These guys are the absolute best ever. After wrecking my power push mower blade, I brought the mower in expecting to leave it for a week or more. They replaced and tested the blade in just a few minutes, and greeted us with a friendly, can-do attitude. We also appreciated the fact that they employ and train young people at a time when its tough for young people to learn a trade. I cant wait to break something appropriate so I can once again benefit from Stauffers OUTSTANDING service!

Very BAD customer service. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my jumping jack service that took them a day to get fix!Then on the day I pick it up the dam thing still had a starting problem lolI would not recommend this place for anyone to get service on. Most definitely will not be returning for anything.

Very bad customer service, the guarantee they offer for their products is a complete lie, I have almost 10 years using this type of equipment and according to them it was my fault that the chainsaw that I bought here for 500 dollars stopped working, supposedly I used it with the brake on, this indicates that these people know about chainsaws what I know about astronomy, I hope this bad experience will be of some use to them. for sure I will never buy something in this place again.

Brought in my Ryobi weed trimmer for service. Was having trouble with keeping the motor engaged and sometimes starting it up. Asked them to check the whole device, replace what was worn and tune the motor. They said it would be two weeks. After three weeks I called. It still wasnt done. Finally after a month it was ready. Two weeks after picking it up it started having issues again. Managed to finally get the motor running regular after a friend adjusted the choke. A month later, the pull cord came off in my hand, clearly worn out and never replaced as requested. I will not be using or recommending this business to anyone.
