I currently live here and this is the most unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful place . Management, Valet trash, and maintenance is a disgrace . Management and Maintenance do not help . There was a whole flood in our building and there was nothing done after to accommodate the residents. Rent was still owed in full and I’ve been having issues with my apartment every since to which Maintenance just passes by and marks the tasks completed without even providing a solution to it . Maintenance once got mad at me because I locked myself out of the bathroom on accident . He then proceeded to have an attitude fixing the problem. Valet trash does not come as scheduled and we are expected to pay $25 each month for it . This is NOT worth it ! I will be finding somewhere else to vacate .

I’ve probably lived in every apartment in Lewisville and this is the “nicest” complex I’ve lived in. Also the most high in rent I’ve ever paid. ROACH PROBLEM. I’ve been dealing with it for over a month! I’ve lived some low grade apartments and I have never had a roach problem EVER. No matter how clean I keep my apartment there’s still an issue. Management doesn’t really care (go figure) they hardly answer the phone. I will be ending my lease soon I am so disappointed and so grossed out by these roaches it’s disgusting. Do not recommend living here.

Don’t usually do reviews but, felt it was highly needed. I didn’t even tour the property but the customer service is horrible! I called inquiring about an apartment and the girl who picked up (didn’t catch her name) wasn’t really useful. She didn’t tell me about the property, she didn’t give me any type of information on amenities, or other units that were available, no pricing or other options, JUST COMPLETELY USELESS. Too bad because I was really interested in these apartments oh well, not worth it.And to the young lady that picked up the phone you need to do better, I work in the apartment industry and that was the WORST performance and WORST display of CUSTOMER SERVICE by far.

One of the most overpriced apartment I have ever lived in. To start off our whole floor was unleveled, we had leaking from the celling, and they just painted over bumps or mess-ups and even our bathtub. we put a maintenance order in the day after we moved in and no one ever came. It took us over two weeks to ever get our mail keys. We ultimately decided with all the outrages up charges for a low quality built apartment to end our lease early and get out. DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING THERE!

Toured this place a couple of weeks ago. The apartment i saw was nice. That was the only highlight. But, the property needs cleaning. The stair case looked like it was straight from the projects - garbage, unknown liquid stains, just nasty. I also noticed cigarette butts right by the stair case, going to the apartment. The worsed part was - there were over 20 cigarette butts behind the leasing office, next to the swimming pool.

This place has a pest control problem. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Every one I’ve talked to in every building seems to be having the same issue! The management staff ignores the issue. They know they have a problem but won’t fix the issue. This place is horrible!!!

Very nice apartment. It’s a great size for a one bedroom. Has jacuzzi tub, which I live. Kitchen it a nice size as well. I cook I lot and even though I’m in a one bedroom and it’s just me, I am still able to fix meals for people. Has I nice size walk in closet. Great patio space with a small yard 😊. If I had brought my dog with me he would have loved it. To top it off the staff is very kind and helpful. One of the best apartments I have lived in. I am mostly shocked on how I am able to fit all my things in here. The Avery is something worth looking at. Make sure you talk to Genovevie and Juanita, they made sure I had a smooth move in.

My family stays here, The building of this apartment is good, but people managing it, care less about the residents non the owner of the property. Bad attitude towards the residents dont listen to the residents.New management just took over the place, but still with the old win, these old staffs should please go with the old management, more especially Genovevie. Doesnt get anything done.

Just moved in and were loving it. The apt is very nice and clean. The office staffs were very professional and patient with us. Tina was extremely accommodating and friendly, thank you for being with us throughout the whole process and making our move as smooth as it can get.

Just moved in! It’s such a nice apartment, gorgeous kitchen, and great floors. Tina was extremely helpful through the entire process, she was open and very honest about everything. If it wasn’t for her we probably would’ve went somewhere else. We love the complex, and all the people are extremely kind.

None of the gates on the property work and have not worked in over a year. Instead of worrying about passing out lease violations for trash. I would worry about that major problem first and refunding your residents the $50 gate key charge for 3 metal fences that just sit there and hold up rusted chains and let all kind of unwanted people onto the property. Veronica was amazing during my search for an apartment for my fiance! He works a lot out of state so he wasnt able to be the one to actively search. With that being said she worked with him through email on getting an apartment. On top of that since I was doing the searching for him every time I came to the office she immediately remembered my name and always had the biggest smile.

Ive lived here for a year and absolutely love it here. The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful and the residents are very diverse and friendly. The apartment maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues and very thorough. I had a great experience with my time here and will miss this place greatly as I leave for other pastures. These apartments had me pay a dog deposit of $350 but when my lease was up, they had me sign the paperwork and told me my deposit would be refunded due to their being no damage. Now, two months later Im being told it was a pet fee! They are unorganized. They have changed management 4 times since Ive been here. And they make the tenants pay for their mishaps. Theyll smile in your face and cut your in the back. Go elsewhere!!!

I gave this place 5 stars in my head starting from the first phone call from Veronica at The Avery! This woman is so helpful and her spirit is so refreshing and needed during these times we are in. If I could give her 1000 stars, I would. Shes helpful, courteous, considerate and doesnt rush the process to get you to sign the lease. Everything flowed beautifully and I cannot wait to recommend this place to friends who currently live in Dallas and new friends moving to the area. I have lived here for 7 years. I love it here. The new management team is AWESOME. Eric the assistant manager is very helpful at all times. If I have any issues, they are right on top of it to make sure it is handled in a timely manner. Recently I decided to move from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom.Madacen the Manager, was very helpful with assisting me with my transition. Also Melissa and Veronica the front office staff members are always ready to assist. Everyone from the manager to the maintenance men are very nice and pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this property to anyone. The rent prices are very reasonable and the upgrades are remarkably beautiful. If you are looking a nice quiet place to call home. Initially I spoke with Veronica over the phone. She was patient and very informative. She allowed me to do a self guided tour and sent pictures of different places. She is friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Honestly the apartment was beautiful it’s very spacious. Thanks to Veronica I’ve found my new home in a short period of time.

My daughter relocated to the area for a new job in a neighboring town and no matter how much they grow up as a mother I am concerned about her being in a safe place. She needed to be in the area with in one week. And thank God for all the help she received from Veronica Aguirre at Avery apartments. She was very helpful and for a southerner I noticed she went the extra mile and treated my daughter like family. She made sure my daughter was very well taken care of. And the apartment is in great location,safe, gated community and very nice! IVE LIVED IN THIS PLACE FOR TWO YEAR, THEY HAVE A SERIOUS PEST ISSUES. ALL LOT COCKROACH EVERYWHERE, IN THE DISHWASHER, DRYER, EVEN IN BEDROOMS. IT IS VERY DISGUSTING AND THE MANAGEMENT DID NOT HELP WITH THAT. YOU PAY FOR THE PETS CONTROL EVERY MONTH BUT YOU HAVE TO REQUEST IT ALL THE TIME BECAUSE SOMETIMES THEY DONT SHOW UP .... THEY HAD TOWERED MY CAR BY MISTAKE AND END UP PAY $300 TO GET IT BACK. BAD MANAGEMENT STAFFING.

I love living at The Avery. Office staff is always friendly. Very quick to lend a hand. The grounds kept up and it’s always pretty quiet so I’m happy to stay here.

The office staff made the transition to this place so easy. They are always attentive and get things done! I couldnt be happier living here! It was quite and had a homey feel, it is also very spacious and what you see is exactly what you get. I will say that the original office personnel I dealt with is no longer there and the new office staff is horrible and bias. They are discriminatory and do not solve issues when informed of them properly. I will not renew for this reason. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. If i could leave no stars I most definitely would.

The entire staff was extremely understanding of our situation and urgency. They were tentative; not only finding a unit that met ALL of our needs but stayed under our budget as well! The office staff even went out of their way to find us a more immediate move in date, before Thanksgiving. I felt a really positive energy and they seem like a really cohesive team. Much love for Avery already, 10/5 stars!!

I love this community. I’ve live here for awhile and I’m sad to be moving early next year but my job is transferring me. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. The new manager Madison has been beyond nice about the move. She makes me almost want to make the hour and half drive to my new location.

I lived at these apartments for almost 4 years from 2016 to 2018 I recently moved sadly I loved these apartments I am only 13 now but I will say there was a lot of other kids I ran around the complex with it’s a lovely place to live Avery is probably one of the best apartments you will find maintenance Is good there is a dog park and a kids park there is a lovely pool and two fire palaces and the apartments is very clean and I love the layout for the apartments,I will say that when I lived there some of the neighbors were rude and there was always police and drug dealers walking around and fights but other than that this is the best apartment I hope if your reading this you will decide that this is the place you want to make your home

She has great customer service, knowledgeable of the area, and made me feel at home moving in this complex. If there is a problem with the property or any concerns she solves it right away. Well i just moved into the Avery apartments. I had moved here from Minnesota well. I came on my move in date, and I was told nothing about mailing or receiving packages.... Nothing... They just wanted to know about the payments and, then the renters insurance... This place looked so nice, and I was so excited to move in. Well it came to move in time..... The apartment smelt like pet urine, and the carpet was not changed. The fridge is way to big for the space next to the counter. The deal breaker for moving in was that the apartment was going to have a washer and dryer..... Well it did not..... The apartment me and my mother were shown was way better than the one im in. The light fixtures arent up to date the light in the kitchen is completely disgusting... There has been a couple bugs I have seen. There is over spray on the ceiling. This apartment complex is kinda of disappointing. I had expected more, because of how much the rent is and what the website shows. The ladies me and my grandma spoke to were very rude at first, and kept speaking over one another. Then I ran into Veronica, the lady that my mom had first spoke to. She is the one that had gotten us the apartment in the first place. She was the sweetest lady ever. She had asked how it was moving in was. Well everyone loves her. She was extremely nice. She should be the manager for Avery, because she made sure that all of her residents were taken care of, and they let her go because of a lady that didnt like her.... Im very angry and upset with how they allowed us to move in with all of the things wrong with the apartment........ I want Veronica to be the manager and to get her job back. I want to have a discount on my rent or something for the first month, because there is so many things wrong with the apartment......

From the minute I walked in to tour Avery it felt like “home”. The entire staff was absolutely nothing short of AMAZING! The MVP goes to Veronica. She explained the process to me and made my move-in process SEAMLESS!!! My apartment is everything I could’ve asked for. I have zero complaints, and it usually takes a lot to make me smile. I moved in 2 weeks ago and was not furnished with a washer and dryer. I was told that it would take 10 days to get one and it has been past that time frame. Ive called and no one in the front answers the phone. Ive emailed with no responses. This has been frustrating for my family and I. My husband is a essential worker and during this time I need to wash the clothes he wears for disinfecting purposes. This is ridiculous. All I need is a washer and dryer and it seems like its a struggle to get any answers or solutions.

Work order submitted on Wednesday September 30th around noon for a clogged bathtub did not get looked at or worked for a whole week after submitting it despite my following up on the request, with the front office 3 days after it was submitted. I have a 1- bath unit so imagine having to manually empty the tub into a bucket after a shower so that we can shower the next day.When I followed up with the front office on day 3 (October 2nd), the man I spoke with was also quite dismissive and didnt sound concerned about my issue.I had to follow twice again on Wednesday (October 7th) before my bathtub was unclogged.I miss when Veronica was here. Shed never allow a work order to go unworked for that long. She would have had someone in my unit to fix it on that day-3 follow up.Its a shame as my kids and I have lived here for years and we love it.

Avery is such a beautiful community. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you experience at Avery is top knotch. The grounds and pool area are kept very clean. I highly recommend you taking a tour and securing a home at Avery. Their Clubhouse & Theater Room, is where we spend most of our time.

For the amount tenants pay each month, you would think the cleanliness/ maintenance would be far much better. The stairways are horrid, for the last 2 years I’ve been here the establishment has only power washed my building once after requested multiple times. The trash almost never gets ran according to the pick up schedule. There’s always an INOP vehicle parked in the visitors parking spots, leaving you with no where to park. Half the “visitor” spots aren’t even visitors(You will get towed if you park in a half faded visitors spot. Has happened) Only positive side to this complex would be the front office staff, although they clearly don’t have the tools to take this complex to where it should be.

Ive lived here for 3 years and its been awesome. There were some issues with pas management, but those have been resolved for a long time now. Eric, in the leasing office, is the best assistant manager someone could ask for. This place has become a total class-act over the years. Im glad to call this place home.

I had been stressing out looking for a safe, reasonable apartment for my daughter to move into in just a few short weeks because she was coming from Minnesota. Veronica reached out to me by email and was nothing but amazing! She gave us a tour of what the apartment would look like, and was going to show us the complex but we had to leave in a hurry,and by far Veronica had the best customer service and just all around genuine,sincere woman. Veronica was helping my daughter to get everything lined up and taken care of before hand so it would be a smooth transaction. I was told that she could move in on Aug 15th, 2020 because the tenant in the apartment wouldnt be out until a week before because they were going to have to repaint and replace carpet and was also told there was a washer and dryer in the unit. My daughter called to speak with Veronica on Aug 6th and was told Veronica no longer worked at Avery. Well since the 12th when my daughter moved in a few days early it has been the absolute worst customer service experience ever! The person who answered the phone one day when I called to get some information told me the manager would call me, she never called just got a email with lease agreement on date could move in, not impressed at all. My daughter moved on on 12th I went to see her and check out her new apartment and I was not impressed at all. Basically all that they did was send in house keeper to deep clean and shampoo carpets and thats that. I was told there new would be new carpet, and repainted. And there is no washer and dryer in unit as previously mentioned. And yes the apartments are so nice on websites,but this apartment my daughter is in, is trashed.Heres just some things that need to be replaced.. I have a whole list;Needs a new fridgeCabinets look chewed upSmells like pet urineBackslash needs to be doneSome blinds are messed upCarpet was cleaned not replaced looks like worn out tires with no treadThe lawn gets mowed on Mondays, but behind her apartment when you look out the patio is like 4 feet of tall grass!!!These apartments are NOT worth 1399 with all of these issues already.I think the most upsetting part of all is if Veronica was still there none of this would be a issue, because she was doing everything to help, and make it a smooth transition and its very evident she was extremely liked by everyone and was amazing to them as well. She needs to be the manager and should not have been let go because she is way more personable,friendly, makes you feel welcomed, and treats people respectfully and was helping to make sure things got taken care of. Its sad that my daughter was never explained anything other then asking for money and proof of insurance. Given the keys and on the way she went. Never explained or showed about all amenities, mail and package system, nothing. This is not very good customer service and this was the treatment she received from the manager. However Veronica still lives at the complex and ran into my daughter yesterday and asked her if she had any questions, or could help in anyway! Now why would you not want someone like this a manager! I have sent a email out to management to have these things fixed and will be emailing rest of list out tomorrow.****update as on 9.18.20, about 4 things were fixed in my daughters apartment! The extra 200 she was charged that was not on lease has never been fixed after a month, which will now be brought to my attorney, the management is a joke, and if I was the owner I would be embarrassed to have my name on such a run down unsafe complex thats not worth what they charge!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Madicen! Recently moved in July 28th and was promised washer & dryer by leasing agent they did not have the washer and dryer upon move in. The front Office proceeded to tell my wife that we were on a waiting list of about 4 people. Come to find out the list consisted of 16 PEOPLE. We were also told that the washer and dryer in our unit were removed because they were damaged, but actually the washer and dryer that were inside my unit before we moved in when had been removed to be reassigned to someone else who had been waiting on a washer and dryer... then Madicen proceeded to call me at my work to tell me they order us a new washer and dryer and that she WOULD get me a confirmation # as soon as she recieved one from maintenance and would get me an estimated date of arrival. She then stated the company MIGHT be on back After this phone call she Called my wife and said she spoke to me about the washer situation completely unaware I had already spoken to my wife and told her the whole conversation.... Madicen then proceeded to tell my wife she was actually unable to get a confirmation # and she had misspoke when talking to me and wouldnt be able to get she also stated that the washer and dryers are definetly on back order now... lastly they DO have working washers and dryers in vacant units on property BUT are unwilling to relocate them!!!.... my family and I are very upset about this entire situation.

The Avery apartment office team is always helpful and professional. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the team I’ve dealt with- Eric, Shelley, Madacen, or Veronica. We had some issues with plumbing but it has been handled in a timely manner and we have been taken care of at every turn.

The Avery Apartments are making great changes. The new management team is AMAZING! We finally have a team that actually cares about the families. Lee, Carol, Eric & Robin have always been friendly and attentive. They are working hard to fix everything that the past management did not finish. I definitely recommend others to tour these Apartments.

The management here is awesome! Very reliable and easy to get a hold of. Any problem I have ever had, they give prompt and timely care to. The professionalism and cleanliness of my new remodeled apartment make me love calling Avery home! :)

I just want to start off by saying thank you to Melissa for going above and beyond her job title. She was very helpful and pleasant when I came in to view the property. Before moving in my apartment had some touch paint to be done. The painters left a mess so Melissa came in after her shift on a Saturday to clean up behind the painters. She literally was on her hands and knees scrubbing the excess paint off the floor, counters, door handles, mirrors, you name it. Not to many people would of done that and I greatly appreciate her. She definitely deserves a bonus or a raise.I’m happy to call Avery my new home and a BIG THANKS to Melissa again for making sure her tenants are happy. 😉😁😊🤗

Great place to call Home! I moved here beginning of January this year and new management have just settled for new management company and may I say for the few months living here, it has made major changes that affected Avery community in a great way! They keep very great communication via email and keep residence aware/updated of any changes,news, event they have planned for us. They make me feel great to live here, will really consider to renew my lease and hopefully experience remodeled Apartments! Great property! The entire staff made my family and I feel very welcome. The remodeling has really made the place look fantastic along with the paint job. Marcus the Leasing agent went above and beyond his duties!

Moving during Covid 19 has been a task but Veronica was very helpful. She made this transition as smooth as possible!

This has been one of the worst apartment experiences that I have ever had. I myself am a property manager, my standards are reasonable because I know that not everything is always going to be perfect. However, for nearly a year now, I have been waiting for them to do what should have been done before I arrived. For example: MOLD inside and out each of my vents (mold is considered an emergency, to be handled right away otherwise they/any community run the risk of getting sued), roaches, window leaks, etc.I had to replace my own battery in my spoke alarm at move in because maintenance would not come do it. My husband fixed the broken closet shelf. Still waiting on them to fix the entry gates...Lastly, a foundation inspector, sent by the office, told me that my building is sinking. The office, however, has not said a thing.Unless they can get it together, I definitely would not recommend this place.

I had water in my apartment everytime there was a heavy rain. I reported it and they claimed to bring a contractor while I was at work. Water still came inside. My furniture was ruined. I had to replace my television and sofa, due to water damage. I asked to be moved to another unit and was told it would be an extra $100. If you want to keep a tenant that pays on time every month, you should accommodate them to keep money coming in. Glad I found a new home.

Perfect apartment and just 5 minutes from everything you need! The rooms are pretty spacious and the kitchen is completely open which is so nice if you love to cook. They remodeled the entire apartment and feels brand new. I highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional staff, The leasing agent Veronica was really nice and communicated effectively during the apartment tour. The apartment also had everything i needed and I decided to sign a lease.

I just moved in a couple months ago and have had nothing but a great experience. When I moved in, they made on the spot accommodations for me and did it with a smile. Not only that, I had a maintenance issue the first week I moved in and the manager, Shelly, personally dropped everything she was doing, came to my apartment and FIXED it in less than 5 min! This place rocks! Very nice community, newly remodeled and great staff!

I found this property a little after they went under new management and I can tell that the office staff are working really hard to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. I had no problems at move in and anything I needed, they provided and aided me with. If I call, they answer. Maintenance requests are also done quickly. So far, I love the property team and everything is great!

The people in the office at Avery are always so nice and helpful. Whenever my roommate and I need something, they’re always there to resolve whatever the issue. Eric has been awesome since the day we applied!

I moved into Avery Apartments in Aug 2018. I absolutely fell in love with the upgraded floor plan and the size of unit! There was nothing like it for the price in Lewisville.Ill admit, I did have a few minor maintenance issues in the beginning, and I was a bit concerned. Fast forward to today and I could not be happier.I came in at a time when the apartment manager had just taken over and they had very recently begun to make major renovations and let me tell you, SHE IS ON IT!Anytime I have a question or concern, she is always happy to assist.The office staff is super friendly, professional, and eager to help as well. And maintenance requests never go more than 24-48 hours to be completed.And I love the location! I live within walking distance of my sons elementary school, and I never have to travel more than 10-15 minutes to shop or dine- everything is right here.I can honestly say I will be renewing my lease and look forward to living here another year.

Management has been outstanding since February. My husband and I thoroughly enjoy coming in the office because we know Robin will spoil us with her smiles, chocolates and peppy personality. Eric has been a joy, as well and we could not see ourselves living anywhere else.This Texas heat has been tough and management has checked up on us to see how we are doing. Thank you.

Turned off by visitors parking. It seems to be only 12 spots in the whole complex. I was introduced to the apartments by a friend and thought it was cool. When I would spend the night, I would have to park too far from the building and walk in a very dark complex. This definitely made me give them a star

Very friendly people in the office and my Boy Marcus did a great job with handling my paperwork. My apartment was clean and move in ready. My only complaint is all the shopping I have to do to furnish it LOL! Thanks guys for all your help!

Hi, I went to visit this property over the weekend and found my experience here one that i truly enjoyed, the property was beautiful and the apartments that were shown to me were very spacious and inviting, the office staff made me feel like we were old friends and treated me with such kindness. The Avery is definitely a great place to make your forever home.

I’ve lived in these apartments for the last two years and always loved it. I have one of the best views one could have and stay in a building where I can trust my neighbors. Really the only way I’m moving out is when I buy a house.

We moved here last year and the management was less than helpful. Thankfully the new management is turning things around and making major improvements. The office staff are very friendly and helpful to respond to maintenance issues. We look forward to our next year here, keep up the good work!

I was apartment hunting and took a tour of Avery, the young man who assisted me was very helpful, well spoken, and super nice. He made me feel at home, his name was Eric. I looked at a one bedroom, visited the property and went over the amenities. The office was BEUTIFUL!! We are still in the process of looking, but Avery is in the running!

I moved in 2 weeks ago and yes it started off rocky but, the management team has been nothing but helpful. I ask they make it happen. I love my apartment and the fact that, they make sure to answer the service call within 24 hours is A+ SERVICE. Everyone in the office is super friendly and nice. They Manager is kind gentle and seems to be a humble GOD FEARING woman. She and her staff keeps things nice and tidy. And make sure that I am happy.The only negative thing is the parking. The parking sucks. But, hey it is what it is. You cant expect everything to be as if you are living in a house with a garage of your own. But, YES I love it here. So far so good.

Amazing office staff, beautifully remodeled recently and a great place to call home. When I was moving multiple boxes from the 2nd floor, the a member of the maintenance staff was in the same building and stopped what they were doing to help me! Seriously, talk about awesome people all around. Not only that, but they have so many on-site community events that bring everyone together. 5 stars all the way!

I have been living here for years and today 6/20/19 I received a notice of lease renewal increase of $200!!! This is outrageous. My apartment has nothing new, no upgrades hard wood floor coming apart, and my air conditioning barely works. Avery apartment are forcing people out of their affordable lease so they can raise prices even more with little to minor upgrade. Avery has done nothing to warrant a $200 increase. Avery has done nothing around community but raise everyone rent!

Ive lived here for two years, so Ive been through the management change. Avery management has done an exceptional job of making it feel like a community. The staff is always pleasant, even when theyre visibly busy with multiple people. No place is perfect; so when I had a minor issue in the past, I felt listened to and respected in the resolve. It means a lot to feel welcome at a place I call home, and not be made to feel like a number that is simply adding to the bottom line of a company. Robin and Eric are always so hard working, cheery, kind, willing to chat, and certainly appear to have customer services as their priority!

I loved it when i first moved in, especially the kitchen. But for the past 2 months now have been terrible for me. Maintenance very poor, my dish washer has never worked ever since i moved in. I have reported several times but it has falling on deaf ears. I still have water in the dish washer and its living unpleasant smell at the kitchen and its very unhealthy. Leakages in the bathroom, hot water stops every now and then, reported it and was fixed and went off the next day. I mean, my apartment is full of inconveniences. Speaking for myself, i feel like moving the next month. I dont know about other residents but Im freaking out, Im tired living in this apartment. I Love Melissa at the apartment office she was really helpful getting the apartment. Just lived here for almost 4 months and Im ready to go.🤨
