I recently moved into a home in flower mound, and after moving in decided we wanted out carpets cleaned. Since we wanted to get this done before fully moving in, we needed the service done as soon as possible! I called TLC and Halee was able to schedule me within 2 days and at a very reasonable rate. Day of service, Mauricio called me and updated his ETA, providing me with on time, fast and high quality service. I would definitely recommend!

TLC’s response was excellent and they came promptly as promised. We were putting our house on the market and noticed some small ridges in the carpets of 3 rooms & 2 closets. TLC re-stretched & fixed all 5 carpets in about 1.5hrs for a reasonable cost. We’re very pleased with the finished result and highly recommend them.

We had scheduled Kiwi to clean our carpets on a Saturday afternoon. We had moved all the furniture out of the carpeted rooms, boarded our dogs, and gotten a place to stay overnight when Kiwi called and canceled and left us high and dry! I reached out to several local companies, but only TLC was able to help. Greg came out on a Sunday morning and did a fantastic job! Our carpet was in bad shape and overdo for a cleaning, and he made it look like new. Greg was very personable and explained everything he was doing. Whatever you do, dont call Kiwi! I would be careful trusting them. I live in an apartment and have cameras set up. When one of their carpet techs came out I caught him on camera drinking my cough syrup with codeine in it! This not only made it difficult for me because I was very sick with the flu but also is highly illegal for him to take another persons narcotic! I spike with the owner who apologized and said he would talk to him and figure out what they are going to do. When we spoke again he said he worked for him for a long time and theyve never had this issue. Yeah because nobody had a camera to catch him! He said they would give me a gift card to make up for this and funny thing I never got that! Why would you allow someone to continue working for your company that does this? Then promise something and not do it. Beware, I believe they are not a good company. I still have the video, undecided if I will take further action.

I would never use this company!!! The owner or manager Paul will promise this company is a stand up company. We (TLC) promise and deliver, you will have no problems with use. Unfortunately we didnt get that experience. I had two(2) quotes to do my carpets. TLC was actually a higher quote. That didnt matter to me to pay a little more for the right company. They came out and did my carpets about 5 days later the stain came back up. So, I call Paul and he said no problem we will get a tech out there and redo the bedroom only. I told my wife not to worry call them and they will take care of the stain coming back. So my wife ask me to call them 2 weeks later. I call Paul and all of a sudden it was no Im going to have to charge you for because I waited to long. He was only going to charge me $35.00 service fee. So I told him if you think that is good business text me later but I dont think I should have to pay the service fee it wasnt done right the first time. His answer to that was OKAY and WHATEVER... NOT A GOOD COMPANY... IT DOESNT EVEN RATE A STAR...Also my Wife tried to talk to him about it and he hung up on her...

TLC has been cleaning our home carpets for 20 years. They have always done a fantastic job. We have tried a few other carpet cleaners but we always come back to TLC.

Dont get fooled by cheap Groupons! This is the 3rd time I have used TLC and Rodney did an AMAZING JOB!!! My grandson had spilt chocolate milk, you would never know it now! So impressed with the quality of work, I will never get tricked by a 59 Groupon again. When they show up they tell you the real cost is 250-350. NO THANKS!! Love the price quote TLC gives ahead of time so you know exactly what its going to cost. Customer for life ;)

TLC although cleaned the carpet well. The employee caused a snag about a foot long in the carpet when I asked the owner to please come fix this he said he could do that but would have to charge me $85 for something that his employee caused. He argued with me and said his employee did not cause this, when it is very clear that he did! I would not recommend using TLC because of this. They are not willing to back up there company with customer service If something goes wrong.

We called Greg again when our pet decided another area of the house was her pee pee pad. He came in prepared, removed the stains and the preventive is working so far. Thanks TLC.
