Went today 7/28/21, Only giving 3 stars, just due to the fact Maria was awesome, was my first time trying this place just because it’s closer and my usual spot is in South dearborn heights, Maria was fast, asked if I like them & shape throughout the whole process and they look awesome. She was sweet to, I really like her for nails, I went basic due to family pics but they are amazing,Pedicure wise, I wasn’t fond off, the girl did not really put much effort into my 30$ pedicure, & I had to come home and spend 20$ more to just fix the bottoms of my feet myself .Other wise they were very nice, clean.. as well.Paid 85$ for a pedicure(polish) full set w/shellac polish & my daughter to her just her little toes painted .

Definitely do not follow directions or requests. Have very little choices no nail 3d or accessories to attach. Just not for me and a little pricey for what they can do. 100 basic nails

Came here on 6/4/21 with my aunt and cousin for the first time. They got full sets and I got a pedicure. The night of leaving the salon my toe was extremely itchy like nothing I’ve ever experienced.. and now the following day my big toe is beat red/purple, 3 times the size, burning and I can barely move it. I’m on my way to urgent care because I’m almost positive I have a fungal infection. I don’t know if they don’t wash their pedicure tools or it’s a combination of that plus them cutting the sides of my toe cuticles way too far back.. I will not be returning here.

Rude staff and my full set is ok. The owner told a walk-in black woman that it would be over an hour wait and then a group of three (white) walked in for a pedicure right after with no appointment and were seen right away. Not sure if I missed something but it rubbed me the wrong way.

Extremely disappointed. Nails were uneven and acrylic spilling over tips sloppy. Super Widespread! A lack of talent and professionalism. Had the nerve to try to convince me they were beautiful. He got angry when I told him the nails looked horrible! I had to soak off. Waste of time and energy. The worst experience Ive ever had getting a full set. I was as polite as I could possibly be although I was disappointed with their workmanship. At the end of the day they snubbed me. This is why I am writing this review at 2:00 am. I do not recommend this establishment.

After getting a fill in, I requested a nail design. The lady said its too late to do it because they already put the top coat on and I would have to wait because they are very busy. I waited over 1 hour 25 minutes to get my design done and they serviced 2 women who just walked in. Very unprofessional. Kind of a bummer because they did good work. Sadly, I will not be back!

I havent been this happy leaving a nail salon in a very long time. Maria did a wonderful job on my feet and hands. I showed her a pic of nails on Pinterest I liked, and she was able to recreate it. She was very gentle and took her time to pay attention to detail. Needless to say they have just gained a lifelong customer!!

Very clean and service oriented place.. came as a walk in and short wait and I was in a chair... had a pedicure and manicure which were done very nicely.. definitely recommend that you bring your business here

Friendly inviting & takes pride in their work. I have a bad back & knees & they are very gentle. If one nail us off they always fix it. Been coming here for a few years. Love them!

Pleasant staff and a good mani-pedi

I was in a head on auto accident leaving me with a fractured knee and wrist (I had to use a walker. Full leg brace) just 2 wks prior to my appt. The staff at Oasis werent only super friendly, but extremely accommodating. They took very good care of me. Very patient and helpful. My nails look amazing. I recommend to anyone!5 STAR 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I called and made an appointment for the next day after I got off work. I come in on time and they make me wait a half hour then seat me while they took the next person? Why even make appointments if your not going to follow them? This was very unprofessional in my opinion. Nothing was said to me while I waited. I walked out. I wont be coming back.

This place is great. I think everyone is very friendly and professional. They have the craziest variety of shellac polish Ive ever seen. My shellac has lasted almost 4 weeks before! But I go back every 2 weeks to try a new color. 😂

Maria is great! She takes her time to make sure you are happy with your nails. My nails feel real and not bulky.

This was a place I used to go to all the time I would never go anywhere else they were always friendly but now theyre turnover is ridiculous theres a new face in there every time Ive gone in this year and now I have fungus growing under my nails which I have to get them taken off let that heal and then reapply so obviously theyre not cleaning their tools like theyre supposed to I know I told the girl when I went in last time that the one nail has a fungus on it so I dont think a nail should be put on it she agreed that it had a fungus but shes like oh no its okay to put a nail on it which is not true but she did it anyways so now that I have the fungus on 4 or V Nails I have to have all my nails removed clear it up and then go somewhere else they do have good prices though I will say that but like I said theyre turnover of people is way too high so you cant really depend on one person always doing your nails that you know cleans their tools.

It was my 1st time ever being there. I called at 2:00 on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment at 4:00! I got a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. They had a great selection of nail polish! Very nice people & great work! I got designs on my nails and I love them! I will definitely be going back!

Staff were friendly and professional. When my color choices didnt look the way I wanted, they suggested alternates that were perfect!The massage chairs for pedicures were clean and comfortable.The manicure and pedicure combo was reasonably priced! Thanks for the great experience!

My new favorite nail spot! They are very gentle with your nails and they have an awesome shellac selection. I had a hard time choosing which color I wanted they had so many choices. Beautiful work.

I have lived in the area for a little over a year now. Today I decided to try out Oasis for a pedi. The gentleman did a good job on my toes I didnt have to wait long. The price was 5 more than I usually pay where I go which was okay for convenience. I always bring my own polish but they seemed to have a large section....The downside is when I asked for the water to be hotter because it was kinda cold he turned it up without checking it, after about a min or so the water had gotten so hot it was burning my ankles and feet then when I tried to take my feet out because it was so hot the water burnt the top of my left foot.... Suggestion check the water before you walk off it could have easily been a child or senior citizen in the chair

I got a French manicure one of the nails was completely crooked so I went back and one of the ladies who did my nails in the first place didnt want to fix it so she did a sloppy job. When i went back to get the nails off because they wouldnt come off in acetone they literally ripped them off and took some of my nail off. Well over a month later my nails look like carp and hurt.

They used to be great when Brian was around. Now only one person who I recognize is there. Not sure what is going on, but will be finding a new place.

I was fine waiting 30 minutes to get into the pedicure chair. After sitting for 15 more minutes, I noticed they took the nail polish change who had come in 20 minutes after me. I was told it was because he didnt know how to do pedicures, but he obviously knew how to remove polish and could likely trim nails, so could have at least got me going until the pedicure technician was available, will not return. Very poor customer service.

Nice and friendly atmosphere. The mani pedis are a very reasonable price. I cant believe I have not reviewed this already Ive been going for a couple years now. Guys you are missing it if you dont get pedicures

I love coming here to get my nails done. I do not come often, but this is the only place I go to. The staff is friendly and inviting. My nails last a long time and the pedicures relax me so much. Compared to other nail salons, its a family environment and there is always entertainment. Whether a Classic movie is playing or a Daily Talk Show, there is always something to keep your attention and take your mind off of your To Do List.

My son hsd eyebrows waxed here. At first attempt the girl missed a lot. So he went back. Then she took off too much on one eye and not enough on the other. So his eyebrows are completely uneven and very noticeable. Only thing got do is wait for them to grow out again. My complaint to the owners was oh well well give him his $8 back. No Im sorry.... very disappointed

This is the first time I have felt the need to leave a review. Vicki did my nails, with amazing attention to detail. She worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back.

I called ahead for a mani pedi when I get there Im told an hour wait. What??? In what universe is there an hour wait at a hole in the wall nail salon? If it was packed I could understand but it was pretty slow. I was looking for a new salon I guess Oasis wont be it and Im a weekly not bi weekly maintenance person.

Mani/pedi with French paint was $55.....which is a great price....unless it chips the next day. So I went back and had that repaired. Now, only 48 hours after they were painted, they’re ALL peeling. Never again. Waste of money.

Been here several times and I have gotten great service. This place is pretty busy so you’ll need to make an appt a day or two ahead, but it is sooo worth it. Just make sure when you get there that they know you have an appt because they have a lot of walk ins. Staff is nice and friendly and the prices are good. The only negative is that when they’re really busy, they’ll do your manicure while you’re still in the chair for a pedicure. They do a good job on the manicure, but sometimes I feel like I’m not getting the full package on the mani. However, they do a great job working with what they have and they get you in and out in a timely fashion.

I loved it here. It was clean, Nice, and quiet. The service was attentive the moment I walked in the door. The young lady who did my mani/pedi did an amazing job. It has lasted me longer than any mani/pedi I’ve gotten before with Shellac gel. She took her time and didn’t rush the process of me. I felt very pampered. She deserved her tip. And the prices were very fair. This was my first time at this nail salon and it definitely left an impression on me. Will definitely go back!!

They do a good job and are very friendly. My go to guy is Brian. They get pretty busy so you might have to wait, but usually 30 minutes max. A little pricey for the shellac.

Very very good price, but I dont get the appeal. This place was packed but Im guessing its because its so well priced. I didnt have appointment but they had people free. One guy came up while I was waiting and sneakily scoped out my feet, and I am not sure why. Eventually some younger girl came from back to do my pedicure so wasnt sure if I was judged somehow...kind of weird. Pedicure was fine although the massage was just her gently stroking my feet. Okay, its cheap. Was embarrassing trying to explain to the girl I didnt want manicure afterwards because she clearly did not speak English and kept trying to get me to pick color for my hands. I wasnt angry or anything but she literally would not let me pass her when I just wanted to pay for my pedi and leave. She just wasnt understanding me, so it was just an odd experience. Im going somewhere else next time.
