This time I was helped my a great tax worker. She was very helpful.

The people working at this place were very helpful and knew their stuff. I was very happy with my service. Geri was really cool and helped me a lot.

Havent been able to access any of my tax return info. I filed on Feb 2nd. JH Agent said the IRS recieved my information on the 12th. Im still not able to access any info and today is the Feb 28th!!

They are always friendly & helpful. Ive gotten my taxes done there since 2013.

Amazing place to get your taxes done. They do their best to make sure you taxes are done correctly and get you back the most that they can and they are very respectful.

They mess up on my taxes now Im having to a man and do all kinds of other things 😠😡

Unprofessional, lacking knowledge, unattentive, what is said on the website does now match what they say in the office as far as amount of money you are eligible to recieve early The worker said well Im sorry but the website lied when we told her the amounts we were approved for before puttng any of of our information into the system . Several side conversations going on between workers and the worker seems distracted we had to repeat ourselves several times . Our appointmet was 12:30 and we were not called upon until 1:15. After getting nowhere ( she literally during that time typed in half of one of our s.s #s) for 15 minutes and the lady repeatedly saying she doesnt know what to do and is confused we decided to take our business elsewhere and we will not be returning and do not recommend this service to anyone it was a waste of time and frankly the worst tax experience I have ever had .

Over priced. All about the money.
