I have been going to Jolie nails for years. My nails always look great! There facility is clean with all the latest colors and equipment. They’ve really done a great job with safety during COVID.

This place is probably my favorite place to get my nails done. I used to get my nails done here all the time and then I moved an hour away but whenever i’m in the area, I will go here to get my nails done. I got a gel manicure A MONTH AGO and it still has not chipped or peeled off in the slightest. Reminded me why I love this place. Also the prices are super affordable!

Went today for the first time at this location for a regular pedicure. I called ahead to make an appointment and showed up early, expecting to wait because it was a Saturday afternoon. They took me right away, which was awesome. Was treated very kindly. However, I was out of there within a half an hour, including drying. I didn’t see any sterilizing machines, however, there is a back room. The pumice stone and utensils all went back into their bins they got them from after use. (Gross and scary if they don’t sterilize after each use). The technician did not take her time or even make any corrections to the paint and only put on one coat of polish. From far away it looked fine, so, I let it go. However, for the price I was very displeased sitting at the drying station (this is Loudoun County though). Once I got home, upon further inspection, it honestly looks like I did my nails myself (and I’m terrible at it, which is why I go somewhere to have them done). There are see through spots and missed edges along my nails and paint along the cuticles. It just looks terrible. I gave 2 stars bc they were friendly and timely. But, I will not be returning.

They fit me in when they were busy at Christmas, and they were friendly and kind. I will keep coming to them and getting my nails done. They do good work.
