocre job.

We brought our 40ft Country Coach motorhome to get washed here. We are very pleased with the service and special requests that were met. The manager and all staff members are professional and care about your vehicle. Weve used multiple truck washes in the bay area off of I-5 and this is by far the best! Blue Beacon will be our go-to wash from now on! We also got the tire shine! Amazing wash for a reasonable price!

Came in very early in the morning. Only truck there. Pictures of the results speak for themselves. Came back and they attempted to fix it. But still not very good. I will only be going to Stockton to the truck tub from now on. Best wash in the area

This was my first time using any truck wash facility so I was not sure how it worked or what to expect. I did expect a clean and shiny vehicle, especially for the $38 I was charged. I did not get what I expected. My van did not come out clean or shiney, there was not tire shine applied to the tires, the paint was streaked and dull, it was like the paint oxidized and washed off leaving a dull and streaked finish. I called and talked to the manager Chris, he said to bring it back. When I brought it back Chris immediately noticed the dull streaked finish on the paint and said he reviewed the cameras that are watching the workers and said he noticed they did not do a good job. He said they did not brush the van between applications of cleaner. He rewashed the van and applied tire shine. I was not impressed with the outcome. Chris said he had never seen paint come out this dull and streaked before. He did not know why the paint was reacting the way it did. I give him credit for trying to make it better and for offering a coupon for a free rain-X treatment next time I come in. I can tell you right now I will never use that coupon based on the outcome of the wash service I received this time. There are other Truck wash facilities nearby, I will try one of them next time and so should you. I cannot recommend this truck wash based on my most recent experience.

Not good they left a lot of spots when I showed them that they said it would be extra 47 dollars and I already paid them 58 dollars for that job never going back there again

The guys did a great job washing my truck and trailer. One even walked around with a flashlight to inspect their work before sending me off.

2:30 am on a Saturday night, and the only truck wash thats open for miles is the Blue Beacon of Flag City. I was 4th in line and it took about an hour to get in the bay for a wash. Come to find out that there are only 2 guys washing each truck. I feel that they did a very good job, but not being able to take their lunch breaks wasnt fair. I tipped them the best I could, but it seems to me that this was the time for management to step up and offer these guys some help.

Sometimes there’s a wait but, they do a good job and the staff working the bays are real friendly. Last time I took my truck in was to wash winter off of it, itt was a white truck but brown lol they got her looking good as new

These guys do a great job on motorhome. I did the Rain-X and tire conditioner. Well worth it. They will also do your tow car if you want. This was my third time there and Ill be back.

I’d say this is probably the second worst job I’ve ever had at a blue beacon. I may modify the review if I get a better job done next time. If there is a next time. The only excuse I may be able to make for it is my wash was half done at shift change.

I had a trailer with a bunch of carrots in the grooves of the floor and it smelt bad... They took care of it and got every carrot out in less than 30 minutes! I was impressed and very happy to have a clean trailer again!

Absolutely the best Blue Beacon!!!! I read other reviews and I think they did too! I watched as they washed the truck and saw the one in charge going over the truck with a flashlight and telling the crew to go over spots they might have missed!! I tipped them $20 for the guys caused they did a awesome job!!! THANK YOU GUYS

Ahead of me 2 truck only. They have 3 bay for truck wash. Today somehow they open only 2 bay am still waiting behind 2 truck 1 hour and 30 mint the doing super slow job. Am not recommend to truckwash anyone here. if you not have enough hours drive to next destiny nation.05-31-21

I was told if you wanna complete truck wash going to be $245 that’s a complete truck wash $65 just to do the cab they just put water on the chassis and that’s about it on the outside of the chassis if you want to get the inside of the chassis wash is an extra $220 more i’m not asking for a degrees is just to take off the salt and the sand from the snow on the road for courtesy they could just put water rinse it off it’ll come right off is not grease on it or oil just send and salt

I got a trk, trl & trl washout. They did an excellent job on the wash.The guy who came & ask me what i need was very polite, very professional. The CASHIER on the other hand was PLAIN! No proper greeting, no facial expressions, just like a robot!

This is the best blue beacon I have been to, and I have been to a lot of them. The 3rd shift crew has always done an outstanding job in washing my truck, trailer, and trailer washout.

I pulled in at 3:50 am to wash my truck didn’t pull in till 5:00 and they only had 3 people work last time I came in there was 2 people. They need more people here at night or something because some of us don’t have the time to wait TIME IS MONEY!!! Every time I come in here it’s over an hour wait don’t waste your time don’t come in at night Drivers specially if you are in a hurry.

They dont scrub your truck down they only use soap and rinse. After the wash i notice the bugs and dirt was still on the truck. What a bummer. Will not go back again.

After reading reviews and watching them wash the truck in front of us, I realized that they werent using the over head rinse. We told them that we wanted the overhead rinse and our truck came out beautiful.

They take too long to wash trucks they have three lines witch is good but one of those lines should be for trailor wash out only but because they dont have that set up yet expect to wait over an hour for a wash out...

The worst experience that I have ever. They dont know how to do there job. After concerns, they told me that this is not a part of wash. I ordered truck wash, and the frame was really dirty after that. They told me that is extra charge. Frame is not part of the truck? Never come back again.

2 hour waits from halfway around the entrance. Paid for the whole 9 yards. 3 times I made CLEAR the undercarriage was most important. Dont get back in your truck while these young boys play rub-a-dub dolly and exit BEFORE you inspect the undercarriage. It was almost untouched and left FILTHY with salt, brine and sand. Cant circle around again for 3 more hours. Fun to watch the kiddos play but one must supervise the children in earnest. Streaks abound. Waste of time and money.

Well I drove two miles to where I live after I had my truck washed it was dried off relatively speaking at night I can still see my windows had not been washed, I can still see the windshield wiper outline on the front windshield, cant wait to see what it looks like during the daytime!!!!!!

Went here and paid $50 for my truck and R.V. to be washed. I had previously waxed both a week prior and there was merely a film of dust from driving through the desert that I wanted to be taken off. I could’ve (and should’ve) done it myself but I was short on time. I’ve never been to a wash where the wash actually made my vehicles dirtier than before the wash. I’ve now been going back and forth for a refund for a clear highway robbery that the manager, Chris, and his Lodi location have performed on me. Even at the corporate level, I’m getting absolutely nowhere and they are wasting more of my time. This was my first (and last) time trying Blue Beacon. Hopefully the rest of the locations are better than this, but I’ll never try and find out based on this horrible experience.

I think all these reviews that are being negative towards this blue Beacon are just because they don’t understand there washes... they know how to explain if you just ask... instead of crying about it in the review.... great wash guys thanks for answering my questions 5-stars.

Be ware this place. Only regular trailer wash out charge you over 100. They say need used extra time to wash and trailer is dirty. But usually wash same trailer just cost 50. Problem is they didn’t tell you anything about will charge you extra money until everything done. This blue beacon is totally different than other location. Never go back to here
