I had a free day to venture out during my visit with a friend. This spa was the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful and professional spa I have experienced. The staff was friendly and the spa service was excellent. The hydro facial was awesome. I wish I could have done it for another 15-30mins. The lounge and decor was calming.

Thursday Twos company visit: my friend and I visited Woodhouse for a beginning of summer treat in June of 2021. At first we were very impressed by the quiet room, presentation of robes in the locker room and the overall cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff was kind and understanding despite many issues with our electronic locker locks (user error!). After dressing in robes and successfully locking our possession, we were taken to the quiet room where we were offered tea and had access to water and Kind bars. Our visit went a little south after that. We were a little confused because in the intake paperwork filled out 24+ hours in advance, they asked for our favorite drinks, none of which were offered. It was a little disappointing to put in our favorite drinks and then not have our drinks there. The twos company package had specific treatments, however extra services were offered during the treatments, but it was not made clear it would be an additional charge for the services. At the end of our visit, we were surprised with an additional $50 charge for changes during services. We were happy to pay for services rendered, however wish it had been explicitly clear before service began. Additionally the staff had great difficulty adding these additional charges to our bill and as a result we ended up waiting whole they figured it out (despite knowing about the charges for more than an hour before we checked out). On one last note, according the the website, the Agave Nectar Pedicure is 50 minutes, and both of our services were complete within 30 minutes. It wasnt about the time, but the pedicures felt rushed and for the large price tag, we were disappointed by the quality.

My husband and I were unfortunately in a car accident recently. We were not seriously injured but rather very tense and sore. We called the Woodhouse Spa in Leesburg and they were able to get us both in the next day for back to back massages. When we arrived they were all so caring and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Our massage therapist was Arlene. She was so amazing and knowledgeable about what muscles, pressure and stretches to use. I felt pampered the entire time. Thank you so much!!

I am only giving this place 2 stars bc the lounge area was nice. I did not get the massage I asked for! Very disappointed after looking forward to this all week. Why fill out paperwork when my request didn’t matter?

It was a pleasant surprise to find Ruby as my manicurist! I love her touch and beautiful manicure that I received today. Cant wait to come back for my pedicure.

Maria is the best! I have received several deep tissue massages within the past few months and all were phenomenal. She always made sure my requests and needs were met each and every time. I 100% recommend getting your massages with Maria!

I feel like a spa should be mind blowing. This was more of a semi serene place to go get a type of massage of your choosing. I felt a little crowded when walking back to the lockers/bathroom and the waiting room. I understand they need a protocol to follow CDC guidelines but I’m sure they can work on making it better. My massage was good and my masseuse very attentive and friendly. She Listened to my needs and met them.

Excellent service! May was the nail tech I saw and she was absolutely great. Very professional, courteous and amazing quality on the gel mani/pedi. My only concern was the high fee to remove the gel as most places don’t charge if you’re a regular customer and they apply the gel polish. Otherwise, the entire staff is great.I tried to post a picture of my final mani/pedi but I don’t think The Woodhouse allows pictures on their reviews, but they look fantastic!

A great spa experience and I have visited numerous spas in my travels both in and out of the states. What impresses me the most is the level of professionalism. You are able to enjoy your session with very technians that are skilled, but they do not subject you to a sales pitch at the end for their products. The products are available if you wish them, but the work speaks for itself. Hidden gem in Loudoun County.

I absolutely love Woodhouse Day Spa. I have had a several massages, one bing a prenatal message. The staff is incredibly professional, they are friendly and make the experience. It’s very luxurious and honestly I can’t wait for my next visit!! They also have the cutest little store - for lack of a better word - that sells lovely spa items for you to buy and enjoy at home or perfect for gifts!

My favorite spa in the Norther Virginia area! Ive come here many times for facials, massages, and pedicures. The relaxation room is an absolute must. You cannot go wrong picking a service here. The minute you step in youre welcomed by a friendly staff and a calm atmosphere. It only gets better from there!

The space is amazingly tranquil although it is within a shopping center. You feel miles away while waiting in the peaceful relaxation room. The service providers are excellent and staff treat you very well. This is so important especially now during this very stressful time in our country.

My whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff is very friendly. I enjoyed being able to relax in their quiet room before and after my massage today. I had a wonderful massage with Marcela! I really enjoyed how communicative she was with me during my massage, checking in to make sure the pressure was ok, especially on areas where my muscles were very tight. She also was able to help me identify reasons that would cause the muscle tightness and what to be mindful of so I can help my muscles relax more. Will definitely be back soon!

I booked a 50 minute reflexology appointment with a May. She did a wonderful job and I highly recommend her for your massage or reflexology treatment. The reception staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely visit again soon!

I had the BEST experience at the Woodhouse in Leesburg. I moved here recently from Texas where I had enjoyed many wonderful massages; however, this Woodhouse blew that one out of the water! The facility is nice, clean, peaceful...everything you would hope for a relaxing day. The staff was all attentive and kind. I was treated with a comfy robe and slipper upon arrival and then enjoyed a nice, warm neck wrap and some water while I filled out my paperwork. Then after my massage, I was given more time to just sit back and relax. They had water, snacks and hot tea for me. It was the perfect way to end the experience! Teri, my massage therapist was wonderful! She was sweet, thoughtful and she really focused on the areas with the most tension. She was absolutely wonderful and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to return to the Woodhouse Leesburg, where they’re doing everything right!

Lovely! I chose the lavender scrub pedicure. I didnt think atmosphere would matter very much to me but I was wrong! The atmosphere Woodhouse provides is a million more times relaxing than what you experience at a typical walk-in nail salon. I will be returning in a couple weeks for another round!

Im not one to splurge on fancy spas .. until now. Worth every penny! The staff is great and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door.

Love the attention given - from the robe to the lounging room. My massage was great. And I loved that I could take a shower after (with everything provided). Its definitely a little pricey and I can only go for a special treat. This was my second visit and I will definitely return!

I love Woodhouse! It was my first time visiting a spa and they made my experience so wonderful. Overall I am very happy with my first-time spa experience and specifically this spa. It was welcoming, warm, serene, upscale, and more! My Swedish massage with Claudia was relaxing and overall amazing. Im definitely interested in not only this service again, but other services offered by the spa. The only con during my visit was at the end while checking out. I had been gifted a gift certificate for two services - only used one during this visit due to scheduling - and the certificate stated a value for both services and Gratuity Included. I handed my gift certificate to the employee who didnt even look at it. She then said Your total today is $120 - would you like to add a gratuity? I said Isnt that covered by the certificate? She then acknowledged what I had handed her. She then said Well you still have money on this certificate and Im assuming you dont want to give all of it as a gratuity. (There was still $130+ on it to cover the second service I was gifted.) Caught off guard, I said No, Ill give cash for gratuity. Here is why I find this a con: As this was gifted to me, and as the gift certificate states that gratuity is already included in the value of the certificate, after reading thoroughly and processing the certificate all that really needed to be said was Thank you so much for coming. We hope you enjoyed your gifted experience. Have you scheduled your additional service? If not, would you like to do that now? (or) We look forward to seeing you at your next scheduled service on...... There shouldnt have been a sharing of the price for the gifted service, nor a request for additional gratuity. Let the customer ask how additional gratuity can be given - dont put the gifted customer in a position of feeling obligated. Overall, I really did enjoy my relaxing time at this serene spa and look forward to my next gifted service.

First time visiting this location and it was excellent. Nice relaxation room with chaise lounge chairs and warm blankets. Staff were very attentive checking in intermittently asking if you needed any tea, nice snacks, neck warmers. Very clean overall. Massage and facial very relaxing and enjoyable with warm towels on feet to begin. Definitely would return and recommend this location. Only suggestion would be larger area for changing, felt very tight more than 2 people. Otherwise great venue with wonderful warm attentive staff!

This was great experience for me. I enjoyed the staff and the hot stone massage was great and needed. The ambiance and the relaxation is what I was looking for and it didnt fall short. First impression for me is everything, however repeat impressions is what keeps me coming back and referring customers. I do suggest you try this spa at least once before allowing the reviews to take over the idea if you should or shouldnt go. Everyone seeks something different in a spa. I seek relaxation and a massage.

This spa belongs in a top resort but lucky for us its right here in Leesburg! I have visited them several times and had different treatments and they are all fantastic. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff are experienced. I highly recommend and will continue to go there.

Woodhouse Spa is beautiful and very well decorated. I went there for a couples massage with my husband and it turned out to be a pretty decent service (my husband snoring means that he was relaxed, right?). The relaxation room was perfect and private and we really enjoyed it. The only downside to our experience was that my locker was locked for about 45 minutes. The staff was working hard to get it open and the lock was just stuck, even when they tried putting in the bypass code. I know this is not their fault but it was just a bit inconvenient for us since we had plans after the massage. The front desk staff did provide a discount on our service as well as another discount for next time so I cant really be mad. I will definitely go back.

I am so glad I went. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. As a guest of Red Door, I was ready for a new spa that truly embraces high end service. Woodhouse will not disappoint, and the staff is highly attentive and wonderful to work with. Both my massage and facial were awesome. I was so relaxed, I couldve stayed in the relaxation room another couple hours. I even received a sweet thank you card from my esthetician, thanking me. They also have wonderful products in their retail area. I cant wait to go back, and highly recommend this spa.

This is a hidden gem in the Village at Leesburg! It has a great retail area to shop before your service, the relaxation room is perfect for before and after your service (my girlfriend and I spent two hours after our service relaxing!). Worst massage I have ever received. When I called to inform about my experience, I was told someone would be calling me back that day. Two days later I called and was informed someone would be calling me later that day as well. A full week later I called at which point I spoke with the owner who just informed me the massage therapist was highly qualified. The reason for all the great reviews is because the Spa is offering money off of services for great reviews.

Is there a way to leave zero stars ? I ordered a gift card online from this spa on their website, and when I didnt get an email confirmation of my order I emailed them to ask about it. The response I got was Check the bank. Card was reported stolen not happening nice try. That was followed by several rude emails where I was accused again of stealing a card and not being legitimate. My credit card was charged the full amount even though I didnt receive the gift card (sisters birthday present ruined by the way because this was supposed to be sent to her) and now I have to dispute it with my credit card company.I have no idea if the spa is any good and I dont plan on ever finding out, but Id warn anyone about doing business with such an unprofessional establishment.

Wow I felt so refreshed after visiting here for a massage! They never rushed me, offered cold or hot beverages and prices were within reason for the top notch service.

I had Claudia as my massage therapist for a deep tissue massage. She is surprisingly strong for a small woman. She was very open to my thoughts and suggestions and I appreciate that.

I dont think Ill come back to Woodhouse. The facial was too much for my skin which is very sensitive and the massage therapist didnt really listen to me. I liked that I got a gift card for here but based on my experience I wont be coming back here. Plus the prices were way too high for me anyway.

Yesterday was my first visit and service at Woodhouse Day Spa. The atmosphere is so tranquil and beautiful. I highly recommend the ORGANIC DISCOVERY FACIAL with Nicola. Her technique is wonderful and customer service is superb.

I was lucky enough to get a gift card here for Mothers Day and it was from start to finish, an amazing experience. I definitely recommend the Minkyti facial - it is incredible. The Woodhouse Day Spa is pure relaxation from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out - in fact the relaxation was so deep that I temporarily forgot where I parked my car. Ive been multiple times for mani/pedis (very calming and zen environment), a couple different massages and the Minkyti facial which Im so in love with.

I just had a Hydrafacial this morning and my skin looks fantastic! The front staff was so warm and welcoming I booked my next facial in 4 weeks and I can’t wait!!
