We hired LG Auto Detail to clean our car. From what I understand he was promptly on time. And the car does indeed look a lot better than it did. However there were major misses with his cleaning the interior of the car mostly but there were problems with the exterior as well. We purchased the $150 package.1. The middle console was not even touched, pictured included2. The glass or screen protecting the speedometer was not touched.3. There was armor all stains on the front windshield that would just smear when I tried to clean it. BTW I windexed the front windshield 48 hours prior. Somehow they were able to make it dirtier than before they started.4. The bucket seats were not cleaned, picture included.5. The front grill of the car was not cleaned, picture included.All in all I would never recommend LG Mobile Detail after my first and only experience. One of the biggest problems is I have messaged the phone number, sent and email, and called the number on file to get someone to make this right but no one will return my calls, email, or text messages.

The guys did a fantastic job! The car looks brand new.

PROS: he came shortly after I called to set an appointment. My car is overall cleaner than it was, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met.CONS: there were still dog hair and dust in the crease of my seats and I asked him to clean those. There was still dust in my cup holder and console which he did not clean. What really bothered me was that he left all 4 doors of my car open and my floor mats scattered out on the ground. I live in an apartment so this was very unsafe and inconsiderate towards others. I would have appreciated it if he gave me a heads up that he was leaving the doors open and my floor mats out for a reason so I would have came down sooner than 2 hours after he told me that the job was completed and I came down to check out my car.

The service was fast and met all of my expectations. I highly recommend LG mobile detailing.

Today I got booked for a complete detail over the phone he stated that the price would be between 150 and 160 upon arriving he discovered that in the opinion the inside need a lot of work so the price went up to 190 which I was okay with within this price included outside detail. he seemed to not want to do the complete job as he stated it would take longer and he had other appointments so I said if you do not have the time just do the carpet and seats for a 100 which was also an offer on the table he replied oh no I can get it done 3 hours later he says he has to leave and can not finish the job which was detail the outside he said he will take 20 dollars off which made the price 170 I was not happy at all the inside work was good but he didnt do what he agreed on and only takes off 20 dollars he said thats how much a basic carwash would cost not happy at all he also offered to come back at a different time to take car to carwash I will not recommend them to anyone where do they do business like this at????

Dog hair inside my car from previous car he cleaned. Dont recommend I would do a better job. And he damaged rug she the drill brush. And its still damped almost 3 days later. Run and fast. Dont let him take your money.

Did a good job on the interior but did not clean the windows. Got the complete deluxe package and he did not clay bar or wax my truck as stated in the package. If he did then it was the worse job I ever seen. Left water marks all over my truck and did not clean the roof of my truck. After he tire shined the tires he did not go back and wipe off the residue that was left behind on my chrome wheels, which any detailer should know the will harm the chrome if not wiped off. My rear chrome bumper had streaks all over it from his product he used to shine the plastic. I had to go back and redo everything he didnt do. Was not worth the $200 I paid for his service. Will kot be using his services again. Would not recommend to anybody.

He was able to get to me same day and did excellent work!! I thought my SUV was destroyed inside and out from muddy damage and was sure I would have to replace leather and carpet....but he brought everything back to pristine condition! Looks brand new!

I gave him 2 stars because I did like the way he cleaned the seats in my car but Im not giving him 5 stars because for $110 he poorly cleaned the inside of the car and didnt clean the windows at all even though his add stated that for the $100 thats what would be done so I had to go behind him and redo everything but the cleaning of the seats and carpet. I will NEVER use this guy or company again...

I do not recommend it, I paid $ 85 for basic service and the roof of the truck and left some stains on my seats and the roof !! Poor service
