As the owner responded to my Star rating immediately, I am writing a review just to appreciate the responsiveness.- I took the Extra. The car wash was all right.- The hand drying is where I had an issue. The gentleman who was to get the water off did a 2 minute work on the car. As I worked on my car to get the entire water off from all obviously visible places, he just stood at a distance and watched.- As a customer, I would rather be fine if you provide me with free vacuum as the hand drying didnt really mean anything to me.I am still increasing my rating from a 3 to a 4 Star for the owners responsiveness and commitment. I do not want to hurt a business due to one persons callousness. Do note that it is not possible for me to always go out there and complain. It will be good if the managers are observing whats happening and supervising their employees and the work they have done.

I bought a used car recently and decided to get the car washed and interior detailed since it was very grimy. I found this place on Google yesterday and liked the packages they had. I went with their $95 comprehensive package that included an exterior wash, wheel polish, interior vacuum, console detailing, carpet shampoo, and seat conditioning. The gentleman at the counter was even nice enough to give me a discount to sweeten the deal. And the lady who detailed the interior took a lot of care to clean and condition everything. By the end of it all my car was so clean it looked practically new.Heres the best part: my car got dirty again today because my apartment complex was power cleaning the parking lot, so I went back to get another car wash. When the gentleman from yesterday recognized me, he gave me the car wash for free!Reasonable prices and great service! Highly recommend!

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this is a first for me when it comes to drive thru car washes. They usually stop you before you go in, spray your vehicle, and wipe down maybe just the hood. Not here I sat for 2-3 minutes while the guy hand washed my car before entering the car wash. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Was in town for football game and decided on a last minute wash. It was a great price, free vacuum… exactly what I was looking for. A friendly gentleman greeted me as I pulled up, I paid $8 for an express wash, they even towel dried for me. Better wash and value than my local Plano car wash. I’m sure I’ll visit again in the future!

Paid for the $16 “works” and it didn’t work. The back of my car was still the same. All it cleaned was the front and the sides. For $5 I could’ve gone to a self wash or Bucees in Denton never leaves my car dirty.

I’ve used this car washes several times thinking it would different but my car never gets washed good and then i went to vacuum one day because i had already washed days before just didn’t have time to vacuum so i came back and they said i have to get another wash to vacuum and they turned the vacuum off on me, i won’t be back here

Car Wash was good but, the 2 young African American guys that did the detail did pretty good, so i gave them a $10 tip and I told them they did a really good job. UNTIL, when i got home i saw that they had pulled all the stuff under my back seat and left it on the top which was okay and then i did not see my TRUMP 2020 hat. It was missing!!! Theft!!!I returned and addressed this to the gentleman that said he was one of the managers. I told him the story and what kind of people he had working for him and just got a dumb look. Thats it. Prices not bad for what you get. Car wash does a decent job but doesnt get the unusual spots in the back of most cars under trunk lid, etc. Blowers at the end look great but car comes out too quickly to get all the water. Overall, Ill still go back for a decent wash at a good price. Great for when Im in the area, need a quick wash and I never have to get out of the car.

Got my car washed here and purchased the works which is wheels and bug removal and after the bugs are still on my truck and the truck is still dirty after they dried it and the rims weren’t even cleaned, had to finish it all myself for a proper job.

The wash left both outer sides and front of the windshield and side mirrors dirty. Left debris on the hood and side windows. I was disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE! Every time I come here, no matter how busy or slow it is, I have to wait 10-20 minutes after my truck gets out of the wash for someone to actually dry it. In the meantime, its air drying with water spots all over. If Im lucky, maybe a bay is open and I can dry my truck myself. Fine. However, I pay a good amount monthly for a full service wash. Whats the point? Im canceling this monthly wash NOW!

Great car wash. I’m trying to cancel my monthly contract so I don’t get billed for August 13, 2019. The young lady said I could call by phone to cancel since I’m so far away. All I got was the voicemail on Saturday August 10, 2019

My only complaint is one worker you have to watch the person will use a dirty towel to wipe your vehicle but Ill still give them 5⭐

The manager fransisco is unbelievably nice. I got here too late for a full service, so did outside wash only. He personally vacuumed inside and hand wiped interiors in addition to the outside. Very highly recommended this place and will come back for sure!

I waited over 20 min after my carwas washed before addressing that noone had touched my car as it sat in the bay and other cars were being cleaned that came after (seemed to be friends of employees). I had to ask twice to get service and after 30 min of sitting unattended, a lady finally started working on the car.

28 minutes to wash car with on 5 cars ahead because The blond girl taking the money spent 10 minutes on the car trying to upsell their car wash total time 29 minutes and didn’t even have time to vacuum the car Kasian took so long trying to upsell the people in front. To top it off the card and really get all that clean. Exterior Windows are still dirty . Probably good if you have an hour to kill and don’t mind leaving with a semi clean car

I have the ocean wash special. I come once a week sometimes twice a week to get my car washed and cleaned. Im from Mineral Wells . Its worth it to me.

My weekly stop. I drive through for a Basic wash. Get a free towel, dry it myself, and use the free vacuums. Love the prices and equipment.

Poor service if youre going to do anything other than a basic wash. Waited forever to get my vehicle hand dried. After awhile I just gave up and left. Hopefully they can get it figured out. This used to be a good car wash.

Ive now been to this car wash twice. I refrained from adding a review the first time so that I could try it a second time and see if my experience was any different. It was different, but not for the better.The first time I came to this car wash, I got the package where they towel dry your car. After I parked in the area with the vacuums (after the car wash), I waited several minutes before anybody actually came to dry my car. By then, the car was pretty much dry from the heat and there were water spots on it. I wasnt extremely pleased with that, since I literally paid extra to get it hand dried (I didnt care about all the other stuff that came with the $11 package). After this visit, it rained and I called the following day to see if there was any sort of rain check since there was nothing notated on the receipt. The owner called me back and advised that yes, there was usually a 2 day rain check, but since he was so late getting back to me, he said I could come at any point during the weekend to have it rewashed. I appreciated that and I liked how kind the owner was. I came back to have it rewashed and experienced the same thing with waiting for the drying, but this time I didnt have the expectations I had the time before so it was less irritating.My second visit to this car wash was just as frustrating. The guys who were doing the car wash itself were really sweet and scrubbed my car to try and get the bugs off, even though I only got the $5 package (I didnt want to deal with waiting to have my car hand dried again). I would like to give them kudos, though I dont know their names, cause they were really friendly. However, when I got to the area where the vacuums were, I pulled into the parking spot and as I was getting out of my car, one of the attendants that worked in that area came over and literally removed the vacuums from either side of my car. Now I get that I came 15 minutes before closing time, but you shouldnt be shutting down a major part of your car wash before closing time. I had to grab the vacuum from the next parking spot over and literally drag it over my car in order to vacuum the opposite side. This was a deal breaker for me. Im not about to scratch up my new car just because I showed up 15 minutes before closing time.There are other negative aspects about this car wash that I dont necessarily enjoy, but was willing to deal with for the cheap $5 wash. These include a 4 minute limit on the vacuums and what seemed like just one trash can for the whole area.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The guy at the register pretty much stoled from me. I had told him I wanted the supreme car wash the $39 dollars he said ok I handed him $40 dollars so he asked if he could keep the change and he was going to assure my car got cleaned so I said fine since I thought it was only one dollar of change. Why would you ask to keep the change so you can make sure it gets well cleaned if I’m already paying for it don’t you think that’s what I pay for to get it cleaned. Well right now I was looking at the receipt and he charged just for the $32 car wash so that’s eight dollars of change he kept. And the car wash I wanted was the supreme so they can clean out all the crumbs and all that well since he charged me for a less expensive car wash they didn’t clean my car as far as getting the crumbs between my seats, I’m very disappointed that was so unprofessional. I just wish I had looked at the receipt right there and then I live an hour away so I tried calling them but of course nobody answers the phone. I will never be back.

I paid for the best service. After the wash I pulled into the area for them to do the rest. As if I wasn’t there they went to the vehicle that came out after me. I said something to the manager and he told One person to come over. Eventually 3 came but they all acted as if nobody knew what to do. I asked One if he was going to wipe down my chrome bumper, he said it was his first Day and he didn’t know what to do! A car wash???? Really! Worst ever. No wonder there was hardly anyone there!

Used to be nice. It will now ruin the paint on your car. My guess is that they never clean the rags and brushes inside their tunnel. Thats probably why it smells so bad too.I now have chips all over the hood and roof of my car from this place.

The $5 basic is all I ever need. They scrub the outside before it goes through. After coming out, they have free, high pressure vacuums. The only problem I have is the dryers do not totally dry the car.

The guy working wouldnt get off his phone long enough to give me proper directions on what to do. Almost messed my tire completely up because he was to distracted to guide me into the track. Also, the vacuums were only free for 3 minutes.

Just ok. Washing machines do an ok job, Ive never seen one get the back of my car really well. Not enough spaces for drying and vacuuming in my opinion as they are often full and the position of the vacuums I dont think are very user friendly. At least not for short/light people. Overall theyre good and ok value for your money. I find it funny that theyve recently painted over the free of the free vacuums sign. I guess too many people were taking advantage, but I feel like posting a sign at each column at the bays saying for paying customer use only or something similar would have been much more professional. The option for the monthly sign up is always a plus.

Good value for money and service. Dont forget to go to the vacuum area for the hand drying and wheel polish if you get the works. They dont do a good job of telling you that one you exit the conveyor.

Received an excellent detail from Oceans today. The operator actually talked me down from a more expensive detailing service based on the condition of my vehicle.I had special requests and everything was performed spectacularly.I will certainly return for cleanings in the future.

Car wash smells really bad! While workers came to help others dry off their car I didnt get any assistance. Then when I asked for a rag to dry off my car, I got the stink eye. I do not recommend!

I have been using monthly carwash for years. Initially, I was talking my cars to Speedway Express Carwash (while living in Plano). They offer towels and cleaner spray bottles with free vacuum. Then, I moved to Corinth, and got monthly pass at Fast Lane Carwash in Little Elm. Liked their newer equipment and hand towel drying at the exits. The only issue was the 8-9 miles drive plus toll ($1 plus) each way. My $25 monthly pass would turn into approx $45. Finally, I found Oceans Car Wash, which is on the way to work.These guys dont have the modern equipment (auto scanning of chip embedded in the sticker and the wash equipment appears older). Upon arrival, I point towards the sticker (next to oil change sticker and they print a receipt after entering license plate into in the system. These guys certainly have the most amount of foam compared to other three places. I also need to take the cars to the side of the building for hand-drying (after showing the receipt), which takes little extra time. But I cant complaint, since this is the only place that offers tire dressing for $25 monthly package. Now my black shiny car always have matching black tires (instead of greyish tires).Unless I move, I wont be looking for any other carwash.
