My experience with Ms. Jenny and Mr. James at Dallas Discount Towing is one of the very best experiences I have ever had with a service provider.I had to call at 0230 in the morning to have my daughters wrecked car towed. We were out of town when the car was wrecked by my daughters friend. We did not know exactly where the car was left. We only knew it was on the side of some apartments. Mr. James was able to locate the car and take it their storage for us until we came back to town. Once we got back, we needed to know what the kind of damage there was to the car in order to make some decisions. We broke down 5 hours from home heading back from vacation. Car full of kids and 106 outside. Landon came out to help us. Was there in under 30 and waited for our Uber so we werent waiting in the heat. He was genuinely concerned and we just really appreciated it!

Kevin was our tow truck driver and he was great, he had trouble finding us because of where we were being difficult to get to but was fast and really nice when he did get to us.

Driver called when arrival was delayed by heavy traffic to keep us informed. Price was reasonable for the distance, cheaper if paid in cash. Driver was also friendly, efficient and professional. Driver called when at delivery point to confirm location details and drop off instructions. Overall good experience, minimizing additional stress to a towing situation.

These guys were FANTASTIC! my master cylinder gave out around 11pm on the freeway and Josh got there quickly and made sure he was EXTREMELY careful loading my Si onto the truck. I cant speak highly enough of these guys!

These guys were great. Joe and Will were extremely professional and took great care for the car. Was told it could take up to 2 hrs to get someone to the car...but it only took 20 min for them to show. Maybe a little more pricey but well worth it!!!

The tow guy said AAA doesnt cover tows from auctions, I told him I already got the okay from AAA, but he still wouldnt tow it. He walked away with a grin, cause I was stuck, and in the heat!!

The dispatcher stated that he would be there is 1hour to 1 1/2, he was there a lot sooner. The driver called right away, and kept in touch with me on how close he was. My car was stop on 635, (a nightmare between the hours of 5-7p,).. The driver, Steve Thompson was great. He made sure I was safe first, then he went to load up my car. The price was around what I expected, so I was not surprised. I recommend them if you have any problems.

My sons car broke down in Downtown Dallas at midnight on the weekend. I called Dallas Discount Towing and they were super friendly and professional. They were able to get the car without keys and bring to McKinney and the rate was very reasonable (cheaper than getting it out of the city pound)! Never had my car impounded before. Met a nice tow truck guy at the Dallas County VSF and he recommended I call Dallas Discount Towing. I did, and immediately felt better about the whole situation. Got my release paperwork, drove it to their office (6 minutes away) and they took care of the rest.You’re never having a “good day” when you need a tow, but if you need a tow, call these people. Dallas Discount Towing (DDT). What can I say? It is nerving enough when you are on the side of an Interstate trying to decide who to call. After reading pages and pages of reviews, one company stood out from all the other reviews. The owner actually owns up on all reviews, negative and positive, by responding to every review. Amazing. I called around midnight on a Saturday night with car trouble. A very refreshing voice answered, Crystal, I gave her my information and she called me right back informing me that a tow truck was on its way with an ETA and that the driver would be contacting me shortly. Within 5 minutes, James called confirming my location and arrived within 10 minutes. He arrived as promised and went to work immediately loading my vehicle. Very professional. He engaged in conversation,which allowed me at ease, from not thinking about the costly repairs ahead for my vehicle. After unloading my vehicle, he offered to drop me off at my condo. All this at 2:30 am. Again, what can I say about DDT?Would I recommend DDT? ABSOLUTELY.Am I going to tell people what a great experience I had? ABSOLUTELY.Is DDT the only Tow company I call from now on.?ABSOLUTELY.Thanks DDT.

Needed a tow for a flat tire, they came super fast.. knew where I was at by monuments bc I’m not from Texas and have no sense of direction. I’ve had tows where I was sitting waiting for hours so this was a nice surprise.

Excellent Service! They came quick, the gentleman was extremely cool and nice. Also did a excellent job getting the truck on the flatbed. The really nice thing is that he offered to give us a ride back to our apartment at no charge (it was only a mile away) and agreed to drop off the vehicle at the dealership for us. Honestly it would be 0 if dispatch wasn’t nice. Drive was 2.8 miles apart and approximately 7 miles from location of company. Was quoted 135 cash, called around but didn’t hear anything better and dispatch said it would only be 45 min to an hour. An hour and half later we call. Supposedly the police called and they come first but we’re next and the guy was already downtown, so we were like okay cool. Another hour goes by we call, and she says oh he’s on the way. 45 min later we call, and she was like he’s supposed to be there let me give you his number. We call and he said he needed gas so it would be 10, 15 min tops. Okay, we wait, 30 min later he shows up drives past us waving at him, calls and says he can’t see us. Not worth the money. Wish I had risked breaking down multiple times for the way home instead. NEVER again. I feel like for under 3 miles it shouldn’t have been that expensive.

Really good price and was able to work exactly to my timing requirements. Despite a nasty storm overhead the driver was friendly and helpful. The staff answering the phone was friendly too.

I had my truck towed by this company on 09/22/2018. The driver (Cody) arrived in a timely manner and got me home swiftly. He jammed out to heavy metal and rap and had such a contagious upbeat personality which I really needed for the evening I was having due to my car troubles. The cost was a measly $165. And for a 30-mile tow, you cannot beat that. Would recommend this company.

He showed up very quickly, and since all the tow trucks in the area were too large to fit through my small apartment gate, he brought a new battery with him, installed it, diagnosed a blown fuse I had, and gave me recommendations on where to replace the part. My car had an oil leak and a suspension problem, I called at around 9:30pm and Courtney I believe is the lady who answered; she was really nice and had great customer service. After getting a quote on price and time I called around about 10 minutes later I then decided to go with you guys. I then got quoted a wait time of 35-45 minutes (originally an hour and a half). The wait wasnt long and the driver was cool and had great customer service aswell 5/5 I will definitely call you guys whenever I need yall again!

After we waited an hour for the tow truck, we were greeted by the tow truck with windows down and extremely profane music blaring out of the speakers. My wife and I got into the truck to head to our house and I turned down the music while we waited for him to finish getting our car. When the driver got in, he proceeded to turn up and sing the very profane music for the rest of our twenty minute ride home.The driver was nice and they did tow our car without scratching it, but the lack of respect for the passengers through the music was a big negative for me. Thats why I give them 2 stars. Also, this company and Able 2 Towing is the same company if that matters to you.
