Western Shamrock as a company is great. Summer Good, is not. Unprofessional, hating life, and rude. Ms. Good has low standards for good customer service. Other than that, it’s awesome! But don’t go to Summer. She’s horrible.

I absolutely love the girls at Western Shamrock Finance. They are very professional in the way they conduct business from paying your payment and being helpful when you need to take a loan out. At first good. Fell on hard times a got behind two weeks. Finally I went in and paid off the loan in full. When I needed another they said we cant help you. Really was a time of struggle. No help at all
