When my vehicle experienced four (4) flats due to vandalism, my insurance sent my vehicle to Caliber Collision for the replacements. Let me tell you, I would recommend this location, this organization, to everyone I know in need in of auto body repairs!From the confirmation call that my vehicle was received, meeting with my assigned service advisor (Brian), to picking my up vehicle, everyone was great. I was in a pretty sour mood given the circumstances of what happened to my vehicle, but Brian performed one of the best service recoveries that I have experienced. The towing company did not treat me or vehicle with respect, but from the moment Caliber Collision took over, I was impressed.Being particular, I expressed to Brian certain details that were important to me and he went above and beyond. He not only empathized with me and made sure that my vehicle was safe and road ready, but that I was okay as well. He kept me informed on every part of the process, had his team perform quality work and also had my vehicle back to me sooner than expected!I am beyond grateful for their professionalism, quality service and genuine regard for their customers. Caliber Collision is excellent! Everyone was super helpful and friendly. When I tried another popular Royalty auto collision place, I was greeted with many bad attitudes. They wasted my time and still refused to do the work because my car repair needs were too minuscule for them. Caliber auto treated me well from the start. I was able to make a same-day appointment. They looked at my car and started the repair immediately. The front desk/reception lady was super friendly and helpful. Brian, my service advisor, is the best! Thank you so much for your help.

This particular Caliber Collision in Norwalk reflects how a team should operate in the eyes of the customer. Each worker I encountered at each step was a professional, efficient and effective. Explained the process prior to and along the way, even received my vehicle a day early. Caliber replaced my tire, rim and under carriage coverings not identified as an issue during initial intake of my 2017 Ford Edge.They value time and they are willing to provide car related recommendations (dos and donts). I find it difficult in the past few years to encounter service above standard; Abraham and the rest of the team proved me wrong. Recommending this solid team can be said to friend/family with confidence.

John Hernandez was great! I cannot thank him enough specially for dealing with my pushy and impatient self. He originally gave me a timeline of 3weeks which was a bit to long and he was able to accommodate to two weeks. Followed up on Fridays to give me updates on my vehicle and the repairs. This repair center does an adequate job considering the high volume of units that they receive. They try their best to keep you updated, although this can understandably vary depending on how busy their team members are. I would definitely recommend this shop if you have a run of the mill/ordinary car. However, if you have a higher end sport/luxury car that needs more attention to detail then I would suggest taking it to a performance shop instead. Overall, they have a solid team and they will accommodate any of your needs to the best of their abilities. If this is the closest repair center in your area then I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here

I have to say that this location was on top of there game when it came to fixing my vehicle and the communication the had with me as far as updates, and when my car would be ready was AMAZING!! John was amazing there and i appreciate the amazing customer service that they had, if you need any kind of service there for your vehicle thats the place to get it taken care of. Customer Service. - Great experience during drop off, the persons at the front desk was polite, the only problem I had was that during check out I asked about warranty and she told me that it was explained in one of three pages I was signing, I mean, warranty is standard for all their customers, at least she should know that.Customer Service Consultant. – Great experience during drop off, did not provide update status as it supposed to be, call me asking for final payment and the car was not ready yet, improper coordination with my Insurance in regards to final payment, during pick up I noticed they did not fix the exhaust system which I highlighted to the Service Consultant at drop off however they took immediate action to fix it. I found out later that the Service Consultant was new to his position, this might be the reason of all the inconsistencies.General Manager. – Spoke to him after I start experiencing problems with the Service Consultant and he took immediate action to solve the situation.Job done to the Car. - I know they missed to fix the exhaust system however overall job was good.I do recommend to take you car to this repair center, they just need to improve some points in regards to Customer Service but their quality is good and also the time it took to repair my car was good.They Replaced and painted a rear bumper for a Mazda 6 2016, including some other underneath parts, aligned the exhaust system and scanned to see if there were problems with rear traffic sensors.

The repair work was perfect. They are AAA certified meaning the repair work is guaranteed by AAA. John was great and kept me informed every step of the way. Repair was done on time. I have no negative feedback to report. I recommend them.

Great place to go

This was my first time ever dealing with an auto shop and after my moms accident we decided to bring the car here (due to the great reviews). However, quickly things started going downhill. The corolla needed a new fender and a new left rim. We were greeted with great customer service, Bryan assured us that everything would look great. Hes very amicable and responsive and kept us updated every step of the way. We got the car, it was fixed, and we went on our way.When I took the car back to my mom, she noticed that the rim was just buffed and not replaced, so we called Bryan on a Monday and let him know we were not satisfied, so he said he would send someone out to our house on Thursday to come and fix it, he offered that, we did not ask for this. Come Thursday, the guy did not show up because he was running behind so then hed come on Monday, that didnt happen either, and then Bryan told me to bring it to the shop and the guy would fix it there. I always thought these interactions were odd but since no one in my household had dealt with this, I went with it. I show up to the body shop at 1PM, when he tells me to, and then he says that the guy will be at the shop by 1:30PM. Im cool, Ill wait in the office. 1:45PM comes around and Bryan comes to me and says that he spoke to my insurance and I had to resign paperwork authorizing them to do an alignment AND leave the car for the entire weekend!!!! #1- why would an alignment not have been done the FIRST TIME given that my mom was in a car accident that SPECIFICALLY AFFECTED THE WHEELS OF THE CAR????? So then I ask why it wasnt done the first time and he says that when the car was taken in, he wasnt here so he wasnt able to over see what was being done. At the end, I left very disappointed with this experience because IDK what kind of service this was... They charged almost 3k to the insurance, didnt do an alignment, which was no disclosed to us, AND they didnt change the rim like we specifically requested. It was only after we were unsatisfied that he told us it wasnt done.The reason I waited about 3 months to write this review, after dealing with ALLLLL OF THAT, the fender is beginning to come loose. They have a lifetime warranty, whatever that means. But I will not be coming back to have them fix it because clearly they cant do that either. Luckily my insurance company is letting us go elsewhere, where the job can be done.

Fast, reliable & great customer service. John was able to address the issues and was always available when I had questions. My car was fixed in a timely manner but now a couple weeks later, the sensors on the hood of my SUV are malfunctioning. I will need to call them to take a look at it. I was there a week ago considering taking my car there to be repair on a Nationwide claim, I email a copy of the estimate NationWide provided me and we agreed on come back on Monday so my car can get repair, as soon as Bryan saw my car he said because of the pain condition (paint not related to the crash) I had to pay that on my own if I wanted my car to be repair the conversation was not even 2 minutes before he suggested me takingto a smaller shop(because of the paint) I email the insurance they told me they can work with me but they need it to see numbers of how much more it was going to be so I went back to the shop today and after waiting for 45 minutes this guy Bryan comes to me and first he said he didnt know NationWide already have sending me and estimate (left estimate there a week ago) bottom line the paint wasnt the issue my car wasnt worth for them to bother even try to evaluate the damage. They didnt want to accept the job, I just waste a week of my time. My car is already being repair as we speak somewhere else

Excellent work. Fixed the bumper and side panel on my 2014 Chevy Spark EV. Very professional, minimal paperwork and worked great with USAA insurance. Charles kept me updated on the status of my car and the technicians had no problem working on an electric vehicle. When I received my vehicle it had a fresh wax and looked better than new. My only complaint is that one of the taillights went out right after getting it back but I came back in and they replaced it in ten minutes.

They ordered the parts and had my repair done the same day. Excellent service.

The service was completed very fast, and very nice staff. I was a little disappointed when I got the car back, it had not been washed and some misunderstanding regarding the plate under the dashboard which had come off when I was rear ended and had not been put back on.

Will not use this place again. Had suspension damage, they performed inspection and did not indicate the chasis or perform examination on welded brackets. Brian the service advisor did not handle my case well. Will not be recommending due to personnel staffing. Now if you don’t know the first thing about car repairs then this place is great for you.

Poor handling of car, they did their job well. But I was very disappointed when I saw new scratches around my car, broken battery cover, my engine was so dirty that it was clean before I brought to them. It happened last month but Im just so busy that’s why my review was lately given. Nice and polite frontliner, they are very helpful.

Went in for a simple side door impact came back with a filthy disgusting motor, a dead battery and 3 new codes popping up in a 2016 car with less than 40,000 miles. Sprayed painted the black part of my car WHITE. Left the trunk wider on one side than the other, and had me driving back and forth to norwalk when i initially chose long beach because its closer. Car was done on monday and didnt get driven back until Thursdays morning. When we tried to drive it the battery was totally dead, initially they said they didnt even touch my battery and it wasnt until i showed the paper where they stated they did, did they agree to fix it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Now while they fix the other details they missed or caused in the car for the 3rd time im out of work for a week. A WEEK 😠 who pays me for that ? INSURANCE? Nope .. caliber collision? Nope 🙄🙄🙄..

I had a somewhat skewed experience at this business.My Toyota was damaged when I hit a tire on the highway.I had it repaired here.When the repairs were done my bumper had overspray (white paint) on the black inserts.They told me they were rushed???I left it alone but a few weeks later on a very windy night my splash guard and fender liner came right off.When I took the car back they told me i must have hit something and they refused to fix it.There was NOTHING wrong with my bumper so how can they say I hit something honestly thanks but no thanks🙁
