Ana is the best you tell her your design and she does her magic, so talented and she is the sweetest girl I highly recommend her I have visited many nail shop across northern Virginia and Ana Nugyen is the best!!!

Ive gotten my nails done here at Lili Nails & Spa for nearly a year now and I can honestly tell you I do not plan to get my nails done anywhere else until going here is no longer an option for me. Lisa is wonderful, and has helped me maintain my nails for months. She does an AMAZING job on my nails literally every single time I go. Ive also gotten a few pedicures done here, and it was so nice, they spend time massaging your legs and feet, and offer additional services to enhance your pedicure experience, which I HIGHLY recommend. I also get my waxing done when I go, and im always left very satisfied with the way it turns out. I would recommend this nail salon a million and one times over again. I first came to here back in October, my friend was getting ready to get married and wanted us to go and get our nails done. My friend had been going to get her nails done for months. And since then I have come back 7 different times and each time is just as awesome as the last. The nail technicians are always nice, the salon is always clean . The money is definitely worth it!

The owner was so rude, I will NEVER go to them or recommend them to anyone! I got a full set & two nails cracked within hours. Before 24hrs went by, three of the nails broke off completely! The owner refused to acknowledge their wrong doing. Instead, he treated me as if I gave the horrible service to them! Spend your money elsewhere!

I’d been to almost every nail spa in Leesburg before I went to Lili’s. Although the process looks about the same to me as an observer, the nails last longer and I fill instead of replace a number of nails each time. All of the nail technicians are excellent. I haven’t been anywhere else in a year and I can’t say enough about this nail spa over by DSW. Six stars out of five!!

Simply Amazing!! This place is Under New Management.. go here to get my Shellac Mani and Pedi, and i have never had any problems with any of the lovely technicians. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this to anyone who wishes to be treated right 100%. The place is Clean.

This place is terrible, first time here and last time to ever come. My nail technician was completely rude (including but not limited to rolling her eyes and giving me immense attitude) and got mad when I simply asked if she could file the sides of my thumbs. Terrible customer service. On top of that I had an appointment at 1pm and they took me an hour later but that was after they took a walk-in over me. Will not be returning.

Salon is clean and modern. Staff is very talented and friendly. Tons of color choices and products last.

Love this nail salon. Lisa is amazing and handles customers so well. I get SNS on my nails. I am a flight attendant and regular nail polish/gel just doesn’t hold up. When I get SNS here, it lasts at least 2 weeks every time. However, I went in to have SNS done to my nails last week and they cracked not even two days later. I came back in and Lisa completely redid my nails free of charge. She even made sure the lady who did my nails previously watched so she would know how to better do them in the future. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to LiLi for two years and LOVE ViVi! My gel nails last three weeks, then are grown out and I need them changed. She is so sweet, trims cuticles minimally so there’s no damage and takes her time. The new manager came a few months ago and really cleaned everything thoroughly and replaced some chairs, etc. Definitely try LiLi!!!

Great spot. For the 2nd time I walked in needing my nails done in a rush (this time both mani and pedi). The ladies tagged teamed and did a beautiful job in no time at all.

Mani/pedi was ok. Water kinda cold. Great massage and caring Tech. However, had gel polish which chipped and came off 2 days later from hands and feet. I have a major problem with ppl speaking in their native tongue in front of customers and this went on the entire time we were getting traetment. Not sure that I want to return.

I will not go back to this place ever again. My nail technician was extremely rude. Horrible customer service. She kept asking me if I wanted gel powder and I said no multiple times and she then got a attitude with me about it rush through my nails. She was just extremely rude.

So I was hesitant to go since the staff was not so friendly the last time I was there which was a year ago. I saw that management had changed so I thought I’d give it a shot. I was wrong! I went in to get a pedicure. The brain technician was extremely rough, cut my nails down extremely low, and then proceeded to file.....problem is that I barely had any nail so she was filing my skin. I jerked my foot back a couple of times but she didn’t seem to get the hint. I woke up this morning with the top of one of my toes infected where she filed the skin. Worst experience of my life!!!!!!

Horrible, constantly speak Vietnamese and cant understand english at all. Dont clean skin before waxing.
