My fiance and I took a tour with Foster and he went above and beyond to provide options for our next home! The property has an amazing pool with gorgeous scenery and walking trails. There are a lot of amazing floor plans and I love the finishes. We had to lease elsewhere due to work and the commute, however we are definitely considering Cypress in the future!
Awful front desk management. Very discriminatory towards foreign residents. If you are non-white, foreign, or on a visa, you’ll get denied. My application took 2 1/2 weeks to process & they forgot about it till I called them. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Complete waste of my time applying here! I make almost 4x the rent of the apartment I was trying to get but was told I was short and my app was denied. Im livid!
Ive lived in these apartments since, around August of 2020. Aesthetically, they are fine. On 01/07/2021at around 9 in the morning I was threatened by a man at the community dog park that went to his apartment, retrieved a handgun and chased me through the parking lot. He was later arrested and the admin staff did have them evicted, or vacated the apartment within about 72 hours. Up to this point I was relatively satisfied with how things had been handled. But today 01/12/2021, I found out that the man had been charged and released from jail, but I the local pd refused to give any details. So considering this person knows where I live and walk my dog every day. I notified my admin staff about my concerns and asked if there was any way we could compromise by assisting me to move to another property and transferring my lease, or allowing me to break my lease without penalty so that I can move to a place where I feel safe. The answer was no, and to be honest the amount of concern I received from the management was lacking. Move in here at your own risk. 😒
We have lived here for almost 1 year & we really enjoy it. Visitor parking is enforced & the gates work. The units are very spacious & updated. The best part about Cypress is the maintenance team. They are always very friendly & quick with requests. Those guys are a HUGE asset to the team & I hope they are appreciated!
Great value, very clean and updated. The unit itself was great. Spacious, great appliances and granite countertops. I lived there for 1 year. Jennifer was great, Lindsey was great and Foster is the freakin man! Maint. Requests fast and simple and respectful of your time. Would recommend this Place to anyone. Very quiet and clean property. The only negative thing There is to point out... I do WISH there was more guest Parking, just because it does fill up on weekends. This will leave you wondering where your guests will park. But overall still 5-5 stars. I would have stayed if I didn’t switch jobs! Thanks for the great experience of my “first apartment”
The leasing agents are very friendly and the apartments are beautiful and updatedUpdate: I’m bringing my rating down to a 4 stars because their office is now really hard to get a hold of over the phone. I think they hired new leasing agents.
Great property with a very friendly office staff! Foster was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and answered every question we had. Now that our move in date is approaching he is going out of his way to make sure we are all set up and ready to move in. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in the Lewisville area and if you make it in, ask for Foster.
All apartments have their benefits and downsides. While I generally do enjoy living here, there are a few issues that have gone unresolved. Here is a pro/con list to help you decide if this place is right for you.Pros:1. It is a beautiful apartment with beautiful upgrades throughout.2. The floor plans are a very efficient use of square footage.3. Storage Units are reasonably priced.4. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful.5. The vallet trash is reasonably priced, and they are prompt at picking up. Bonus: recycling too!Cons:1. The gates are broken a lot.2. While they say there is a courtesy officer I have never gotten a response or my issues resolved when I have needed it.3. If you have noisy neighbors, noisy dogs nearby by etc. dont expect management to resolve the issues. They will only tell you to call the courtesy officer if its noisy after 10pm. As stated above, Im not sure if such an officer exists here.4. If you decide to refer someone (or someone referred you) be sure to screen shot the $500 referral bonus on the website or get it in writing from the staff. It will be a fight to get it and the staff will drag their feet, not return calls, and flat out tell you a different number every time you call. Youre lucky if you get anything at all.5. In the springtime the birds LOVE it here. Be prepared to be awoken at 4:30 am for a few months out of the year.6. Dont be surprised if you have inconsiderate neighbors who smoke in the hallways/stairwells.
Only been here since November 13th, 2020 and freaking love it.The staff is freaking great!!! They are very kind and answer any question and very responsive. And they are always cheerful when I visit the office. The apartment is freaking spacious!!! And clean. I really feel as if Cypress is a great place for square footage for your hard earned money. The community is niceGym is adequateThe pool looks freaking awesome and the amenities included there... cant wait to have it open after Covid.I love this complex already.Met a neighbor that has been here for 4 years... I can see myself living here for that long.Oh and the Closet is Huge ha.But seriously, this is great.Yall, please dont stop being awesome!!!
We just signed our 7th lease. Among the many things we like are RULES that are easily followed. And the grounds are kept well. People complain about visitors parking..but it only takes about 30 seconds to sign up. Since this rule has been in effect there is more than adequate parking. The management leasing and maintenance and management staff are the best!!!!
Do not move here! I’d read the negative reviews before I moved in, but was on a time constraint so I did anyway. I moved out and was told I was paid in full (aside from the water/trash for the last month). However, when I receive my move out statement, I had multiple ludicrous charges that were inaccurate and I feel were added just because they didn’t want to give me back my deposit. The statement said they owed me $7.22, but because it was less than $10.00, it would be a write off!Surprise, surprise... no one has reached out to me. I spoke with Corey prior to writing this review and told him I would be leaving a review. He was not helpful in trying to resolve any issues.
I cannot say enough good things about Cypress at Lewisville. I recently signed my 7th year lease here as I moved in right after building two construction was completed. My experiences here have been nothing short of pleasant from the leasing manager, Shannon, who is always very accommodating with any request, to the leasing agents. Jennifer, Katie and Lindsey are always very helpful. The maintenance staff is awesome and requests are completed in a very timely and efficient manner. Renewal time has always been easy and stress free, which is very important to me. I love the interior of my living space and the property is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. I highly recommend this community as your next home.
70 days after move out, still waiting on deposit refund, the assistant manager not picking up your call and doesn’t care! If you still want your deposit back, this is not the place!update: finally got my deposit, been some drama through but ended up well, the living experience personally not bad, also maintain request response fast, dont wanna sound mean, so change the review to 4, 1 missing for the latency of deposit return and initial attitude
Our clients have real needs, and want real property in real time. One of our most cherished clients called needing a three bedroom apartment in Lewisville for a move-in with 30 days. This property matched the request. The client is allergic to cigarette smoke. Simple question, Are you a smoke free environment?Look we are very busy. I have been on the phone and on tours all day long. That doesnt answer my question. This really was so uncalled for. You get one chance to make a lasting impression. Its always wise to make a better choice, and remain professional at all time. Are you a smoke free environment? - Our clients would like to know.
I would not recommend staying here. They misuse your deposit and when it’s time to move out they try and charge you more than what deposit they think you gave even if it equals to one months rent! (Over $1000 dollars) they are not prompt on service unless it’s taking your money. They try to charge you for things you don’t do. The apartment itself are nice but the management and team are terrible. Makes me never want to rent an apartment again. Also make sure if anything changed in your lease agreement they write it down because they’ll try and go back on what they say. There also been multiple changes in management in the year that I’ve been there. They ruined it for me most definitely. Definitely double think before picking this place. Also, if you don’t have a parking pass, expect to be towed even if you register your car. Then pay $300+ because whoever they are contracted with takes your vehicle out of lewisville and they charge you for that. And the office staff are no way any help with any of it.
Visitors parking is packed almost everyday and even if you register and park somewhere else you’ll get towed when the sign does not say you will be. I understand having parking for clients but having to pay $300 And have to drive to Dallas to a rundown graveled yard to pick up your car. Having to get your car towed out of the towing place because the towing truck locked your steering wheel just because you wanted to visit someone, shouldn’t sit well with anyone.
I have lived in this complex since 2015 and I love my 1 bedroom apartment with attached garage. It is an excellent quality apartment and whenever I have had issues maintenance has been consistently prompt in handling them. I did have some rather annoying AC issues a few years but I was just the unlucky individual that had entire internal AC unit be the first one to fail in the complex; again, the actual maintenance response time was consistently within 24 hours. All in all this is a wonderful place to live. Quiet, well maintained, and consistently high quality.
Although Jazz and I are Moving In November, We Will Miss These Apartments. We did not have any complaints here. The Best Place To Stay. Were going to Miss The Wine Wednesdays and the Boot Camp Workout Days.
I truly love living at Cypress at Lewisville! The front office and maintenance staff are always so pleasant and wonderful to work with. All requests have been handled in a timely and efficient manner. I love the floor plans and high end finishes!
My experience with this complex has been amazing for the past 2 years I have lived here! Anytime, I have had any maintenance issue, the response time was less than 24 hours. The property is well-lit which makes me feel safe. Parking can be a little tight from time to time. Finally, they are providing more resident activities.Last but certainly not least, the leasing agent, Jennifer is phenomenal!! She is professional and pleasant. There has been multiple times, I have seen her show potential tenants property during inclement weather. Despite of it, she remained courteous and positive. Her smile makes her approachable and she makes you feel as though youre talking to a friend!!
We loved living here. Community is quiet. Our view was priceless with an open field. During the day we could hear cows at times and then at night frogs and crickets. Amazing view of Flower Mound fireworks from our patio. Amenities are really nice and gorgeous. Chelsea in the office was always super helpful. Maintenance was quick and prompt. This was one of the best apartment experiences.
We have lived here for almost 5 years and we love it! Weve had the same property manager since we moved in (Shannon) and she and her staff have always been great to us. Whenever we have an issue the maintenance staff is up to fix it the same day. Love living here!
Truly a great place to live. The Wine Down Wednesday event last night was so much fun! Thanks to the amazing and friendly staff for hosting it and for the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck.
Absolutely LOVE this community! Roger does an amazing job at keeping the grounds clean. Jennifer in the leasing office was super helpful and very knowledgeable about every question I had. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would give her 100+. She’s the most professional person I have ever encountered. She really knows how to make you feel important. Definitely would recommend this community to anyone and everyone! If you go here, ask for Jennifer!!!!! 💕
I visit this property with my little niece for my sister and when me and my niece was there we was accepted by the staff and they were so friendly to us, but when I brought my sister back to see the apartment, she loved the unit. She did the application there in the office so the next day she received a call from one the ladies in the office saying her application wasnt approved, there are NO EVICTIONS, NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, CREDIT WAS FINE!!!! so they gave her the number to call to see why she wasnt approved AND THEY TOLD HER THERE IS NO REASON FOR HER NOT TO GET INTO THE UNIT!!!! SO here comes the real reason SHE WALKED IN THE OFFICE DRESSED LIKE A GUY THATS BECAUSE SHE IS A GAY FEMALE (STUD) and she called to talk to the manager about it and she couldnt give her a real reason she just kept saying she sorry thats she dont know why!!! (DISCRIMINATING).
I lived at Cypress for about 2.25 years and after nearly two decades of renting I must say this apartment was my favorite. The interior of the apartment was modern and stylish; which is not always commonplace in renting. The grounds are well kept and the pool is fantastic. A parking stall was always available to me as a tenant and my guests always found a stall as well. The parking lot is also well lit which made it safe and easy to go for a nightly walk with my pup. Lastly, and very important to me, the maintenance team was quick to respond and willing to help me... even when I tried to fix something myself and had completed the task incorrectly :-)Life is taking me down a new path but should I need to rent in the area again Cypress will be my first stop.
I took a tour with Jennifer and she was outstanding. She is so professional and eager to answer any questions. The community is beautiful! I highly recommend asking for Jennifer. She deserves way more than 5 stars!
What makes this property very good are the following:- spacious modern floor plans- the pool,- the location between Lewisville, Flower Mound and Grapevine includingeasy access to 121- close proximity to a shopping center, (you can walk to get groceries ifyou want),- prompt response to maintenance requests and well kept grounds.- just added a massage chair in the club house and frequently haveevents for the residents.- the price is very good as well.(Just need a little more visitor parking and it would be 5 stars, although garages are available for rent)But what makes it really enjoyable to live here is the customer service I have received from the office staff, especially Jennifer, who has been exceptional in every instance. Rachel, Courtney and Melissa are also very friendly and very helpful. Theyve all made my overall experience really positive.
While I have not yet moved in, I feel the need to leave a review because I had such a great experience with office staff. Jennifer went above and beyond for months showing me the property, emailing back and fourth and answering questions. I was hesitant given reviews but so far I havent regretted a minute! I will update once I move in, but I expect no change in this community!
This is my fourth apartment in the DFW area and by far the worst. I used to think only people with grievous complaints wrote reviews. Although most likely true, I do feel apartment hunters should know what they are getting into when searching.1. Gym equipment never works2. Rude leasing office staff that cant solve issues (Rude to each other and rude to residents)3. Loud neighbors (I ended up calling the police because I had zero faith a courtesy officer was going to respond to the voicemail I was told to leave)4. Huge issues getting your mail/packages and at times they are open5. Maintenance requests that go unanswered or haphazardly fixed6. I can never get a hold of the office unless I go in personJust overall not a great place to live. The rent is high for what you get and the management issues make it advantageous to look somewhere else in my opinion. I know we are.
When I came to visit my friend that lives here. I was surprised how it looked and much organized. I recommend this apartment.
Wish I had saw the other persons review. Went to visit a family member at 4:30PM and left at 6pm. Visitor parking was full but thought nothing of it as I wouldnt be long.Car was towed in less than 20min of being there. How do I know? I arrived at 4:30PM and impound receipt shows my car arrival time was 5:08PM. Visiting a family member cost me $298.03. Wont be visiting there ever again. Their towing skills are apparently 5 star worthy.
Love living here! Great neighbors, great pool, never had any issues with the staff or management. Apartment is beautifully finished inside with modern appliances and nice counters and floors. I like it!
I have lived here at Cypress for 2 years now and I am very happy! The ladies in the leasing office are awesome! keep up the good work!
I have lived at Cypress going on 5 years, I feel safe and at home. The staff has always met my needs and requests within my best interest and in timely manners. My son has grown up here, the area offers numerous vessels to different places we need ro be at daily and that makes it very nice for a busy mom. I feel welcomed and free to live a relaxing life in this community. Thanks Yall
I have been living here for 5 years, I moved in when it was newly built so I was the first tenant in my apartment. Just for that reason, my wife refuses to move unless I buy her a brand new home, :). I love the apartments as they are modern with stainless steel appliances, havent had any issue with neighbors or management. I used to have problems finding parking late at night but that problem is now resolved I think because of their recent towing policy. They have nice little gym and they offer free yoga classes for residents which is cool. Overall, I am a happy resident.
Ive lived here with my husband for 3 years. The first two years in our one bedroom we never had to speak to management not even once about anything. We rarely needed maintenance and when we did they were quick. We recently switched to a two bedroom and are happy here.Parking can be crazy and from not being the first people to live in this two bedroom like we were in our one bedroom, of course we have had to contact the office more often. Maintenance can be slow but thats just life. Im certain if we had a huge emergency they would treat it as such. Both the office manager and leasing consultant Chelsea are PHENOMINAL. Constantly bending over backwards for us especially during our move from one building to another. Ive never been more pleased with a complex. The same small frustrations I have would happen at ANY complex. We plan to stay at cypress until we purchase a home.
Were currently parking on the opposite side of the complex and walking in the dark with my wife and daughter to our apt because visitors are now parking wherever they want. Which is very upsetting considering how much we spend to stay here. Not very happy with this AT ALL! When visitor parking was full and I had visitors I had to meet them at tom thumb but it seems theyre no longer towing so Ill consider the handicap parking.
Lived here for 2 years. Yes, the parking is limited. Why? A lot of people apparently like living there, visiting, or stay over. Hmmmmm. Wonder, why? The apartments are clean, quite, and updated for a great price. Pool is nice. Location was great. Grocery store and gas station right across the street. Before getting a house i lived in a lot of apartments, these were by FAR the best. It looks like a lot of the 1 stars people got towed. Cant blame them though. I hate getting towed.
Very nice interior apartments. However, the parking & management were horrible. There are literally 17 visitor parking spots for over 300 units. 17! Visitors have to register their vehicle on a website inputting their tag, make, model, and color of vehicle. They also had to include who they were visiting and it expired after 24 hours. If you have an out of town guest who parked & registered their car, but forgot to reregister it after 24 hours, they are towed and it’s no less than $300 to get the car back! My boyfriend had to once park at the Tom Thumb across the street and walk to my apartment so he could have somewhere to park. It was literally THE WORST apartment complex I’d ever been in. Basically you can’t have visitors because there is not enough parking. I am not exaggerating when I say there are 17 visitor parking spots in the entire complex of 300+ apartments. I literally counted them 1 evening. If you try to get out of your lease, unless someone comes and leases it, you’re responsible for every month up until your lease ends but make sure you give them the 60 days notice to vacate! If you’re a person who doesn’t socialize or invite people over occasionally, then this apartment may Work for you. If you’re the opposite RUN!!! Also when I received my deposit in the mail, they jacked my water bill WAY UP! I had never had a water bill over about $30-$40 while I was living there but they charged me over $70 for my water bill and deducted it from my deposit. I would never advise anyone to move here... the interior is beautiful but that’s about it. Also what the other person said about trash is true. People also allow their pets to urinate in the hallways instead of taking them to grass.
I absolutely love the management staff at Cypress. Chelsie is the best!!!! From the beginning to the end of my lease term she has been helpful and very informative. I will truly miss her and the excellent staff!!!!!!!
If you are thinking about moving here..STOPI have lived on both properties Cypress and Ovation. Now Ovation wasnt half bad. The management was friendly, warm, and helpful. Cypress on the other hand not so much. For starters I had BED bugs that were in my apartment because it was NOT cleaned prior to my move in. Then lets not forget the infamous tow truck that will take your guest cars in the wink of an eye. Last but not least the walls are paper thin.
I was just here hoping to maybe lease an apartment and no one helped me we were standing hoping to get someones attention for 5 minutes before someone acknowledge us. Then we kept being told to wait. If this is how they treat potential residents then I cant imagine how they treat you once you have already leased here.
Were looking for an apartment complex to move into by end of March. Because of all the negativity I wanted to put in a good word for one of the leasing agents, Angela! She was so sweet, worked with us, and made this apartment hunting exciting!! She was a sweet heart and the apartments look amazin
Cypress is an excellent apartment complex. The staff is helpful, the grounds are clean, and the residents are kind.
They actively tow visitors cars that dont register every 24 hours and dont park in the visitor spots. The visitor spots fill up on weekends and at night. Getting towed costs $304. This parking policy is a scam. To any potential residents, I encourage you to live somewhere else. To the management, I encourage you to go to hell.
Honestly the best apartments I have lived so far, if your friends are having issues getting your car towed, tell them to get the parking permit online, I have lots of family members coming over and as long they get their parking permit online (easy to do) we never had any issues. The staff are great, always willing to help, every time that I need maintenance, it takes them a couple of hours sometimes less, depending if they are busy or not, apartments are super nice, granite everywhere, stainless steel appliances, wood floor, attached garage, also the finishes of the apartments are great. Also the apt complex its super quite, neighbors are nice and the most important thing, the community is super safe, so do not make your final decision based on the bad reviews other people had, just because they did not follow the rules. Have a great day.
Moving in the near future to Cypress so I have read all of the reviews just to be sure. My opinion at this point is the complex is well kept and the rules clearly defined. What Ive read here so far all seem to have a similar narrative, I didnt follow the rules. I met with Victoria who took the time to walk me around the complex and show me several units with different features, on two separate occasions per my request, without any issues. The only difficulty I have experienced is contacting the office via phone. But considering there are more than 300ish units Im not too concerned.
I would never ever recommend this apartment! Had the worst experience ever with a staff named Rachel. Even after being prompt with the rent, they served us a notice of late rent payment! If your packages end up in the front office, you will most probably never get them even after enquiring like a 100 times. The staff is just very rude. And its not just us, most of our friends who have stayed here, have had a terrible experience with the staff! So rent an apartment at your own risk!
Thanks for the information residents. I was on my way for an application. But your reviews are very helpful. Sounds like theres a monatary kick back for the rental office staff with the amount of towing going on.
Management likes to pick and choose to harass, they added fees to my rent more than once without any notice and when i called asking why the fees they never called or e-mail me. The next week i called and complain about neighbor above me due to their yelling and stomping but instead of them calling me they sent me a letter charging me 100.00 because i walked a friend dog while they were out of town. I am in the process of getting a lawyer for harassment.
I would give less than 1 star if I could. They will tow cars for 298 dollars and there is barely any signage. Stay away. Much better places than this
If you black you shouldnt move here they denied me on purpose and lied and said it was something else
Worst apartment experience ever. I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone.Leasing officers are the the most unprofessional and unethical. Rachel is the worst among them.1. They charge late rent payment penalty even when the rent checks are dropped promptly.2. God save you if your packages are delivered to the leasing office. They mostly deny having any package and dont even make an attempt to find it. The packages mysteriously appear months later.
This place is great!
I have been at Cypress for 2 years and parking is the worst especially when residents have to park in the visitors parking when there is no parking for them. I have even gotten my car towed. There is Ford Truck 4X4 that has a flat tire and has for months been parked in residential parking there is apartment sticker on the truck but no inspection sticker. I have called the front office several times and all I get is we are working on it. Sad thing the resident who owns the truck is driving a new truck, we live in a society where doing the right things doesnt apply to everyone. Things have changed I cant wait to move.
Great place, only reason not a 5 star is because of the parking. Other than that it’s a great place to live.
Stay far, far away from here. Although pleasantly greeted and offered the allowance of bringing my puppy to tour with me; I had encountered massive inconvenience when beginning the application process. I have lost much valuable time and money trying to play ball with these people in the office. Do not believe a word they say, you will find they are not at all true to it. They requested a form from me and reiterated it to be acceptable. I had bared tribulation to meet the requirements of their request only to be spat on when I delivered exactly as they asked. When I had delivered for the second time it was swiftly denied and wiped by their ars. I had them refund all but the $100 in application fees. I would sacrifice more $$$ to be untied from these sociopaths. Heed warning.
Quick to help me out and great apartments
I have lived in this complex for 2 years now. The management is TERRIBLE. They do not respond to your messages left or complaints. They are very rude and uncaring. They are quick to slap a notice on your door for any and EVERY thing. Maintenance is slow and inefficient. Oh yeah, you are responsible for changing out the expensive overhead lighting throughout!!!
1). The people in the front office would always contradict each other over policies.2) Their towing office said my friends had to pay in cash or they wouldnt release their vehicle, which we found later is illegal.3) Peoples dogs would bark as late as 3 in the morning and as early has 5 in the morning. So it was just constant barking for the entire day.4) They do not have enough guest spots, and they will tow you given the slightest infraction. They would also tow immediately.5) Their gym equipment is constantly broken. Only 1 treadmill out of 3 would work out of the entire 2 years I lived there. They said they would get new ones, however, they never did.6) If you forget to put in a 60 day notice, they will give you a forced contract extension and force you to pay the remainder of the notice.7) Sometimes the gate would stop working really early in the morning and would cause an alarm to go off waking people up.8) They had a motion sensor in our restroom to turn on and off the fan. Ours would malfunction and go off several times throughout the night and morning. I told the front office and they said we would just have to live with it.9) The lightbulbs in the kitchen would blow out, several times a year. We told the front office and they said the builder used cheap and unreliable wiring, then they said they couldnt fix it. So you have to cook in a dark kitchen, and when you move out, you are expected to replace all the blown lightbulbs or they would charge you ($10 a bulb).10) Peoples dogs will pee in the hallway and the stairs and it takes a long time for the apartment to clean up the mess when told about the issue.
Terrible customer service, and not to mention they never keep their unit availability on their website up to date. I was told they have an apartment towards the end of March then I show up ready to apply and told something else. They seem a little confused about availability.
I have been a resident of Cypress at Lewisville since January of 2018. I have never had any issues until I called in this morning and spoke with the assistant property manager Rachael . I called in to notify the complex that I would be moving out early. I was very aware that I am responsible for paying the remainder of my lease until its completed, but wanted to notify them that I was moving early (as I was instructed to do by another leasing agent) but when I spoke with Rachael this morning she was very rude and nasty and continued to call me Shaletra after I had given her my name and after she had viewed my 60 day notice to vacate with my name clearly listed. I called and spoke with Patty over at Price Brothers but nothing seemed to be resolved I was told that its strange because Rachael has never received a complaint. I sat on the phone thinking well she has one today how are we going to address it, almost like my concerns were not important because no one else ever took the time to complain. I would expect better customer service being that I am paying close to $1200 for a 690 sqft apartment. If you dont know how to communicate well with others you should not be working in customer service.
Super weird experience. No good vibes. I think they’ve changed managers like 4 times in the last 18 months. Which is always a red flag. Neighbors were super nosey, kinda creeped me out. One story in particular- my dog was barking (my B I had just moved in that week, had no furniture, my dog was a little out of sorts.) anyways, got a phone call from management one morning that my neighbors noticed I got home super late or they didn’t see me come home or something and my dog was barking loud. I can’t remeber all the details this was about 2 years ago- “they were worried about me” management also said, my neighbors said they hadn’t seen my trash out by my door - so many weird creepy, observations (I work late,as do most young professionals in the DFW area ) so they called the police one night to make sure everything was ok... like they thought I had been Murdered in my apartment. I had lived there maybe 6 days. I didn’t even know my neighbors. So then I got a “warning” and I think I had to pay a fee because they had to call the police to my apartment.... because my Neighbors didn’t know where I was and had knocked on my door and I wasn’t home & my dog was barking??. Not to mention I had a garage under my apartment so I didn’t have to deal with the parking fiasco. But my neighbors posted up camping chairs outside my garage as to confront me about getting home too late or my dog or something. Every time I came home they were right outside my garage, I parked in regular parking and snuck up to my door because they freaked me out. literally felt bullied in my own apartment complex. If the long term residents don’t like you- you are doomed. they would have eventually gotten me kicked out for one thing or another. Luckily, I ended up moving to another state and opting out of my contract early which management was nice about. (But I had a family emergency, so they should be nice and let’s be real it’s more $$$ for them) Honestly management is nice, but the occupants freaked me out.
Trust me, I have never place a review before on google ... and me doing this truly shows dis also got me crying,,, worst people I have ever since managing a property, full of pride .. 1st) if you are black skin or from another country please don’t try this apartment they are my 1st ever racismt experience ( trust me they are that bad... 2nd) If you are some1 that is just stating your life ... please don’t try this place too cos they are all liars ( they own two properties beside each other’s.... 3nd) just know that all the want from you is your $50 to keep paying there staffs cos they collect a lot in a day. 4) they will sure ask for all document both the one that is possible and the ones that is not... trust me if you disappoint them by getting all by putting shame on there face... Mark my words they will still reject you... pride and heartless manager .. fake receptionist.. they even make a gay guy work for them and all of them are just trash.... 4) Please degree holders or masters holder ... please and please don’t try this place or if you just got a good job..... they will usless your potentials. In the 2 months my best friends have lived in this apartment Ive spent $300 because the parking here. I am so very careful to remember to register my car everytime I visit my friends but, guess what, one time I forget and my car gets towed down to Dallas. A $200 mistake. The second time was me locking my keys in my running car because I was so concerned with snapping a picture of my license plate for the damn registration. I stood there in shock wondering how I could have been so focused on getting that license plate number. $100 locksmith. If you love your friends and family dont live here and put them through this crap. If you have no one then go for it, the apartments have nice interiors.
Sat and waited for nearly 15 minutes in front of an agent when she completely ignored me and went to assist someone else who walked in 5 minutes after. No greeting or whatsoever. Wow
Ive lived here for almost 3 years now, and I couldnt be happier. Amazing staff, gorgeous apartment, and good neighbors.
I want to make it real quick how obnoxious reviews are.It is always angry people compaining about the absolute most.Ive been here since December and have had to have maintenance come for literally nothing so far. My apartment is on a corner which is a plus of the B1 floorplan. Up front Chelsie was honest about parking, permits and everything. No issues have ever arisen here. I absolutely love it. They even have a really cool plan for those who might be breaking their lease for a house. (Cheaper than actually breaking JSYK). I honestly couldve moved anywhere but Chelsie has really made it worth staying.
RUDE, RUDE, RUDE,.........I just encountered the rudest leasing office personnel at this place ever!!!!!! I went in on my lunch to inquiry about available apartments only to have to wait while 2 associates chat in a front office for over 5 minutes. Finally one of the associates walks out to another office and says she will be right with me only for me to wait still for over 5 minutes more!!!!!! While waiting, the other associate comes out of her office TWICE! to take care of 2 other people who had both come in after me. Not once did she so much as ask how she could help me. It would have taken all of 1 minute for her to answer my question on available units in the complex. Even if there were available units after this experience I would seriously doubt Id want to move here and deal with such rude, unprofessional people.
BELIEVE THE HORROR STORIES - THEY HAVE FOUND A NEW WAY TO EXPLOIT THE PARKING SCAM - TOW RESIDENTS WHEN THERE ARE NO SPACES! TO MAKE MATTER WORSE - THEY ARE NOW THREATENING TO TOW RESIDENTS IF YOUR INSPECTION STICKER FALLS BEHIND, OR YOUR TAGS, OR IF A RESIDENT IS FORCED TO PARK IN VISITORS PARKING BECAUSE THEY PURPOSELY DIDNT BUILD ENOUGH SPACES. WHY DO I SAY PURPOSELY ? BECAUSE GUESS WHO RUNS THE PARKING LOT, RESIDENT STICKERS, AND THE PATROL EVERYDAY TO CATCH VIOLATERS ? THE TOWING COMPANY !! THATS RIGHT, THE PARKING STICKERS ON YOUR CAR IF YOURE A RESIDENT....ARE FROM THE TOWING COMPANY !! AN OBVIOUS SCAM.dONT LET ME GET STARTED ON ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS! - THEY BOUGHT CHEAP COMPONENTS FROM CHINA, WITH NO RESISTORS IN THE LAMP ASSEMBLIES, SO THE SLIGHTEST POWER FLUX - AND LIGHTBULBS BURN OUT - @ THE RATE OF 5-6/MONTH...THEY REALIZE THIS - AND PUT IT IN THE CONTRACT THAT RESIDENTS HAVE TO PAY FOR LIGHTBULBS -!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, THE STAFF IS A JOKE - CANT WAIT TO LEAVEDO NOT MOVE HERE - EVER!!!!Your reply to someone else: We do have a strict parking policy for residents and guests to ensure our residents have adequate parkingARE YOU SERIOUS ?? YOU KNOW YOU DIDNT BUILD ENOUGH SPACES TO SATISFY THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF CARS / BUILDING. YOU ARE IN A COLLUSIONARY AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWING COMPANY. YOU WANT ME TO COME BY YOUR OFFICE ?? TELL ME WHY I WOULD WANT TO LISTEN TO YOUR NONSENSICAL RATIONALIZATIONS AS TO HOW YOU ARE ONLY TRYING TO HELP ?
Daughter went to visit a friend who just moved in there, her friend told her where to park, she arrived about 9:30PM- car was there at midnight, 12:30 towed apparently as she went outside to leave. Really? How does someone visit at evening for a few hours then get towed! Shameful! If you see a car sitting there for a day or so, I get it but 3 hours????!!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Very poor management. There is no parking for visitors, they will tow you. They will charge you extra when you move out!!!! They never charged me for light bulbs, but they added it on when I moved out. The management needs much training here. Very poor customer service from all here, including Corporate.
Worst apartments ever. Parked here for 30mins visiting a friend IN THE VISITOR PARKING and was towed. Dont live here if you want anyone to be able to come visit you.
So just like another person has reviewed about this apartment complex having issues with their car being towed, I had the exact same situation last weekend. Unfortunately I have Aspergers & forgot to go online to register my car. Apparently they have people who work 24/7 & checks every vehicle in their complex to make sure whether its registered or not because I stayed for 4 hours visiting a friend before going to an event & come to find that my vehicle was also towed. Cost me almost $300 to get my vehicle out. Also my friend who I stayed with has had multiple issues with maintenance & has told me that he cannot wait til his contract is up so he can move out. Do not move in here if you have friends that want to come and visit you because there is NEVER enough visitor parking spaces available & you HAVE to register your vehicle there every day that you plan to stay and visit your friend. I have NEVER encountered such a policy with an apartment complex, but needless to say, this has totally caused me never to come to visit him here. I am thankful that we are still friends, but we both agree about our opinion on the apt complex. They seriously need to change their business practice if they plan to get more business in the future...
Worst management team ever. If youd like to know more, please ask.Everything from waiting forever for the manager to call us back to my wife was 8 months pregnant, and couldnt even get an employee to help take a couple of boxes to the car and wouldnt even hold the door open to the complex while she walked out.The manager is beyond RUDE!!! Horrible person.
Do not attempt to get an apartment in this community, they are racist, they discriminate you and on top of that they lie to you. This people is not straight forward and the service is crap.If you want to pay for your application and be lied to the go ahead.
Where do yall get off towing Shauns car?! This place comes with ants!
Lived here two years, never have had a problem Maintenence always quick to respond and every helpful, and office always there to respond to questions and concerns
My vehicle was towed from Cypress while it was parked in a VISITORS parking space. When I tried to reach out to the complex, I was ignored so I contacted Price Brothers, who manages the complex. A woman named Patty contacted me and told me it was basically MY FAULT that I didnt see the sign where I was supposed to register and that is why I was towed. She also blamed the individual I was visiting. I dont appreciate the way they do business and it is ridiculous that I am $300 out of pocket when I was parked in the designated space. She also said, people get towed from here all the time. Patty, Im not responsible for anyone else. When I am parked where I am supposed to be, you need to take responsibility and resolve the issue.
Bad service👎
