Unethical business. Sells you a product which they do not apply to your vehicle. Snake oil sellers. Paid $4 extra for a hand wax after machine wash. Lady conveniently overlooked what services was paid for on the receipt. Once reminded that she is missing something she was annoyed and briefly waxeda Suburban SUV in under a minute. True story. They have a CCTV monitoring system to fall back on to verify my statement. Only applied a small amount of wax to the cloth once. Unfortunately cant fool me since I know how to apply wax to a vehicle. Dont waste your time and money. Take a trip further down the road for a better experience.

The wash guys is a new place in town. Went there and got my truck detail. They did a excellent detail. For the price is a great deal. But most of all. They definitely took their time and my truck came out like when I first bought it. Show room look. Would definitely return again and definitely recommend this guys. Excellent+++ service. This is the new location in Round Rock. Where Mr. Clean used to be.Thank you wash guys.

Been going for years but today was a bad experience I asked for an area to be wiped down and was told I didnt pay for that service. Just wanted my consol wiped to clean off crumbs and dirt. When I talked to the manager she says full service just includes like a brush over dusting. This was the 1st time I have experienced this type of response. I have never been told a simple request could not be done over the past 4 years I have been using them. If this is how it will be from here own I will not be using this location anymore

Dude they are on Point, from the washing on the vehicle to cleaning & drying off. A few to no water spots!!. Just make sure you come early!!, Thats how busy they are and still stay on Point!!😎😎

I paid a total of 105 dollars for this? The inside was bad too. so dusty and there were still a lot of fingerprints and smudge marks still visible.Update: I just tried removing these stains in the pictures with a cloth and water and they came off easily.. this proves that they didn’t even try to clean my car well.

Do NOT spend your money here.Ive been trying to call this place for a week already and no one ever answers.I paid $130 for a full interior detail and it was just not worth. Its a waste of time and money.They told me they would clean the trunk of my car and the top headliner, and when I received my car, none of that was taken care of. Worst job in vacuuming the floors. And lack of attention to detail.Their products they use on the dash looks and feels like its cheap. Doesnt last long at all. Dont be fooled by these people. An overall terrible experience.Till this day, I still havent reached a manager to talk about this.

I just had my car detailed at Wash Guys, and I am beyond satisfied with the results. My car looks better than it did when I bought it. I had them completely detail the interior of my car, and its absolutely spotless. The quality is definitely worth the cost with this group. Not to mention, everyone there was so kind, helpful, and thoughtful.

I havent had the inside of my car cleaned in years. The inside had dog hair everywhere. By the time they were through the inside was clean and looked new. Fantastic job! Everyone was friendly too! Definitely going back!!

Lady at the shed you drive up to was nice but really condescending. They didn’t wipe down my trunk bay or even bother to open it. The body panels of my car still have dirt and dust in them. The front diffuser wasn’t wiped at all. There were dry water spots all over the car. I was looking at the trunk when the shed lady came by asking why I was still here and what the problem was. I asked why I have a puddle of dirt on my trunk and she said I have to specify I want it done? I’m at the car wash yes please wash my car for the $30 I spent and $10 I tipped the kid to not even wipe my car down right. Extremely disappointed after my friend said they take good care of expensive cars and threw mine into the tunnel and let it sit in the sun for an hour.

I called this place yesterday and they said it cost $120 for a full detail .once I bring my car there they said it cost $155 to do the full detail and they said they won’t guarantee the stains will be removed from the seat . Such a waste of time .very disappointed with this place

FRAUD SERVICE! TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL! This company has straight up stolen my money for the past 8 months, in spite of canceling my monthly membership. I contacted their office and they confirmed that I didn’t use their services for the past 8 months but told me I never cancelled my membership (I have proof that I canceled in person). Further, I just happened to see that they charged my card AGAIN for $74.99! The owner was supposed to call me back several weeks ago and I never heard a word. This car wash is nothing but a FRAUD. DO NOT GO HERE!

These guys are great. Just happened to stop in. Usually get the truck washed somewhere else. This place is close to my work. Been wanting a place that offers a monthly wash package. I cam in early, the guys were friendly and fast. The lounge is very comfortable. They also offer a free car wash with a state inspection

Great wash job and 30 minutes of hand cleaning on my dodge pickup

Very disappointed. Paid 60.00 for a full dealtail was here more then 1 hr. Watched my car not even being touched half that time. Ended up with half done work. Not worth the money

This was not the first time that I bring my car here. They usually do a good job. Came by during a weekday in the afternoon. The young guy and the girls always do an excellent job . This time they focus on 3 cars that arrived after me and left me waiting. It seemed like by the time they got to my vehicle, they were focused in closing. I believe that they could of done a better job. In the other hand, the exterior was excellent.

1st time customer but now will be a regular customer. Top notch customer service and car detail. Highly recommend this place.

They have a $20 special interior vacuum/outside wash, the guy told me that if I pay $29 Id get the interior dash board cleaned, when my car was ready the dash board was still dirty, I asked why is it dirty? they said because we only wiped it without a wet rag, if you want us to put armor all on it which would take another 10 minutes it will cost you $30 extra! Such a bad experience and a rip off!

Dont be in a hurry. They are slow and the service was rude... I will not be back. Ill be happy to spend my money somewhere else!!!!

Ive been going to Wash Guys for several months, they always do excellent work, paying attention to all the details. Everyone is friendly and helpful! A few months ago a floor mat was left there. I dropped by today to inquire if they had saved it, and sure enough it was there! Awesome establishment.

Just spent $50 on a hand wash for my 2017 Lotus Evora.. They broke off my rear view mirror and said Sometimes that happens when we clean a windshield, you know how you bump them and they fall off? You can go to autozone and get glue for that, its like $2 not a Im sorry, or a discount, or an offer to get it fixed... This is not the place to take your high end car..

My grandfather took the car I had just bought in for interior cleaning and also paid extra to have it disinfected. The front of the car was cleaned only?!!!! How do you only clean half a car. He brought it back to me and was unaware that this company hadnt cleaned the back. He then went back to the company to complain. He was told he didnt pay for the back to be cleaned??? One man offered to give him his money back and then the manager denied it..how do you run a company like this. My grandfather was trying to surprise me, he is elderly and they took complete advantage of that. I am beyond upset. He regularly took his Cadillac there to be cleaned before this, and this is the service he receives.He will not be going back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! This is ridiculous.

Local car wash with detailing options. We went with the upper package and were pleased with the results. These places seem to be converting to the self service model more and more so it’s nice to know there’s a location where we can have this done. Prices are standard for this type of service but will probably increase as the number of these places shrink. Amenities inside are spare but you can always trot across the street as we did to the Columbian sports bar for some plantains while you wait.

We went to get our car detailed and the lady seemed upset almost Like we were bothering her. She said they cannot take any more cars and this was 11:50 AM and they close at five. She was very rude and unprofessional and we will never go back

These “Wash Guys” are seriously awesome! Their prices are fair and they do and they do an amazing job.I came here once and their card system was down and I didn’t have cash so I was unable to get my car detailed that day. Well they didn’t forget because I week later I came back (and barely made it before they closed)They stayed late to give me the more extensive detail and they didn’t have to do that. Just shows good character and what a great team they have. Happy customer!

NEVER GO HERE FOR A FULL DETAIL, UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT FOR YOUR CAR....I am so disappointed with this company and how they decided to handle the detailing of my car. I dropped my vehicle off at 11 AM to have my SUV detailed and then went back at 5 PM to pick it up. When I arrived they were still working on my car so I attempted to ask the lady who was in charge why my vehicle was not ready after dropping my car off earlier that morning. She brushed me off and told me to go inside the lobby and she would be in there soon to talk to me. So I waited 15 mins and still she hadnt come to talk to me. So I went back outside to try to talk to her again and she told me that she was helping other customers and I would have to wait until she was available. I became very irritated that now it was 5:30 pm, my car was not done and this supposedly Manager on Duty wouldnt explain to me why my car was not ready, so I walked back outside and demanded that they either hurry to complete my car since I had already paid $200 for their whole detail service or refund me my money. She then angrily told me that it was their policy that if I left my car there for a Full Detail then they have the right to complete my car on their own time as long as its done by the time that they close which was 6:00 PM. She was very rude and refused to listen to me. I expressed to her that I would leave a review and she said that she didnt care and that I didnt have to ever come back to their business. I normally take all of my cars to them and my co workers do as well. But as of last week I have told every person I know about my experience and have advised them how THE WASH GUYS Manager will treat you.

Save your money! Wouldn’t wash a dirty car for their platinum wash price. When asked if they would wash door jams they covered the inside of the car with mud and then demanded more money for their mistake. Last time I go there! SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO ELSEWHERE!

Do not use this place if youre expecting to be serviced in the order that you drive in! Car was dropped off around 11am and I returned later that afternoon around 4:45pm and my vehicle was not ready! I was informed that since my car was dropped off they got to at their leisure. Customer Service is horrible!!!!

I stopped by for the first time a few days ago for a simple wash and hand dry. They did a great job and all associates were very efficient and courteous. My car is clean without my wallet being cleaned out. I will definitely be returning there for my next wash.

I needed help bad (sticky liquid spilled in the car). I pulled up and explained exactly what I needed. The gentleman was polite, he said they could help me, and had me pull around. I waited in line to put my service order in with the lady working the orders only to be told they couldnt help me.

Got my truck washed here for the first time today since Celebrity Car Wash no longer accepts tires 12.5 or wider. I got the ultra clean detail package and decided to leave my truck while the detail was performed. When I returned less than an hour later my truck was parked out front and ready to go. Both the wash and detail job were perfect and my truck was the dirtiest its ever been. Their wash tunnel is shorter than most but seemed to do a fine job. The customer service was great and I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. I would recommend Wash Guys based on their performance and customer service.

I have been happy with the quality of the washes received at this wash (only minor detail issues their workers corrected quickly to my satisfaction). However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Their female Manager will not honor their coupons they run EVERY month for a discount car wash. I spoke to the Owner (seems like a good guy) and he agreed the expiration of the coupon was ridiculous since it runs EVERY SINGLE MONTH and is nothing special. The Owner gave me his word he would make sure to share this issue with his Manager and ensure this didnt happen again as a discounted car wash sale is still a sale and better than no sale at all. To my absolute surprise, the next time I went the female Manager declines to take my coupon (4 days expired) again, even after I remind her of the previous talk with the Owner I had, she still refuses, but offers a very small discount off a 30.00 car wash, whoa dont do me any favors lady..... I have left my cell number at this location with the female Manager 2 different times for a callback from the Owner and have yet to receive a call back from the Owner. Ill prob still go back but not without an unexpired coupon... Just FYI if you are reading this, you can get a Silver Wash for 12.00 with the coupon (The ONLY service Ill be getting here). If I hadnt encountered this issue I would have used this establishment for all my automotive work, detailing etc.... I ABSOLUTELY WONT BE BACK WITHOUT AN UNEXPIRED COUPON, LADY. : )

Always polite, makes my 10 year old car look, feel and smell good. Clean car makes driving next to the general population tolerable. Ya know what Im saying.

Don’t take your car here if you are in a hurry. Was told 2 hrs max. I’m now at 3.5 and the guy. Yes 1 working on my truck keeps stopping to do other things. Last one I believe was a buddies car that didn’t even go through the cashier. No manager in sight. No one to complain to and not even a number posted to call. I paid over $150 and got taken to the cleaners.

Got the $49 clean job in my car. The outside is very clean nice job. The inside however is just a thick coating of armorall all over everything. Wiped down poorly. The armorall is literally pooling up in places. If I knew they used this product on the inside I would have never agreed to it. I hate armorall, its bad for your interior among other things.

He found a $10 bill under the back seat that I thought blew out in a wind several weeks ago. Guess what...He hand carried to me. I dont know too many people, let alone a car wash that would do that. Ok place but not the best bang for your buck.Wash club makes you commit to three months, only has three package options, is only open to 6p, and has no free vacuums.Other similar places are better options than Wash Guys4/23...10 mins till and the are closed4/27...tried to cancel wash club but I cant until during the last month. That sucks

Apparently they dont care too much about honoring their own hours of operation! Showed up at 10 after 6 to get a wash and they apparently decided they didnt want to stay open until their posted closing time of 7 oclock... Even more confusing was that this was the first really nice weather day wed had in a long time to, so should have been the best time to stay open the hours they have posted!! Not very professionally run in my opinion!!

Every place in town has been packed and unable to do an inspection. When I pulled up to Wash Guys at 5:30pm on a Thursday, an employee was quick to greet me and take my car right away. I had my car inspected and a free basic car wash all in literally 15 minutes! Not to mention my waiting experience was awesome in the super comfy and VERY clean waiting area! The employees gave outstanding customer service asking how my day was going and acknowledging I was there while my car was being serviced. Before I knew it my car was ready! I will definitely be recommending Wash Guys on 407 and will be coming back for any future car service!
