This was my first time going to this nail shop. I went because of the online reviews. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. May was my nail tech and he was great. I was very happy with my gel layover and my pedicure. Will definitely be back.

I was very pleased with the quality & service of my fill. This was my third time ever getting my nails done. The other 2 salons I’ve been to in the area took advantage of my lack of knowledge and was overcharged. USA nails told me upfront and was transparent with the level service & price provided. Highly recommend!

I went in with a picture idea and left looking like a 5 year old had painted my nails. Not happy whatsoever. Scheduled for someplace else to fix me.

My nail got infected after going here for a year,, it’s only been 2 weeks and I got a infection in my nail bed from dirty tools being used.

Ive been a customer of USA Nails for the past 13 years. My experience with that salon by far exceeds my expectation and has always been positive. The employees are always pleasant and I have never left the salon unhappy with the finished product. I would highly recommend this salon. I have a nail salon on the corner of my block but drive the extra mile to theirs. Its well worth it!

I love this place! Ive been going here for about 17 years every 2 weeks. The staff are friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. The manicures are great, but the pedicures are fabulous! I love Julie!

I would give them a zero the color options are great but the gentleman owner is absolutely awful when I said something was wrong he called me too picky told me not to move when he really was asking me not to speak. I’ve given them three chances one time was with Nikki she was great!! But sadly both times with him were awful I would highly suggest finding somewhere else especially because I come from the cosmetology field and I could see that a lot of the things were not sanitary

I dont know how anyone could have anything negative to say about this place. Everyone that works there is delightful and respectful. They do better work then any other nail salon in this area. I drive 25 min to go here because they are welcoming and do an amazing job every time!

Been going here for manicures & pedicures for quite some time! Friendly & professional group that uses liners in tub for pedicures. Salon is clean, prices are reasonable & their prep for shellac & gel is one of the best I have experienced!

Words cant express the treatment I received at USA Nails. (1), I had an appointment with an particular INDIVIDUAL and got another person. (2), After recieving my pedicure the nail technician left me at the drying station for an half hour 🤬🤬🤬🤬!!! (3)I didnt get my manicure until an hr. later and (4) I wasnt compensated for my INCONVENIENCE that I was put through! I paid the full price for my services 😔🤨🤬🤬🤬. Their professionalism was VERY unprofessional and RUDE! Go at your own risk!!!!

My mother in law turned me onto this place,they do such an amazing job every thing me i go in. Thi and nikki always do their best work. Every time i go in they know who I am and make me feel comfortable. The place is also very clean and well maintained. Everything they use comes from a sealed package. Its never been used.

Even though I moved to Howell, MI I continued to drive back every 2-3 weeks because I was so disappointed with the salons in my area.You can walk in ir make an appointment. They are fast but you are never rushed.The girls do an expert eyebrow wax and the pedicures are heavenly!I have never had any complaints and highly recommend USA Nails to all my friends.

Nails are bumpy way too much gel they are thick. There is extra gel around my cuticles and they look like a armature did them.. They told me shellac was $25 pedi and mani each then once in the chair was told $40 for nails and $40 for feet shellac.. so I just got regular on feet and shellac on hands worst $65 I have spent. And I have been here before and was happy but the guy did a horrible job on these nails

Very pleased with USA Nails! Went for a mani/pedi with my mom to get ready for a wedding. We called the day of to make our appts and they were able to get us both in (which is good cause they got very busy while we were there). The place was quiet and calming, small and charming. Our pedicures were not rushed, they were very efficient and relaxing. My manicure (just paint, not even trimming) was very quick but he did such a great job! I loved the color and had such good coverage, no sheer spots. Paint never sticks to my nails no matter what I do, it usually starts peeling off next day. Although i took some added precaution before the wedding, the paint didnt start chipping for about 4 days!! Thats huge for me! I dont know what they did or used differently but I am usually mad that I paid for my nails to be done. I was so pleasantly surprised after my visit! I would definitely come back here again!

Hours listed are not accurate I came at 1130am on Sunday and they were closed. Online hours say open at 10am on Sunday, hours on door say closed on Sunday.

So disappointed... i have never recieved a set so poorly shaped and uneven. I cried after i saw the outcome. i’m so upset i spent $40 on a acrylic set when all my nails are different sizes! Not only that but i’ve had them for no longer than a week and they are already coming off. I came in with my sister and she had the same experience. Just to top it off the lady was so rough with my nails i had multiple fingers bleed! I WILL NOT be returning and honesty if the owners see this i would like a refund. I do NOT recommend coming here.

Very disappointing...i cut them off when i got home.I went in to treat myself to some nails, something i hadnt done in years.I took a picture of what i wanted, beautiful thin nails (coffin shaped).I got some hexagon looking things!What a waste of $30So disappointing.

Worst experience of a nail place...EVER! The lady doing my nails didnt want to do the entire manicure process so when I asked her to buff my nails she proceeded to tell me I take to long, she wants to charge me extra and then stated your body is so messed up that your nails are messed up and the proceeded to tell me manicures should only take 5 minutes and that she has to find a quick route. She yelled at me and the owner said nothing. Now my nails looks bad because she didnt finish the manicure and the owner didnt even apologize for bad behavior. I will never go back.

I think it was rushed and poorly done.i had a repair off a set i received and it had 2 nails broken and then came back not even 2 days and they charged me for repair and sloppily done repair! Men should not do nails if it is not a passion for you!

My nails were only on for 4 days they was white at first then they turned yellow I went to get them fixed one fell off the skinny small asain tried to argue with me, after that my nail came off then two more came off it was bleeding now there is a hole in my real nail, I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my refund I spent $40 its the 7th day and all my nails are off
